Episode 25

Kyla’s POV ಥ

I started training alone, leaving kora

Lilly let’s do back to back training”kora said walking to my direction

I don’t want to do that” i said sternly

But you always want us to practice back to back” she said and i gave her a mean look

Why are you giving me that look” she said staring at me

Which look ” i asked playing dumb

You know the look am talking about, what did i do wrong, did i offended you, if i did and am sorry, let’s just go back to the way we were ” she said and i could see pain in her eyes

Am i taking the right decision, am i really sure that she’s the one that will betray me, i don’t think so cause all i see in her eyes is all sincerity

Or is it lena that will betray me, am just so confused on who to trust

I sat on the floor, give me your hand”i told her

She sat on the floor with me, so we were facing each other, she gave me her hand and i held it firmly

I don’t know if what am trying to do will work, i once read the magic book and i came across a page that says
” you can cast a spell on someone to know if the person is saying the truth by holding the person hand”

I chant some words, winds started blowing. I kept on repeating same words i turned her palm and i could see a bold letter in her palm ” TRUTH

I left her hand, she stared into my eyes

Did you find me guilty” she said
I slowly nods my head negatively

Am just so frustrated, i thought you were the one who will betray me, and i was trying to stay off you, but is not you, who will then now betray me”i said

I understand you lilly, everything will be fine”she said cleaning my eyes that was when i new i was crying

I engaged her in a tight hug

Kora the war is just tomorrow i don’t know if i will be able to defeat him, i don’t know if i can bring him down” i said

Shhhh is okay, i know you can do, have never see a girl who is as powerful as you, tho is going to be a tough war but i know you can do it make your parents proud” she said with a smile on her face

You think i can do it ” i said

I don’t think you can do it, but i know you can do it” she said and i couldn’t help the smile on my face

Thank for believing in me” i told her

Are we still friends” she said

Best of friends”i said and she laughs

Am still waiting for kyla, i know she will come back for me

Am tired of being in my own shell, it’s been long i went to school, it’s been long i smiled and my mom has try all her best to make me happy

But she can’t since the past weeks making her sad even Lola is sad

I finally decide to move on with my life, i can’t remain in my shell forever
But that doesn’t mean am not waiting for kyla

I will wait for her till my last breath but i have to make my mom and sister happy

I wear my school wears, brush my hair and took my backpack from the chair

I went downstairs for breakfast

Good morning mom, Lola”i said smiling

Who’s that my mom said from the kitchen

Lola couldn’t answer her cause she was so shocked to see me in the dinning room, she opened her mouth staring at me

Lola lola who’s that”my mom yelled from the kitchen, still lola can’t answer her

Pumpkin what’s wrong with you, have you go dumb i tease her

A tears fell from her eyes and she gave me a tight hug crying

I missed you tyler tho we stayed in same house, i couldn’t see you. You shut me and mom out of your life

We were so sick and worried about you, days you couldn’t eat making me and mom so sick ” she said and she sniffed

Am so sorry lola i won’t behave like that again” i said

Oh my god ” my mom shouted seeing me i slowly smiled at her

Is this my son, my son is back” she said with tears in her eyes and embrace me

I missed you” she said still hugging me

Am sorry mom for making you worried” i said and disengage from the hug

I understand you ” she said and smiled i help her to clean her eyes

We ate breakfast, Lola couldn’t help it to tell me what i have missed she kept on talking about her friends in school and the boy she’s crushing on

What a spoilt little girl,
Mom am going to school” i said standing up from the chair

Okay come home early”she said

Am not through with what i was telling you” lola said

I gave her a look which she understand

Okay okay fine, bye see you in the afternoon” she said and i gave her a peck on her forehead and went out

I walk to the parking lot i saw tara behind my car

Hey tara what are you doing here” i said looking at her

I came to talk to you” she said

Okay go on” i told her

I know where kyla is and i want to take you to her ” she said

Really were is she ” i asked excited

In the witch kingdom” she said

Huh witch kingdom” i asked again

Yes witch kingdom and am going to take you there”she said

But kyla told me she’s not going to go back to her kingdom, i thought for a while

How are you going to take me there”i asked her she smiled

Cause am also a witch” she said

You’re a witch” i said in astonishment she chuckled

Yep i am, so we better stare going” she said

Hold on lemme change my clothes” i said and walk to the main door

You’re back did you forget something” my mom said

Know mom i didn’t, am going to see kyla i don’t think i will be home on time” i told her

She looked at me for some time before saying, okay you can go

Thanks” i said and run up to my room to change

I meant tara still waiting for me

Okay let’s go, we’re using my car”i said opening my car door

She laughed

Why are you laughing” i said

Cause we ain’t using car, we are using poter” she said and i was confused

She started saying some things in a language i don’t understand

Black substance filled everywhere and she kept on chanting same words little by little the substance came together

Is time, we both walk into the black substance in,side were white

Wind started blowing, taking us down

Tyler’s POV

We came out at a open field, the grass were all dead even the tree around were dead

Where are we” i ask Tara

In my kingdom” she said with a smirk

She cast a spell and we both disappear, to a big build they were some strange people putting on a hoodie they all stood at every corner of the building

Who are them ” i said pointing at them

They’re the guard” she said walking to the building

Who are they guarding, is it kyla”i said and she laugh

You fool they ain’t guarding any kyla they’re guarding me and my dad”she said

He looked confused and that brought a big smile to my face

You see Tyler you just made my plan easy, cause am using you to bring kyla here and that will be her end”she said

And what do you mean by that are you against her” i said

You talk too much” she said and talk in another language

I couldn’t opened my mouth it looks like my both l-ips were gum i can’t move my mouth muscle

I look at her she was laughing

You better follow me” she said walking away i have no option than to follow her

We got to the sitting room of the building, there was a big chair like a king chair at the center of the room

And there was couch around it

Dad am back “Tara yelled it was not up to a minute before a man and a young lady walk down the stairs

The man look like Tara alot and i guess his her father because of the resemblance

They walk forward towards me,

So is this lilly boyfriend” the man said looking at me in the eyes

Yes he is dad” Tara said with a smile

I just stare on without saying a thing to them

Good job my child, you’re really the daughter of your father” the man said

Am proud of you Tara ” the lady beside the man said

Tara was so full of pride, she was so happy and i was confused

Is time to go bring the little princess”the man said looking at the young lady beside him

Yes my love, let the game begin” she said and turned to a old lady and i was so shocked to the bone

She disappear into the thin air

Kyla POV

I was lying down on a wooden bed my head resting on a soft feather pillow

My head was filled with so much thoughts, so much doubts, everyone is relying on me, everyone seems to believe I will defeat my evil uncle and rescue both my parents and the kingdom from him

The problem is I don’t seem to share there thoughts, I’m very afraid I will fail and let everyone down

I have never been in a battle whereas my uncle is use to battle and war, he is use to killing people and he is filled with evil and has the power of black magic

I’m trying to be strong but my heart is racing so fast I can hear it, I wish I wasn’t the princess, I wish I wasn’t a witch….

I was busy feeling pity for myself when a bright light shone in,side the room where I was which in fact was the in,side of a tree

It was hærd to believe I am in,side a tree

Out from the light came an old woman and I recognize her, she is Lena my guardian angel

I lifted my head from the wooden bed, I knew she has some information for me
“ Kyle my child, my beautiful princess ” she said and I smiled briefly

I was still scared but there was something about Lena that makes me feel calm, I knew is my friend and someone I can trust she also gave me some measure of strength to overcome my fears

“ it is time my child, it is time to face your destiny, the red moon and black moon will arrive soon, you most face your evil uncle the king tonight and I am sure you will defeat him and free the kingdom from his evil rule ” she said

“ what if I fail? What if I am not strong enough to defeat my uncle, what if__ ”

She cuts me short

“ no more if’s you won’t fail my child, I know this because everyone is counting on you and all our spirits and the spirit of your parents will guide you and be with you

You will come out of this battle victorious my child ” she said

I told you she was my strength and her words gave me the strength I needed at that moment

I don’t know what I will ever do without Lena by my side, I would be totally lost

I know the prophecy said someone I trust will betray me but I really doubt Lena can ever betray me……

Kora kora” i yelled her name and she came few minutes

You called for me” she said and greeted lena

Yes am going with lena to the palace
So you guys have to follow shortly before the black and red moon will be out and you know what that means” i told her

Yes i do, we will come shortly”she said and gave be a fighting hug
Be careful she muttered

I nod my head and we pull out from the hug

Lena stretched out a hand to me and I came down the bed and took hold of her hand

We appeared in a big building, they were people at different corner in the building

Is this the palace” i said and she nods

We were surrounded by the palace guard, they were looking at us as if they will kill us anytime soon

I looked at lena and she wear a calmed face making me to wonder if she’s not afraid

Well well well look who we have here” i heard a famine voice at my back to see tara

I was so shocked what is she doing here what business does she have here in the witch kingdom

Close your mouth before a flying ins**t will enter ” she said with a smirk and lena chuckled

I closed the mouth i never new i opened

I guess you’re really surprised to see me ” she said still looking at me

I said nothing i was just staring at her and she continued talking

My dad is your uncle which means we are cousin and enemy at same time ” she said with a lip side smile that irritate me

So you’re also a witch” i said

You IQ is too low, yes am a witch and am going to be the one that will defeat you, cause you’re powerless in my front” she said with a smirk

I just smiled in,side of me cause it looks like she don’t know what am made off
