Chapter 119 :- The Fall

Having being separated from Ebunoluwa, Rotimi finds himself in deep trouble as he struggles to break himself free from the monstrous grip of Xeira’s pet. Xeira’s pet which was 50times bigger than Rotimi held him tightly as it descended deep into the dark watery depths heading straight to a bright red vortex that was underneath the trenches.

Feeling frustrated by the creature’s tenacity on it’s grip, Rotimi boils with rage letting his dark form soon takes over and before long, things take a different turn. After transcending to his dark form, Rotimi easily and effortlessly breaks himself free from the creature’s grip but despite that, he didn’t get off that easily. Seeing that Rotimi had escaped from its clutches, the creature struck him hard so hard that he dived down faster into the dark trenches like a torpedo.
Despite receiving such a devastating blow from a massive foe, Rotimi quickly shrugs off it and gains control of his stance in the water. In that moment, he looks around to see if the monster was coming at him again but to his surprise, the monster was no where in sight. Suddenly in that moment as Rotimi was trying to swim away, hollow-like sirens began to emerge from the darkness of the trenches converging around him. Within a blink of an eye, the sirens close in on Rotimi and began to attack him from all sides. Some bit his flesh, some slashed his skin with their claws, while some dragged Rotimi down further and further into the trenches trying to drown him.
Seeing as he was being brutalized and outnumbered in great proportion, Rotimi lose control of himself and did something that even he didn’t know he could do. As Rotimi flares with rage trying to fight off the hollow sirens, he accidentally releases a powerful and explosive burst of flame. Although it was impossible for fire to burn inside water, Rotimi’s flame was no ordinary flame.
Every demon ranking from the highest to the lowest has the natural ability to produce or unleash fire. After all, demons were made from fire but unleashing flame isn’t the only thing they can do, they could also possess any living being but that depends on how powerful they are. Apart from having this natural characteristics and abilities, every demon has his/her own special ability and separates them from the others and in Rotimi’s case, his own special ability is to bring bad-luck to others.
After unleashing his flames in the deep trenches, the hollow sirens were instantly burnt to crisp. Many of them tried to take down Rotimi but as soon as they got close, he unleashed his flames at them. The dark trenches that was so dark to see brighten with light as Rotimi unleashed his flames like a maniac. Despite being incinerated instantly, the hollow sirens soon overpowered Rotimi once more but things only got worse for them. Following his demonic instinct, Rotimi again accidentally unleashes another of his demonic ability on the hollow sirens which was possession. Although they were many in number, Rotimi was able to possession nearly all of the hollow sirens with ease and as soon as he had done that, he made them snap their necks which resulted to their quick demise. The surviving hollow sirens who witnessed what had happened, took off and swam away for their lives. They were terrified of Rotimi and they had every right to be.
Possession of other beings might be natural for demons but its not easy thing. Every demon has his limit of who or how many beings he/she can possess. Lower demons manage to possess one or two beings, whereas higher ranking demons such as demon lords and kings can possess a very large number of people simultaneously. Rotimi’s ability to possess these hollow sirens at his current level showed how powerful he will be in the near future to come. Shortly after the rest of the hollow sirens had swam for their lives, Rotimi decided to swim to the surface but just as he was about to do that, he hears a voice calling him from the Red vortex beneath the trenches, the voice wasn’t just any voice it was Ebunoluwa’s voice. At first, Rotimi was hesitant thinking it was a trap but as the lovely voice kept calling his name, he then remembered that he had left Ebunoluwa fighting with Xeira and in that moment, he swam quickly towards the red vortex thinking that she was in trouble.
However after passing through the red vortex, Rotimi finds himself in a big temple lit with fire touches all around. After looking around the temple, Rotimi turns around and realizes that the vortex he came through was gone. Seeing that he had been misled, Rotimi begins to wander around the cave for a while but before he could get far, he came into contact with a small vertical stone pillar embedded with strange drawings and markings of the devil’s triangle. Apart from the drawings and markings, the pillar glowed with red light as it absorbed some kind of dark energy which was entering the cave and heading towards it. After observing the pillar for a while, Rotimi approached it slowly and as soon as he got close, he felt his demonic powers getting attracted towards the pillar and in that moment, he began to study the drawings on the pillar. At first, it was incomprehensible for Rotimi but as he touched the stone pillar, terrible images flashed before his eyes. Although it took only seconds, Rotimi saw everything and what he saw made him tremble with fear. Suddenly in that moment as he was trying to process what he saw Rotimi perceived a sinister scent behind him and as soon as he turned around he came face to face with Evlyn, Azrel and his prodigal father, OBA.

Rotimi ➡ YOU!
.

Evlyn ➡ Yes! ME! (laughs) I knew you would come when he heard Ebunoluwa’s voice.
.

Rotimi ➡ Where is she?
.

Evlyn ➡ Dealing with a much bigger problem. What a fool she is. She should have stamped out that weak Supreme witch and those worthless council when they came for her.

Rotimi ➡ What are you talking about?

Evlyn ➡ It doesn’t matter. What matters now is where you stand in all this.

Rotimi ➡ I know what you’re planning. You will not succeed.
.

Evlyn ➡ I already have. Join me and escape the terrible fate that awaits the world.

Rotimi ➡ I’d rather die than to join you. You won’t get far with this. The other witches will stop you.

Evlyn ➡ (chuckles viciously) STOP ME!? THEY’RE AFRAID OF ME! WHERE ARE THESE WITCHES NOW? THEY’RE ALL COWERING IN THEIR CORNERS LIKE RATS. THEY KNOW THAT I’M NOT MATCH FOR THEM. Even your precious Ebunoluwa was no match for me. I defeated her with ease.

Rotimi ➡ Yes but she still faced you. She didn’t run, she faced you and if there’s one thing I like about her is that she’s stubborn. As long as she’s alive, your reign of terror will not last. She will come for you and she won’t let you do as you please with the world or the humans.

Evlyn ➡ Tell me boy, what are you fighting for?
.

Rotimi ➡ What?
.

Evlyn ➡ What are you fighting for? Is it for the humans? Tell me, why are you risking your life for the humans? From what I heard, you suffered in the hands for the humans and nearly lost your life. Tell me, why are you fighting for those that made your childhood a living hell? Tell me one human that has ever cared about you? TELL ME!!!
You fight for these worms and they don’t even bother or know that you exist. If they were to know who you really are, do you think they’d welcome you with open arms? Don’t let that half human cunt of a girlfriend twist your head with her words and cunt. HUMANS ARE NOTHING BUT SCUM, THEIR EXISTENCE IS A CURSE IN THIS WORLD AND THEY’RE THE REASON WHY THE WORLD IT IS THE WAY IT IS. I KNOW FIRST HAND WHAT TRUE HUMAN NATURE IS, THEY’RE THE MONSTERS AND I SWEAR I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I EXTERMINATE THEM ALL. I’LL ASK YOU AGAIN BOY, WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON?

Rotimi said nothing. In fact, his body was cold and his feet felt numb. Despite his hatred for Evlyn, he reasoned what she told him and she was right. What was he really fighting for and why was he risking his life for those that never treated him kindly. In that moment, memories of Rotimi’s terrible and tragic past flashed before his eye’s and remembering all of that made him even more angry. Seeing that Rotimi was seething with rage, Evlyn smiles viciously believing that she had won him over but then something unexpected occurred.

Rotimi ➡ You’re right about what you said about humans but I’m not like them and I won’t succumb to their level. You asked me earlier, what was I fighting for and I have the answer. I’m fighting for a better future. My past was ugly and sad but thanks to Ebunoluwa, I get to put that all behind me. She and I have a good thing going and I won’t risk that over revenge. Paying back what the humans did to me centuries ago won’t make me feel any better. I won’t join you and I’ll do whatever it takes to see that my future is bright and if you are in my way, I’ll crush you.

Evlyn ➡ YOU BASTARD! Your future will end once I end your miserable life. I’ll make sure you never see that future you hope for.
.

OBA ➡ You’re nothing but a wasted sperm boy. You’re nothing but a disgrace, the humans should have killed you when they had the chance.
.

Rotimi ➡ You’re the one who’s going to die.
.

Evlyn ➡ GET HIM!!!
.

Within a blink of an eye, Rotimi charges towards Evlyn and the others trying to crush them where they stand. OBA who saw Rotimi coming intercepted him and they both clashed against each other making the whole cave to rumble. After exchanging fists with his son, OBA draws back and quickly transforms into his demon form after which he instantly blasts Rotimi with a powerful fire ball from his mouth. In that moment, Rotimi who saw the incoming flame instinctively used his hands to absorb it before blasting his own powerful flame right back at his father. OBA who was surprised by what had happened countered his son’s attack by unleashing another flame. Immediately the flames clashed into one another, there was a loud and tremendous BOOM that shook the entire cave as if an atomic bomb had been dropped.
With their flames now pitting against each other, Rotimi and his father pushed themselves adding more power to the flames they unleashed. At first, OBA’s flames were overwhelming and pushing Rotimi’s own but before long, things immediately turned around. With the rage burning inside of him, Rotimi’s power multiplied giving him an edge over his father, his flames expanded and got more hotter than ever. In that moment, Evlyn who was watching from a safe distance smiled as she sensed the raw power building up inside Rotimi. Just as things were about to get bad for OBA, Azrel decides to intervene by sneaking up on Rotimi from behind, she flew towards him with incredible speed trying to take him out but unfortunately for her, the latter had sensed her coming and quickly countered her before she could do anything to him.
Suddenly within a blink of an eye, Rotimi vanishes just as Azrel was about to close in on him and as soon as he was out of the way, OBA’s flame struck her hard and catapulted across the cave like a stone. Seeing that he had hit Azrel, OBA ceases his attack trying to find Rotimi but before he could do that, the latter had already closed in on him. Sneaking up behind his father with incredible speed, Rotimi tackles OBA from behind and then flew upwards with him and crashes him hard into the cave walls. Without hesitation, Rotimi then proceeds to bash in OBA’s head as hard as he could and as many times as he could yelling in the process. In that moment as Rotimi was busy dealing with OBA, Azrel appears out of nowhere and tackles him slamming hard back onto the ground where he stood earlier. Despite being nailed hard to the ground, Rotimi shrugs off the pain and tries to retaliate but he was intercepted and held down by his father. Seeing that Rotimi had secured, Evlyn steps forward and stands in front of him with a vicious smile on her face. In that moment, she places her hands on the side of Rotimi’s head and begins to cast a non-incantation spell on him.

Evlyn ➡ If you won’t join me willingly then I’ll force you to. It would be a shame to let your untapped raw power go to waste. With you by my side, the world will fall quicker.
.

Rotimi ➡ (grunting and struggling) What are you..doing to… ME?
.

Evlyn ➡ Corruption spell. Once I corrupt your mind and soul, you’ll be mine to do as I please.
.

Rotimi ➡ NOO!!!!
.

As Evlyn was busy using corruption magic on Rotimi, the latter struggles with all his might like a bull in a slaughter house. The magic Evlyn was using on him was working and he was slowly losing himself. Just as all hope seemed lost for Rotimi, something unexpected happened.
Amidst his struggles and emotional spark, Rotimi ascends to another stage of his demonic transformation making him more powerful than he was minutes ago. Unaware of what was about to happen, Evlyn firmly presses her hands around Rotimi’s head to finish her corruption spell but before that could happen, two set of demonic arms which had mysteriously emerged out of his body suddenly grabbed her hands. Shocked by what had happened, Evlyn instantly casts a lightening spell on Rotimi’s head to knock him out unconscious but immediately she unleashes the spell, another unexpected event occured.
Despite being electrocuted by Evlyn’s lightening, Rotimi unleashed his bad-luck abilities in that moment and as soon as he does that, the lightening Evlyn unleashed immediately bounced back on her, Azrel and his father, OBA. As the terrible trio felt the devastating lightening in their bodies, they loosened their grip on Rotimi who in that moment dispersed them all to different direction with a swift yet powerful punch. Now free of Evlyn and the others, Rotimi rushes towards the stone pillar and begins to smash it with all his might. Each strike of latter’s punch made the cave walls rumble and crack steady, he kept punching the stone pillar until it began to crack as well.
Meanwhile, Evlyn who had quickly recovered from Rotimi’s punch felt devastated as she saw what he was doing. In that moment, she tried to close in on latter but before she could get close, she was intercepted by a powerful burst of flame from his hands.

Evlyn ➡ STOP!! STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING!!! STOP IT.
.

Rotimi ➡ NEVER!!!
.

Evlyn ➡ (yells with rage) ARRRGGHHHHH!!!
.

Seeing that Rotimi was planning to ruin her plans, Evlyn extinguishes his flames with ice magic and in that moment, she creates a long pointy ice spear and then teleports behind the latter trying to skewer him but before she could get to do that, the stone pillar which had received so much pressure from the punches cracked eventually and then exploded all over the cave. The devastating impact sent both Rotimi and Evlyn flying backwards crashing into the cave walls.

After the explosion, Evlyn and Rotimi immediately got back on their feet and began to battle fiercely with one another. Their battle shook the cave to it’s core that it began to crumble and collapse. Despite her immense power and magic, Evlyn was having a difficult time against Rotimi who was keeping up with her at every turn. For some strange reason, her magic spells weren’t very effective on Rotimi and it was making her mad. After going toe to toe with each other for some minutes, Evlyn and Rotimi soon finalize their short but epic fight.

Evlyn ➡ DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU’VE DONE?
.

Rotimi ➡ You think I care. All I know is your plan is ruined.
.

Evlyn ➡ You only delayed the inevitable. However because of this set-back that you’ve caused me, I’m going to hurt and break your precious Ebunoluwa and everyone she holds dear in her heart. I’m going to cause her so much pain and misery that she’ll have no one or place to turn to. This I promise you.

Shadow Sedvction episode 6 – 7

Rotimi ➡ (growls) Do that and I promise you that there’s no god or devil that will stop me from ripping out your heart.

Evlyn ➡ LET’S SEE YOU TRY THAT, HALF BREED BASTARD!!!
.

In that moment, Rotimi charges straight at Evlyn baring his claws at her but just as he was about to get close, he was intercepted by a gigantic wave of hellish fire. Using the powers she had gotten from Satan, Evlyn unleashes the flames of hell on Rotimi. The flame was so hot that the cave walls were melting and the ground was becoming hot and reddish. Despite being caught unawares, Rotimi was able to shield himself from the flames with his large wings. However, despite shielding himself, Rotimi wasn’t affected by the flames, his demonic essence was absorbing the flames covering his whole body with fire. As his body began to absorb the flames, Rotimi’s demonic form kept ascending to greater heights until eventually, his human form was completely gone. Seeing the effect that the flames has on him, Rotimi decides to use this to his advantage to beat Evlyn.
In that moment as Evlyn was blasting him with more flames, Rotimi then concentrated all the flames in his chest and as soon as he had gathered enough flame, he unleashed it from his mouth firing back on Evlyn.
Rotimi’s flame blast made contact with Evlyn and the impact was devastating. The vicious witch wasn’t just sent flying but the flame shot her straight into the cave walls that the whole cave crumbled in an instant. Just as the cave was collapsing, Rotimi took off to the sky and flew off with blinding speed disappearing into the stars. Shortly after the cave had finished crumbling, Evlyn rose from the rubble looking mad with rage, she stared at the skies hoping to see Rotimi but they was no sign of him. In that moment, she casted a spell that made the rubbles of the cave turn to sand and as soon as she did that, Azrel and OBA showed up.

Azrel ➡ Your Eminence, what do we do?
.

Evlyn ➡ (silent)
.

OBA ➡ What a disappointment! Nothing would please me more than to strangle that worthless…..
.

Evlyn ➡ You should be ashamed to even open your mouth. Your son single-handedly took all three of us and ruined my plans. A half breed for that matter. Your bastard son showed overwhelming power and what have you done since you joined my forces!?
.

OBA ➡ (silent)
.

Evlyn ➡ ANSWER ME!!!!
.

OBA ➡ Watch your tone with me witch! I may have joined you but I won’t tolerate this attitude.
.

Evlyn ➡ Is that so? (chuckles) I have no use for you anymore. Your son however is a different matter.
.

OBA ➡ (laughs) GO TO HELL!
.

Evlyn ➡ NO, YOU WILL.
.

Suddenly in that moment, Evlyn casts an exorcism spell on OBA. Immediately after the spell was cast, a bright red devil’s triangle appeared underneath the demon’s lord feet and in that moment, chains made from the depths of hell emerged and bounded him. Realizing what’s about to happen to him, OBA struggles with all his might to break free but the more he struggled, the more the chain tightened around him.

OBA ➡ RELEASE ME.
.

Evlyn ➡ Release you? (chuckles) You’re useless, demon. Your title as the demon lord has been wasted on you. Your incompetence will be rewarded with a permanent imprisonment in hell. This is your last day in the mortal realm.
.

OBA ➡ NOOOO!!
.

Evlyn ➡ Enjoy the view of my conquest from hell.
.

As OBA struggles to break free, a portal made of fire opens underneath his feet and in that moment, hounds of hell emerge out in the open and drags him straight into the pits of hell. As OBA sinks deep into the pits of hell, Evlyn closes the exorcism portal turns her direction her on Azrel.
.

Evlyn ➡ Give me one reason why I shouldn’t exorcise you right now.
.

Azrel ➡ Unlike that fool, I haven’t failed you and besides it would be unwise for you to make enemies from your own forces since you plan is now toast.
.

Evlyn ➡ It’s not. Coming up with this plan took me months but now I have something that will quicken the pace. Rotimi
.

Azrel ➡ How can you get to him then? He’s strong. As long as he’s around, he will foil our plans.
.

Evlyn ➡ It doesn’t matter. Get our forces ready to move out. That half breed knows my plans and I know how to make use of him. His bad-luck powers is what I need to strike those witches.
.

Azrel. ➡ So where are we heading now?
.

Evlyn ➡ The Witches Realm.
