How can Sandra tell her twin sister about her ponorgraphic life through which she knew Vicker? Responding to that question will not only bring shame to her, but will also subject her to an unspeakable embarrassment. Therefore she said, “I don’t know him. I was only exaggerating.”

Cassandra stared at her from the bed. She had the feelings that she was lying but let it go because nothing is hidden under the son.
“But he’s a good guy.” Sandra added with a smile.
“And funny too” Her sister supported then both giggled. Obviously, they had the same thing in mind; exploring Vicker’s emotional and lovely feelings.

Vicker set to move into the family. Surprisingly, he discovered the mansion on a roaring fire. He stood immediately after the gate, obnoxiously watching the house burn with alacrity and the family craving for a rescue.
“Help me!” Cassandra shouted through a window upstairs.
Quickly, Vicker hastened to the area coz the burning fire couldn’t let him into the building. “Hey, Jump! I’ll catch you! I promise!” he positioned his hands to catch the lady trying to fall from a storey building.
“Vicker, I’m scared!” Cassandra yelled unbearably.
Suddenly, Sandra appeared from another window, yelling for help too. Vicker became confused. Who would he save? Meanwhile the twins couldn’t withstand the flame anymore, therefore, both, astonishingly, jumped at the same time. Falling under gravity, Cassandra saw Vicker leaving to save Sandra instead of her. Sadly, she hit the ground only to wake up from the nightmare.
On the other hand, Vicker rushed up from the same nightmare. Apparently, he was having the dream at the same time with Cassandra but at different residence. Vicker glanced at a wall clock; 1:17am. He walked out to the living room unclad, poured a quantity of hot drink then began to think coz he believed it’s a source of inspiration. “How can I be saving those whom I’m to spy on? Why was the house on fire? Wait… I purposely saved Sandra instead of… Oh God!” he swallowed a lump of drink hærdly, rubbing his head. “What’s the interpretation of this dream?” He soliloquized.

THE NEXT DAY
Vicker stood before Alice’s table in her office. Security men also stood at every corner which makes him wonder if Alice was a politician or just an inquisitive scientist. Nevertheless, the woman lowered her eyeglasses saying, “Why have you come?”
“To tell you that I’m moving with the family now.” He replied.
“Then what are you waiting for? Move and do all that is necessary to get….”
“Get what actually?” He interrupted her.
Silence took over the office. Alice was beginning to understand why the young man came; to really know the passel he is to get from the building. She stood up, opened a suitcase and brought out an unfamiliar device which she handed to him.
“Take that, it’s an electronic device to detect a hidden…” She paused.
“Arsenic?”
“No, how did you come about that?”
Vicker didn’t respond rather glanced at one of the security men.
Alice continued. “Just turn the device on by pressing the red button if you enter into the compound. It will help you track the location of the stuff.” she sat down.
“What if I quit?”
Alice looked up at him dangerously. “Dont let things get ugly between us, Vicker otherwise your mother won’t live to tell the story.”
“Are you threatening my mother?”
The woman didn’t respond but the look on her face and those of the security men explained to Vicker that if he doesn’t leave at the moment, things will really get ugly. Reluctantly, he left the office.
Heading to the twins’ residence on a cab, Vicker wondered what he was getting himself into. Truly, he was moving into something mysterious more than Alice’s threat regarding the dream he had.
Nevertheless, he stepped into the compound with his bag, standing immediately after the gate just like in the dream. He narrowed his vision to the window like an adjustment lens of a binacula to see one of the twins looking at him. Though he didnt know which one it was. the scenario was a clear manifestation of his dream in exception of the burning building. “What’s going on?” he murmured.
“Why are you standing like an iroko tree?” the voice of the old gatekeeper startled him.
“Sorry.” Vicker began to move forward.
On the other hand, in the room, Cassandra was the one at the window also wondering what was going on too coz seeing Vicker standing at the gate just like in the dream was a remarkable signal.
Approaching the front door of the house, Vicker missed his steps then fell down. Like a spiritual manipulation, he began to lose his vision and hearing a voice that says, “You’re not welcome here.” Instantly, he recovered his vision, roaming his eyes around to see the owner of the voice, but the compound was void of any human being. Sandra ran out to meet him on the floor after seeing what happened.
“Oh, my God! Are you okay?” she help him up.
“Yes, nothing serious. I just missed my steps.” he replied.
“So, sorry, let’s go in,side”
They began to walk towards the door again with a perfect match of young couple. Before Sandra opened the door, Vicker said, “Excuse me…”
She looked at him intensively.
“Did you see anybody when I fell down? I mean… did you hear any voice?” he asked.
“No.” she smiled, finally opened the door and they entered. Only then did Vicker know that there is a force that doesn’t want him in that house. If there is a force like that and Alice had made his stay there compulsory, what’s his fate in that house. Vividly, there will be redum at home….
