Jewel stopped walking after a while and turned to Miguel
“You don’t have to follow me to the class” she said
“What if they try to…”
“They wouldn’t dare,trust me. You can go” She smiled at him before going her own way
Miguel sighed and also turned,he stopped when he saw Adrian coming but he only walked passed him without saying a word. Miguel also followed.
Jewel got back to class and Iris rushed to her
“Are you okay? You didn’t cry right?’ Iris asked
“I’m fine” Jewelry smiled
👥 I still can’t believe she’s a commoner
👥 How the h*ll did she get in this place?
👥 If she try talking to me,I’m going to treat her like a shit commoners are
“You guys should keep quiet!” Iris yelled but the murmurs only increased
Jewel hit her hand on a desk loudly and everyone kept quiet
“If anyone of you..have something to say to me…come out now and face me…I hate murmurs so much,it’s like a disease in my ears. This is going to be the last time I’m gonna say this….come out now if you have something to say to me” Jewel said seriously
Nobody talked
“Good,if anyone of you say shits about me behind my back,ion care,but make sure I don’t hear any of it. Yeah I’m a commoner,I am really poor,I’m not rich like you all. But I’m not weak as you can see,I’m no Cinderella you can step on anyhow you want,I’m here because I paid the f**king damn fee,I’m not here through any shity scholarsh¡p or something,,,so that means..I have just equal right as everyone of you here….I dare you to try any rubbish with me…and if you can’t,then keep shut coz I am going to be here with you,I am not a silly girl who would cry and decide to drop out,h*ll no,I am a student here and that’s it” Jewel stopped and checked the time
“Settle down for class,,the professor will be here in two minutes” She muttered before sitting down
All eyes fell on her but nobody dared to say a word
“Wow..Baby Fairy you’re so cool” Iris said and Jewel smiled
“Thanks”
“We got you Jewel” Leilani gave her a thumb up
As they were talking,The professor came in and everywhere was silent

After their class,Iris and Jewel walked out of the class together,
“Are you okay?’ Iris asked after the long distance
“I’m hungry” Jewel replied and she laughed
“Me too” Iris grabbed her hand and they walked to the cafeteria
After getting their food,they sat down
Some students murmured while staring at Jewel but they didn’t care
“Molly is so senseless,for real” Iris muttered scrolling through her phone while Jewel ate silently
“Wait…can’t find the pictures” Iris muttered and Jewel looked up
“You can’t find it?” She asked
“I can’t,,I think it was deleted” Iris said still scrolling
Jewel immediately took her phone and also checked
“It’s true” She muttered
“Do you think Molly did that?” Iris asked
“What’s going on?” Leilani joined them
“The pictures have been deleted” Iris replied
“What? For real?” Leilani asked looking surprised
“Yeah…I don’t know if I should be happy or not. Everyone saw it already” Jewel scoffed
“Still,it’s better because soon everyone will begin to forget it” Iris said
Jewel nodded slowly

EVENING>ELITE PALACE**
PRINCE ADRIAN’S SUITE**
Adrian lie down on the bed quietly staring at nothing in particular but all he could think of was Jewel,when she told him to get lost,he felt his heart broke into pieces. It really hurts so much but here he is again,thinking about her.
He felt Tigger climbed the bed and dragging his leg
“I’m not in the mood” Adrian muttered in a low tone
“Meowwww” Tigger gave a long sound
“Are you hungry? Just eat my feet” Adrian said and he felt Tigger licking his feet which made him laugh
“Are you seriously going to….” He was interrupted by the sound of the door.
He sat up and Tigger jumped on him while he waited for the person coming in which turned out to be Molly.
Adrian gr-0aned inwardly and lie back on the bed
“Babe” Molly called,walking closer to the bed
Adrian closed his eyes
“Babe,are you avoiding me?” Molly climbed on the bed
“Not now Molly” Adrian muttered and sat up
Molly hugged him from the back
“I know you’re mad at me,and I am really sorry okay?” She said
“You apologize every f**king time but it never change anything so just stop this drama,it’s not necessary” Adrian said
“I’m sorry,I’m really sorry please” Molly said with a sad face
Adrian stood up and carried Tigger,leaving Molly on the bed
“Why are you here?” He asked
“I’m here to apologize….”
“Second reason” Adrian cut her off
“Mother invited me for a dinner” She muttered
“Then just go and leave me alone,okay?” Adrian said
“I think they want to talk to us together” Molly said
“I will be there,but leave me for now”
“You are still angry”
“No I’m not,but I really need some space between us. This sh*t is not working out any longer and it’s killing me already” Adrian muttered and Molly immediately stood up
“You’re not planning to break up with me are you?” She asked and Adrian sighed
“You can’t do that,you know what it means. You can’t take the risk Adrian and you……..”
“Don’t take me for granted,I can take the risk if I decide to,I’m getting tired already so don’t push me further” Adrian said and walked out on her
“Adrian!” Molly called and followed her
“Is this because of Jewel?” She asked and stopped in front of him
“Don’t bring her into this” Adrian said
“It better not be because of her,you better find a good reason behind all these,what do you think is going to happen if I tell mother and father that she’s the reason behind…..”
“This is about me not her!!!” Adrian yelled and Molly raised her brows
“You? Do you think I am a fool or something? We were fine before she came,we were doing good…”
“I’ve been pretending to be fine…you’re the only one fine in this relationsh¡p,it’s just h*ll” Adrian muttered
“Well,,I don’t think you have a choice. You know the rules,don’t try to pass the boundaries,you know what my parents are capable of” Molly snapped and carried her bag
“I will be waiting for your calls,if you want us to go back to normal without involving Jewel or if you want us to end things and drag Jewel into this,you know what that means” She smiled and pecked his cheek before going out
Adrian stood there without moving
“Meow” That was when Adrian Came back to reality
He dropped Tigger and walked into the dressing room,after getting dressed,he took his phone and carried Tigger
“Let’s go” He muttered and went out.
“My prince” Jeff ran to him as he was about getting in the car
“What” Adrian faced him
“The king want you to join the….”
“I can’t” Adrian muttered and entered the car. He dropped Tigger on the seat and drove out of the palace
“What is wrong with him?” Jeff thought

In the dining hall,the food was set on the table but nobody is eating,they are waiting for Adrian while talking about different stuffs.
Soon,Jeff walked in.
“Your highness” he bowed and they looked up
“Where’s my son?” Queen Reina asked
“He left the palace,he said he have something important to do” Jeff replied
“He left? Did you tell him it was my order?” King Czar asked
“Yes I did your highness” Jeff replied
“Did something happened between you two?” Queen Reina asked Molly
“Of course not my queen” Molly smiled
Angel roll her eyes and took her phone,she stood up
“Where are you going Angel?”
“I will be back” Angel replied and walked away
“I will call him” Delilah said and brought out her phone
She dialed Adrian’s number
“What is it?” Queen Reina asked
“He’s not answering the call,maybe he’s busy” Delilah said
“Call him again” King Czar said

PRINCE ADRIAN’S PLACE**
Adrian just got down from the car when his phone started ringing again,he immediately switched off his phone.
“You’re welcome your highness” The guards greeted but he ignored them and went in with Tigger trailing behind him.
“Meow,,,Meow…Meow…”
“Gosh Tigger stop,I am hungry too but I choose peace over food” Adrian snapped
His stomach suddenly made a loud noise
“Oh” he muttered and turned to Tigger
“What should we do now?” He asked Tigger who only blink his eyes in response
Adrian thought for a while and started walking into the kitchen,his mind suddenly went to the day Jewel prepared a burnt noodles for him and he laughed
“She’s so crazy” He muttered between laughter
He was still laughing when he heard the door bell
He stopped laughing and exchanged glances with Tigger but seems the cat is too tired to make a sound
‘It’s not Molly right?’ Adrian thought and immediately turned on his phone back
Tigger ran out of the kitchen and Adrian followed
They got to the door and Adrian opened gently,he was surprised to see Jewel.
“Jewel?” He called and opened more widely so she could enter
Tigger jumped on her feet
“Hey cat” Jewel smiled and came in,she immediately dropped the food in her hand and carried Tigger
“You’re so cute” Jewel smiled and Tigger stucked it’s little tongue out.
Adrian only stared at her
“Why are you here?” He asked after a while
“Didn’t you order for food? Why pretending?” Jewel faced him
“Me??” Adrian poked his chest
“If not,then why am I here?” Jewel roll her eyes
Adrian was about saying further when his phone buzzed in his pocket,he took it
It’s a message from Angel,
💌 I ordered for the food,an opportunity to talk to her again,you can give me something later (wink)
Adrian chuckled
Jewel dropped Tigger and Faced Adrian
“Sign here” She said,not looking at his face
Adrian signed
“Bye” Jewel rub Tigger’s fur and went out
Tigger Jumped on the table where the food is
“Did you smell that? Smells like fried chicken” Adrian grinned
Tigger lick his mouth
Adrian opened and he was right,it’s fried chicken
He dropped one on the table for Tigger and he started tearing the meat apart
Adrian was about eating when his phone started ringing,he answered almost immediately
“Hey pumpkin,did you get to talk to her?” Angel asked and Adrian kept quiet
“Wait..you didn’t?” Angel asked
“She’s not going to talk to me even if I try,just forget about it” Adrian replied
“Why? Did something happened in school?”
“I will tell you later okay? Goodnight……”
“Wait wait…you fought with Molly right? That’s why you are not here” Angel said
“Let’s talk later” Adrian hanged up
Tigger already finished the first chicken lap,waiting for another one while licking his mouth continuously
Adrian dropped another on the table for him before he started eating.

NEXT MORNING>RHC**
Jewel was cleaning Adrian’s office when she saw her hair pin on the table
“You’re here” She smiled and immediately took it
She have been searching for it but couldn’t find it
“Finally” She muttered and used it on her hair
The door opened and Adrian entered,Jewel turned immediately and their eyes met.
Adrian’s eyes went to her hair and saw the pin,she touched her hair
“It’s mine,I guess I dropped it here when I was cleaning” She said
Adrian replied with a nod and went to sit down
‘What’s wrong with him?’ Jewel thought and continue cleaning.
Adrian’s eyes followed her everywhere as she cleaned,he stood up after a while
“You don’t have to come here again,after today” He said and Jewel faced him
“Really?” She immediately asked with smiles playing on her l-ips
Adrian nodded
“Thanks” Jewel smiled again but Adrian had a blank expression on his face
“Are you okay?” Jewel asked
“Why? Do I look like I am not?” Adrian asked with a gentle voice
“It’s unlike you,but thank you anyway” Jewel said and turned away from him
She was about to continue when she felt Adrian’s arms around her,her heart skipped beats immediately
He just hugged her from behind
“Adrian..” Jewel muttered trying to move away
“Stay still…this might be the last time I’m going to do this” Adrian said and Jewel became still
Adrian hugged her more tightly,sniffing in her neck
“You smell so nice” he muttered
“Did something happened?” Jewel asked
“Not yet” Adrian replied,confusing Jewel even more
“Are you going somewhere? What do you mean by,this might be the last?” She asked again
“Why do you prefer him..to me?” Adrian asked, ignoring her question
“Why do you like him and not me? I really want your attention so badly” Adrian said
“But…you have a girlfriend….and you two are going to get married..she’s your betrothed girlfriend” Jewel muttered
“What if I break up with her?” Adrian asked
“What?” Jewel almost shouted
She released herself from his grip and faced him
“Are you crazy? Why would you do that?” She asked
“Because…I want to do what I want this time around”
“Do you think I’m going to like you back if you break up with Molly?” Jewel asked
“You won’t?” Adrian asked and Jewel scoffed
“Stop dreaming Adrian…I don’t like you” She said
“You’re lying..right?” Adrian asked in a broken voice
“No I’m not…I like someone else,not you” Jewel said
Adrian bite his l-ips and looked away
“Miguel?” He asked
Jewel nodded
“You should just stick to your girlfriend,don’t do what you will regret later” She muttered and walked out of the office instantly.
