I have never been look down upon before but that very day, he look down in me by doing as if he didn’t even hear me neither did he know if there’s someone besides him.

I over look that and tried to touch him so that he would acknowledge my presence but instead, he rudely cut me off and pushed me to the floor right before every kids there.

I have never been humiliated before in my life but I don’t know if I have been in any way butvthe memories of me which I have, I have never be humiliated before.

This was the moment Serena showed up like my angel in shinny armor. She pushed him also to the floor just like he did to me which makes me kind of angry that she touched him.

But the moment she condemn him for pushing a lady like me and asking him to apologize to me but he said he doesn’t apologize to ladies who does not know better than to keep running their mouth.

Even though they knows they aren’t wanted in this gathering yet, they have the gut to use that hands that gas been sick for four years to touch him who has been really healthy.

I was so angry but remembering he is the reason why am here, I decided to get him no matter what it cost but will have him pay back later.

Serena was about lashing out on him but our parents came which made her let go of him and helped me up.

From that moment, we became friends who talk with each other till the party ended.

Once I learnt she is also attending the same school as my crush, I made my adopted parents apply for the school saying because Serena goes there and she is the only friend I have.

They accepted and enrolled me into that school which I learnt he is five years away from me.

I tried as much as possible to get in touch with him but the moment I was about to secure the chance, he traveled out of the country.

That was the same moment his twin brother was reported missing and they began to search for him.

It was like nine years later they got to see he had turn to a notorious arm robber whom the cops were looking for.

At that moment, I was only waiting for Xander’s return but it was like that dream who never come true as I continue to endure Serena’s madness over here.

I never really wanted her but knowing her parents are closer to Xander’s parents than the way my parents are, I have to walk with her inorder to get every lastest new about Xander as I hold unto the hope that he would come one day…

When I was done with high school, I had thought he would come but he didn’t which made me hope a little more but he still didn’t come when I enter university.

Over there, I used my two years and was done with my education at 18 years old.

That was the moment I started working at my adopted parents company while waiting for Xander’s arrival.

This was the moment my friend desire for s€× started getting wide which I kind of wonder if what’s wrong with her.

Although, it was getting out of hand and always annoying to have myself watch her back but still, I have to do what I have to do just to survive.

When Xander was twenty years old, he started his company abroad and I heard bad news about him.

Him being a playboy and a bad boy also who swap women like he likes but I still didn’t give up even when my friend ask me to do so, I stood still and said I wasn’t going to get him out of my head, heart and mind.

Because he had been there since I was three years old, how does she expects me to take him out and find someone else to replace him?

It’s not possible be at all because no one can cover up the space left in my heart for him. Even if the person promise me heaven and earth, I still won’t leave him alone.

The moment Xander came back, I was twenty years old already but he was here for marriage not for business but the problem is my friend.

She is more beautiful than I am, she had the killer shape and everything Xander want in a woman.

Also, her parents are more influential than my adopted parents are even if they have will their property to me and also made me the CEO to all their companies still, I can never beat a old man who has been in this business for long.

I was really angry but I Decided to pretend to be happy for her because I know I am going to come back for her.

She also said she wouldn’t even allow her dead body to be interested in him same as her enemy. She also discouraged me from going for him but seeing I wasn’t going to give her a listening ear, she decided to stop her advice for me and focus on the lie she wants to use for her disappearance

Neither does she want anything to do with him is the same person who posted it that she is ready to marry him this morning after our discussion that she would break up the engagement with him So that I can have my space to go for him .

She betrayed me and I have no choice but to take her off the way since she is going to cause me a lot wh0le work before I have him to myself.

Now that she is gone for good, it’s time to silent the only one who knows about this also so that I would not have to worry about being backstab, I thought as I shed fake tears before my parents.

” We should go and see her parents now mom, I can’t afford to loose Serena, it might be a prank on her husband to be.” I said while pleading with them.

” I know Serena, she has no enemies, she is friendly and wouldn’t want to be an enemy to anyone because she loves to have friends around her rather than having enemies.” I said still crying.

” Darling you need to take it easy with yourself, I have told your dad not to inform you about this yet he had to say it before you knowing how close you two were before she die.” Mom said trying to touch me.

” No mom, Serena is not dead! Don’t tell me before she die because I know my friend, she is probably somewhere right now trying to run away from the unwanted marriage which is been imposed on her mom.” I said trying to break free from her hold.

” Guards!” My dad yelled and they come running before him.

” Lock her up in her room and guard it 24/7 till we go to visit the family of the deceased. Also I want you to drug her to sleep and if she did not want to co operate with you guys, you are free to forcefully drug her.”

My dad said as they dragged me away while I continue to scre-m for them to let go that I want to see Serena.

I kept pushing and pushing till I was throw into my room then the sleeping drug was brought before me with an iced juice.

Taking It from them, I decided to use it cause after all, I deserve a good sleep inorder to look beautiful and radiant for my husband to be now…
