In a dark room at the other coast of the Chinsang Hotel, a man sat down on a stool.
His right hand clutching a picture, while the other hand held a cigarette.

He puff out some smoke and chuckled.
Damn! His job was not that easy as it seems.
He was suppose to get the girl and make her life miserable.

But then, he could not even get close to the girl.
She was heavily guarded.

He hissed. He grabbed the bag that laid on the bed and tossed the picture in side it.

He grabbed his phone and dialed a number.
Yes. It’s me. The job has been cancelled.
It can’t be done. She’s heavily protected!! He mumbled and cut the call.

He stood up and walk out of the room.

Xandria Walked in to Xander’s office.
She looked around, and many eyes were staring at her.

Sorry, I didn’t know you were having a meeting. She apologized to the people that had smiles on their faces.

Damn! She just wanted to punch their face as well as Chen’s.
Babe. Xander called, and her eyes w¡dened.

Did he just called her babe? In front of these many people? She thought.

Blood drained from her body and she gulped.
Me? She asked, blinking her eyes.

Tch! She heard Chen huffed and she turned to the woman.
She shook her head and mouthed a “stupid” to her.

She closed her eyes and walked steadily to him.
You don’t have to be shh in front of us Ma’am, we all know you two had a thing for each other. Chen said, and Xandria wished they Earth could just open and swallow her.

Huh? Every one turned to the woman that had spoken.
Don’t look at me like that, as if it’s the first time you’re hearing that!! Chen hushed them all, and turned to the Xandria that had her eyes intently on her.

She looked away and smirked.

Few minutes later.. the meeting ended and Xandria walked out side the office, waiting for Chen to come out.
Don’t tell me you’re waiting for me. Chen said as she cam out with a smile.

Oh My God! I missed you so much! Chen said, as she went forward to wrap her hands around Xandria who pushed her back playfully.

Phoebe travelled and asked me to come over and take care of you.
That little sister of mine, just wants you to be happy so much! Chen winked at her.

Yeah! Talking about Phoebe. Xandria scratched her head.

Don’t worry… She’s coming for the wedding tomorrow. Chen winked again.

The day before next. Xandria glared at her again.
Wow! That means, I’ll be able to stay up till then. Chen giggled.

She turned back to the office that had blinds all over and stomped her feet in to the office again.

Alexander De Lucci…. How could you?! Xandria yelled, as she Walked over to his table, and stood.
Xander smiled, as he kept signing the files he held.
Stop doing that and talk to me already! She yelled, and he dropped the files.

Talk to you? Talk to you about what then? He asked, with a smirk.
You knew all this while and you made me kept talking like a fool.
Oh My God! I can’t even believe it. Xandria mumbled, as she covered her face.

Damn! She was the bride all along.
She was the woman he was going to marry!!
And she didn’t even know about it!!

He froze turning to her.

She shrugged and twitched her l-ips.
