Jericho interrupted with a peck on her lips, and she blinked cutely.

“Let’s eat” he said, and she nodded once as he settled her on a chair, then he stood beside her, stroking her hair she got her fork lift and had a taste of the meal.

“Hmm!” She moaned in sweetness as her buds got awakened.

“Sweet?” He asked, still stroking her hair.

“More than sweet” she replied, eating fast.

“Easy, don’t choke” he smiled, sitting beside her.

He poured her a cup of water, and she drank from his hand before eating from the fried chicken.

“Hmmn! So sweet!” She moaned again.

“I’m getting hard” he said naughtily.

“Don’t worry, let’s do it again in the bathroom, we’re gonna bath together” she winked, and he smiled, kissing her hair.

“Banshee” he whispered, and their eyes met immediately.

“Yes, Jericoco?”

“Trust me, I won’t let you regret losing it to me, I won’t take you like a joke, I’m not irresponsible” he said softly, caressing her face.

“I know, and I trust you a great deal . You’re one in a million, and any lady out there should count herself lucky if she has you” she replied in same tone, and he smiled, leaning closer.

“You have me” he replied, and she blinked.

“Huh?”

“You can claim me, I won’t deny it Leela” he replied, and her eyes widened.

He took her hands and rubbed her knuckles gently.

“Even Rana didn’t make me feel this way despite all the years we spent together. Ela you’re kind and lively, you’re lovely too, and you’ve got the right curves at the right places” he said, and Leela’s cheeks turned deep red with blush.

“And above all, you’re beautiful. In and out” he added, and the loud thuds coming from her heart reached his ears.

He beamed a smile and held her face with his two hands, leaning close to kiss her forehead.

“I love you, Jericho Armstrong” she confessed again, but boldly and clearly this time.

“Please don’t stop loving me, Leela” he replied, pulling her into a tight hug, their racing hearts competing.

CITY~ANASTASIA’S PLACE

“Ana!!!” Hailey screamed when she came in and saw her condition.

She’s sitting on her bedroom floor, knees propped up with her face buried in it.

Hailey knelt beside her and raised her face. She almost passed out immediately she saw the state of it.

So red and hurtful, she must have cried herself to stupor. Her eyes have same colour, just that it’s in a deeper shade. The bags below her eyes are a deep shade of black. She looks sick, and she has tears on her face.

“Ana what’s up? You haven’t been picking my calls and now my daughter is looking like a living dead? Ana talk to me” Hailey said worriedly, and Ana gave her her phone.

She took it slowly, and her eyes widened when she saw a video of how she fought Cara at the beach.

It’s the trending video online right now with lots of hate comments for her.

The fact that Cara is an actress got her covered, her fans trolled the f**k out of Ana, it’s a total disgrace.

Her boss at work sent her a mail that she’s fired already, she’s not needed to ruin the company’s reputation.

“How did… How did this happen? It’s the guy you told me about” Hailey muttered in shock.

“Yes!!!” Anastasia cried loudly, her hands shakily on her knees.

Hailey quickly dropped the phone and hugged her tightly, rubbing her hair.

“I’m so sorry Ana, it’s all my fault. I was too eager for a grandchild, I should have stopped you, it’s all my fault”

“Robert tried to warn me but I talked shabbily to him! I can’t believe myself!!! I can’t believe myself!!!” She cried hard again, letting her tears fall on Hailey.

“I’m so sorry baby, forgive your mum” Hailey started crying too.

The door suddenly opened in the living room, and they broke the hug.

“Are you expecting someone?” Hailey asked, and she shook her head.

“Ana!” Robert’s voice shouted, and her eyes widened.

“Robert!” She stood and rushed out of the room.

He’s truly waiting in the living room.

“Robert I’m so sorry, I…

“I’m not here for that, but I had another dream last night, and I saw Leela in a pool of blood” he said urgently.

“What!” Hailey and Anastasia screamed.

“Where’s she currently?” Hailey asked.

“She hasn’t been calling me, but she has been calling her mum, the last I heard was that she’s with her boyfriend, and…

“Boyfriend? Sudden boyfriend? Are you even get friend? Would she ever do anything without telling you? You said she suddenly disappeared one night, and the next time she called, she said she’s with a friend, whereas you’re her only friend. My dreams do come true o swear, none of it has ever missed target, and I’m having this feel that she’s in danger” Robert replied.

“What!”

MONTREALS’ MANSION

“Hello everyone!” Rice came in, looking colourful in her new dress.

“Aww! Looks good on you! How much is it?” Nadine stood, checking her out.

“Ten thousand dollars” Rice winked.

“What! That’s a whopping sum!” Nadine gasped.

“But it’s worth the money, I have to stand out after getting rejected” Rice giggled, and Kenji came out.

“Whoa! You look pretty, Maurice” he smiled, entering the kitchen.

Rice smiled secretly, nibbling on her bottom lip as she replayed his voice in her head.

“Wait, are you blushing?” Nadine suddenly came closer.

“No!” She retorted, and Anastasia barged in.

“Big sis!” Nadine smiled.

“Where’s Mrs Montreal?” Anastasia asked breathlessly.

“Ana?” Helen came out.

“I think Leela might be in danger” Anastasia replied.

“What!” Kenji gasped, coming out of the kitchen.

“What do you mean?” Helen asked fearfully.

“The last number she called with, where’s it?” Robert asked, coming in too.

“Here” Helen showed him on her phone.

“This belongs to a phone booth, why would she use a phone booth when she’s with her boyfriend? Why would her phone be off?” Robert said immediately.

“Huh? Phone booth?” Helen asked, shaking already.

“We need to trace the exact location of the phone booth, then we can start from there” Anastasia said.

MAGNOLIA ISLAND~6PM

Blake came on a bike. He dropped from the bike and walked to the front door of the castle, then he dropped a phone and smiled.

“You’ll come to me yourself, things just got easy” he said, grinning lightly.

“Now, can we start the game? May the best player win” he smiled again and got on the bike again, driving away.

He got to the house and met Immanuel running around like she’s looking for something, and that got him suspicious.

“Anything the problem?” He questioned when she almost bumped into him.

” Amelia is suddenly gone, with Pepper” she replied.

” What the hell! ”

MAGNOLIA

Jericho was the first to come out after they heard the bike zoom off.

He refused when Leela offered to follow, so he came alone, holding his gun safely.

He almost shot when he stumbled on something on the ground, but he calmed down when he saw it’s a phone.

His eyes widened a bit, and he slowly took it.

Immediately he came face to face with the screen, Blake’s face shows up in a video, laughing cynically.

“Even gawd is on my side, don’t you think? Now that I have something to trap you with, you’ll have no choice but come out of your hole, Jericho Armstrong” he grinned devilishly, and his face went off screen immediately, then Amelia’s face came on screen.

She was tied to a chair, and her mouth was gagged, so just her eyes are bare, but merely seeing those eyes, his own widened.

No matter how much she grows, no matter how taller or matured she became, he’d always recognize those eyes.

The phone almost fell from him, but he held tight as his hand began shaking, he had to hold the phone with his second hand too as he stared at those eyes.

“Am.. Amelia?” He stuttered, and Blake’s face appearance again.

“The last time you saw her was probably 21 years ago on river Moll, right? When the slave traders were taking her” he laughed, and Jericho’s whole body began shaking. His throat ran dry.

He could pee himself right now.

“Jerry, what’s that?” Leela asked, coming out of the house.

“Bring Leela to the address on that phone, then you can get your long lost sister back” Blake said in the video, and the video ended.

“Your sister? What’s he saying” Leela asked in confusion, and he faced her.

“Blake… Blake has my sister” he replied shakily, falling on the wall weakly.

” What! ”

WOODS

“I’m tired, I can’t do this anymore” Amelia said weakly, falling on the ground tiredly.

She has been on the run with Pepper for the past ten minutes since they escaped the hideout, they haven’t stopped running.

“We have to move fast, Blake is s fast runner, he’ll catch up soon! ” Pepper shouted.

“Can’t we return to the house? At least my brother will come for me” she breathed.

” Blake will never give you to Jericho I swear. I know him more than anyone and trust me when I say he’ll kill you! I’ll take you to the castle and you can meet your brother” Pepper said.

” Really?” Her eyes lit.

” Trust me and grab my hand” Pepper gave her the hand, but immediately she grabbed it, someone hit a large stone on Pepper’s head from behind, and his blood splashed on Amelia’s face

“No!!!!” Amelia screamed, and Immanuel’s face came to view.

“You think you can escape from us? Bullcrap!” She spat and grabbed Amelia by the hair, dragging her up.

“You’re dead! Consider yourself gone baby!” Immanuel laughed, pulling her along.

“Even if you’re ugly on the outside, shouldn’t you be beautiful in the inside? I know we hate each other but you’re a female too! Can’t you just pity me and let me go? I’ve had enough share of suffering so please! Let go of me!” Amelia cried, and Immanuel slapped her on the left cheek.

“You should save your strength, cos nothing from your mouth will make me change my mind, you’re caught!” Immanuel laughed, still dragging her, but the crash of a stone on her head made her stumble, and she fell on her knees as her head began bleeding, blood gushing down her face.

Amelia turned back frightfully to see Pepper. He’s up already, holding the bloody stone.

“Pepper!” She gasped, and he rushed forward, hitting the stone on Immanuel’s head again.

More blood, more pains, more agony flooded through Immanuel’s skin as she screamed out in pure anguish before falling flat on the ground with a cracked head.

Without minding her lifelessness, Pepper continued pounding her head with the stone, trying to break it completely.

“I think she’s dead” Amelia said, and the stone fell from him.

He fell on the ground weakly, his own head is still bleeding though.

Amelia quickly took off her blouse and wrapped it on his bleeding head.

Left in her bra, she pulled him up and began running with him.

CITY~POLICE HOUSE

“The phone booth is located in a suburb at Magnolia” a cop said after tracing the number.

“What! Suburb? What the hell is she doing there?” Helen said breathlessly.

“I knew it” Robert muttered, going closer to the cop.

“Can we storm the suburbs?” He said.

“The person in question called some days ago according to her mother, isn’t she with her boyfriend?” The cop replied, and Robert skillfully snatched his gun from his strap.

“Robert!” Anastasia gasped as he placed the gun on the head of the cop.

“A gun to your head when your arms are tied, would you not do whatever the gun holder says?” Robert said, and the cop blinked.

“Do you now understand what I mean? She’s under pressure I can just feel it! So do your job properly by sending cops with us right now” he continued.

“I’m very sure Blake Gordon is involved in this, why else would the laptop disappear from his home the other time? I’m so stupid! I should have been more suspicious!” Anastasia held her head, and Kenji stepped forward as Helen began crying.

“Send cops with us!” He shouted impatiently, ready to grab the cop’s collar.

“We can’t go there by car, the only wide road to the island belongs to Jericho Armstrong” another cop replied.

“There’s actually a secret route by water, and we can get to the suburbs within two hours if we take the route” another cop said.

“Let’s go right now!” Nadine shouted, and the ringing of a telephone interrupted them.

A cop picked, and a female voice spoke.

“I’m on to the cops, right? This is Leela Montreal, and I need help right now” Leela’s shaky voice spoke, and the cop blinked.

“Miss Leela Montreal?”

“Leela?” Helen rushed to the cop.

“I’ll send the location, please save me” Leela said again and hung up.

“She might really be in danger” the cop said, getting his gun.

“Team 4! Get ready please!” He ordered, and close to ten cops stood.

They left the building at a time.

MAGNOLIA

“He made a mistake by leaving the phone” Jericho said after Leela finished sending the address to the cops.

“He’s not that smart after all” Leela replied, and Jericho took the phone from her.

He made a call to his manager.

“Eric?”

“Boss!”

“Send me a car right now” he replied and hung up, then he faced Leela who’s obviously scared.

“I haven’t even learnt any skill properly, will I be fine?” She said, and he held her face.

“Banshee, do you trust me?” He asked, and she smiled.

“Of course, Jericoco”

“Then let’s go” he gave her an hand, and she took it.

They went to the driveway and got on the bike together.

Jericho drove this time, taking them out of the island.

Unknown to them, immediately they left, Wounded Pepper and Amelia arrived.

The end came faster than expected, and though he’s scared too right now, but he can’t show it, he needs to act strong for Leela’s sake.

She’s obviously feeding on his own energy, and that can’t depreciate right now.

The end came as a big blow though, the fact that his long lost sister is trapped in the middle of all these.

He wants to tear Blake to countless pieces, he wants to wound him mercilessly, and for the first time in his whole life, he craves to kill someone. Blake.

He hardened his bones as he rode, and Leela’s arms were shaking on him as she held him tight. They’re getting closer to the hideout, it’s expected.

She tightened her arms on him, and he rode faster, sliding into the corner.

If everything the works according to plan, he should have killed Blake even before the cops arrive.

He finally drove into the street that evening. Night was starting to set in as halted the bike in front of the building, and they came down together.

He took her hand and made to go in with her, but she pulled back fearfully, and he faced her.

“You said you trust me” he said, and she nodded, then he held her face.

“Then trust me till the end” he said, holding her hand again.

They went in together, and immediately they stepped in, the door closed behind them, and they both turned back fearfully.

They faced each other afterwards, and he gave her a simple nod.

They continued walking into the building, taking each step cautiously till they met another door.

Jericho pushed it open, and they went in at once.

A loud laughter filled the room immediately, and Jericho held Leela tighter .

Blake was sitting on a chair in the middle of the room, a bundle of weed between his lips.

He blew out smokes before letting out another loud laughter, making Leela shiver.

After one full month, she saw the devil again, the only devil she knows, the only one she’s scared of.

All her boldness vanished the moment she set eyes on him, she held Jericho tighter, sticking to him.

“Where’s my sister?” Jericho questioned, and he stopped laughing, then he looked at their interlocked hands.

“Let go of that hand” he commanded.

“I’m sorry no, till you let me see for myself that my sister is really here!” Jericho replied, and Blake smirked.

“Let go of her hand!”

“Let me see my sister first! Hand her over, then I’ll hand Leela over!” Jericho replied.

“Leela was always mine!, How dare you covet her!” Blake barked angrily.

“She was never yours motherf**ker!” Jericho shouted.

“Say that again” Blake dared.

“I’m only here for my sister! Bring me Amelia right now!” Jericho snapped.

“Unfortunately, your sister escaped. She ruined my plans cos I planned to slaughter her in front of you as your punishment for stealing what’s mine!” Blake said.

“What!”

“Now hand my girlfriend over, else you’ll have to die right here!, She’s mine!” Blake shouted.

“She was never yours!” Jericho shouted back, and Blake pulled out his gun immediately, but before he could shoot, Jericho pulled his gun too, and Leela went beside him as they both pulled the trigger at a time.

Blake’s bullet hit Jericho’s shoulder, and he held it quickly.

The energy of Jericho’s bullet made Blake’s gun fall when it hit his arm.

“F**k!” He groaned, holding the spot painfully as he tried taking his gun from the ground.

Jericho made to shoot him on the forehead like that and just end his life, but his gun ran out of bullets already.

“Shit!” He breathed, throwing it down.

He ran all the way to Blake and kicked the gun away from him before he could reach it, then he pulled him up and threw ten good punches at his face.

Blake laughed before starting to return the punches.

He punched Jericho’s wounded shoulder, and Jericho staggered, holding the arm tight.

“Jerry!” Leela gasped, covering her mouth in tears.

Jericho stood straight and went for him again, sending a kick to his groin.

Blake returned the attack to Jericho’s stomach, stabbing him with a hidden knife.

“Jerry!” Leela cried again as his blood dropped on the ground from the stab and his mouth.

“Jerry please!!!” Leela cried, falling on her knees as he began bleeding.

Blake smiled and tried going for his gun, taking advantage of his wound.

Leela quickly stood and ran to him, blocking him fast.

He might not have learnt a lot, but the little she learnt, she decided to try it out.

She raised her leg to his face, giving him a rough kick right there. Blake fell on the ground with a bleeding mouth, looking shocked.

Leela kicked him again immediately he looked up, and he fell back on the ground, then she straddled him and began punching his face repeatedly.

After the fifth punch, Blake caught her fist and tried punching her back, but she ducked, avoiding the punch, thanks to the little she grasped from Jericho

She rolled off of him, and he grabbed her hair, dragging her up with him.

“You free bolder, girlfriend” he smiled, then he hit his forehead on hers, and her head jiggled immediately.

She rolled her eyes back before falling on the ground, passing out.

“Ela!” Jericho stood. He has successfully removed the knife from his stomach right now.

He ran to Blake, and immediately they met, he punched his arm wound too, but Blake stood gallant and returned it.

Jericho grabbed his fist and turned it around, then he punched him on the face, sending him to the wall.

Jericho marched his mouth, and a teeth fell off his mouth, but unknown to him, he fell on the spot the gun fell at the other time.

“Bastard!” He spat and left him, then he began running to Leela who’s still unconscious.

“Goodbye Jericho!” Blake’s voice suddenly said, and he stopped immediately.

His eyes widened, and he turned back to see him pointing the gun at him already in his sitting position.

Is this the end already? For him???

His eyes kept getting wider as he watched him pull the trigger, and the bullet flew out of the nozzle, but instead of hitting him, Leela covered him suddenly, and the bullet met her back.

“AHHH!!!” She groaned, holding him tight as her blood dropped on the ground.

When did she even get up???

Jericho’s eyes widened to their limits, and tears fell out of them as his eyes got hooked with her hurtful orbs

The beautiful eyes are holding much pain right now as she fell on his arms, and they went down together.

He quickly sat up and held her face. Her blood began soaking his trousers as she placed her head on his laps.

“Ela… Why did you… Why did you… Do it… Why!!!!” He cried out, and she smiled sadly as tears rolled out of her eyes too.

“You went through a lot already Jerry… You … You deserve to… Live long in happiness… With your sister…” She hiccupped as blood poured out of her mouth too.

“You think this is a movie or story? How could you take a bullet in my stead!!” Jericho cried again, and she raised her already bloody hands to his teary face.

“You know I love you… Right? I’m not going anywhere” she smiled.

“You know I love you too, don’t you feel it? I’m so easy to read you should know I do even if I didn’t say!” He cried again, and she smiled widely, then her eyes closed, and she went limp immediately.

“Ela! Ela if you leave I’ll be so mad at you! Ela please! Ela open those eyes! Ela!!!” He cried, hugging her body to himself.

Blake took the gun again, and he was about to shoot Jericho too when the door broke down, and the cops rushed in with the others.

Blake was shot on the chest immediately, and the gun fell from him

“Leela!” Kenji screamed immediately.

“Bestie!” Anastasia gasped, and their eyes turned to Blake at once.

“Son of a b***ch!!!!!” They screamed, running madly to him at once.
