” Can you please call Iris for dinner ?” Kristen said to one of the maids as she settled down with Jenna beside her.

She had stopped to call Iris while they were coming but she seems surprised that Iris didn’t get out of her room. Though she had stayed quietly in her room since she returned from school,but Kristen wasn’t really moved thinking she was only trying to rest.

But now she’s more worried,

” Yes mam ” The maid turned toward the stairs and Kristen let out a gro-n.

The maids have been referring to her as mam for some days now and she’s becoming sick from it.

” I am not mam,,my name is Kristen please” Kristen twist her hand in the air

Jenna giggled and took a spoon

The maid ignored what Kristen said and went Upstairs.

As the maid reached Iris’s room access,she let out a soft breath and then knocked the door.

” Who is it?” Iris voice came out loud that it scared the maid,she had to shake even though she wasn’t seeing Iris at that moment

” Am sorry,,mam Kristen said I should call you for dinner ” The maid spoke up

” F**k off,,am not hungry” Iris responded

The maid immediately turned back and went downstairs,who knows what she may do next?

When she got downstairs,Kristen looked up and gave her a questioning stare which she understands.

” She told me she’s not hungry” She said in a gentle tone

” Okay,thanks I will get her myself. Jenna,I will be back” Kristen tapped Jenna’s cheek as she stood up.

She left the dinning room and went upstairs directly to Iris’s room

She didn’t bother to knock,she just pushed the door and it opened widely exposing Iris wrapped in a blanket all over her body like a patient.

” Iris,,are you okay? ” Kristen asked moving closer to her maybe to check her temperature

” I am okay,,I just want to be alone ” Iris pulled the cover over her head and closed her eyes

” Are you sure you’re fine? You can tell me anything,am your sister” Kristen said and touched her hair

” I will tell you about it later,,I can’t say anything right now ”

” Okay,,I will be waiting. Take some rest ” Kristen Tapped her shoulder before standing up and then left the room.

Immediately Kristen left,Iris stood up from the bed and walked to the mirror,,she arranged her hair several times not knowing what to do,,then she sighed

” I am really ugly” She mumbled with a sad expression on her face

She left the mirror and laid back on the bed,Max’s words keep on ringing on her head. Maybe she was a boy after all,how could he suddenly develop interest in Natalie all of a sudden?

Is it because she’s more prettier? Or maybe because she’s girly and act so flimsy,maybe that’s how a girl should be, not like her.

She stood up again and moved to the mirror,,for the first time in her life she cared about her look. She wanted to show Max she can be pretty too but how will she go about it?

She doesn’t even know anything about being girlish.

She gro-ned and fell on the bed again,,luckily for her,it’s the weekend,she was going to have enough time for herself and just forget about Max.

She doesn’t seem to understand why she wanted him to see her as a girl too,,she shouldn’t be feeling that way but at that moment she really want to become girlish.

After dinner,Kristen and Jenna returned to Jenna’s room,she took her bath and helped her with pajamas before they proceeded to Kristen’s room since they’ve both planned to spend the night in her room.

Kristen hold Jenna’s hand swinging it gently.

” Nanny??” Jenna looked up at her face

” Yes Jenna?” Kristen replied

” I am hungry” Jenna said and Kristen looked at her with a confused face

” You’re what??”

” Hungry” Jenna replied

” Jenna,,we ate dinner few minutes ago. How come you’re hungry now??” Kristen pulled her closer and lifted her up

” Are you feeling sick?”

” I’m just joking” Jenna smirked and Kristen frowned

” Why did you do that??”

” Because I love it when you are worried about me,,” Jenna grinned

” That’s not good,,,you don’t have to do that. I love you” She k-ssed Jenna’s cheek.

” How about we go for a treat tomorrow?? It’s Saturday,,we should have some fun,what do you think?” Kristen asked opening the door to her room and they both entered.

” I will love that!! My classmates always talk about how they go out with their mom,so does that mean we too will be doing the same tomorrow? I heard it’s always fun when a girl go out with her mom,,” Jenna told her

” Of course,it’s gonna be all fun. Trust me ”

” And we can have ladies talk too right?” Jenna asked and Kristen giggled

” What ladies talk? Are you a lady? You’re still a baby” Kristen said playing with her hair

” Okay we can have babies talk ” Jenna suggested again and Kristen finally bursts out into an uncontrollable laughter

” Jenna you know what? Just sleep,we have a lot of things to do tomorrow. So let’s sleep to wake up early tomorrow,,”

” Okay,,good night”

” Yeah good night ” Kristen k-ssed her cheek and almost instantly she closed her eyes

NEXT MORNING ✍️

” Jenna,,how do I look?’ Kristen asked her in a soft whisper

” Always beautiful ” Jenna replied

” Thank you,,you’re so beautiful too Jenna ” Kristen touched her cheeks

Few seconds later,they both left the room ready for their outing.

They were almost going down the stairs when Iris voice stopped them

” Where are you two going??” Iris asked with a blank look on her face,

” I and nanny are going out to have some fun ” Jenna replied with a smile

” Can I come with you? I don’t want to stay home and think about silly things” Iris itches her hair a little

” Of course you can,, ” Kristen replied almost immediately

For an unknown reason she felt so happy that Iris finally want to have fun

” Just a minute,I will change my clothes” Iris immediately ran to her room

” Let’s go wait for her downstairs,she will join us ” Kristen suggested.

” You’re going out?? Oh ,and Jenna too??” Richærd asked seeing their outfit

” Yeah,,the house is boring. ” Kristen chuckled

” Am the one taking you right??” Richærd asked

” Of course,,and,,Iris is coming too ” Kristen said

” Am here,,,sorry for keeping you waiting” Iris appeared from the back

Kristen was surprised to hear that,,she just said she’s sorry for keeping them waiting. Normally,she wouldn’t have cared about them waiting or anything.

‘ Something is wrong ,,it’s weird’ Kristen thought taking a glare at Iris who was talking to Jenna already

They were all interrupted from the moment when a loud car automobile horn came on.

They all turned toward the gate wondering who it was. The gatekeeper immediately rushed to check,,,

” It’s the boss ” He whispered back and everyone immediately maintained their lanes

“It’s Daddy!!” Jenna shouted happily

‘ It’s hærdly two days,,,why is he home?’ Kristen wondered even though a part of her was feeling glad to have him back.

As soon as the car drove in,a guard opened the door for Nicholas and he came out,a smile escaped Kristen’s l-ips not able to hide it as she stood still in her position

” Welcome boss ” The guards all chorused

It seems his attention was not on them as his eyes were focus only on someone and that’s Kristen,,he walked from the car while the guards moved away from the way with their eyes trailing behind him.

They were all surprised when he stopped right in front of Kristen and the unexpected happened,,,

He k-ssed her!!!

The guards were shocked at the sight of it,did he just k-ssed Kristen??

Even Iris was shocked,

‘Am I dreaming right now?’ She wondered not taking her eyes from the two

Kristen on the other hand almost got confused wondering why he had to do this in front of everyone,but she couldn’t do anything than to reciprocate.

Immediately he stopped k-ssing her ,,all the guards turned their faces away.

Nicholas hold Kristen’s cheek and pressed his l-ips on her forehead gently

” I missed you,,a lot ” He simply said

” I missed you too ” Kristen replied shyly

He smiled and pulled her into a warm hug,,Jenna who have been grinning all along moved closer to the couples and hugged their wa-ists,that was when Nicholas remembered he didn’t even take a glance at her.

He withdraw from the hug and carried Jenna,,

” How are you doing??” He asked k-ssing her cheek

” Am fine daddy ” Jenna replied and hugged him

” Hey Iris,,,” Nicholas called

” You’re welcome Mr Bill ” She greeted still in shock

” Come on,,let’s go in ” Nicholas said to Kristen and she nodded

” But,,we were on our way out. We wanted to have fun before you came in ” Jenna complained

” Oh,,,” Nicholas muttered and looked at Kristen who gave him a wink in return

” Will you come with us daddy?” Jenna asked

” I don’t think he can,,,he should rest. ” Kristen suggested worriedly

” No,,am coming with you. I’ve missed you all so much,” Nicholas rubbed Jenna’s hair and Kirsten’s face brightened immediately

” That will be amazing,,,” She said

In a minute,the family got into the car and left the mansion.

Michelle banged into Max’s room,she was surprised to see him still sleeping. Instantly she let out one of her annoying scre-ms she knew Max hates so much.

Max woke up instantly trying to protect his ears from the noise with a pillow,,he opened his eyes and threw the pillow at Michelle angrily.

” What the hell is wrong with you?? Why are you scre-ming?!!” He yelled

” It’s f**king 10 in the morning,and you’re still in bed. Lazy ass ” She rolled her eyes

” It’s Saturday,why can’t I have a little rest in this house? Why is everyone so wicked? ” Max roughed his Hair feeling frustrated

” You promised to drive me out today? Am going for clothes shopping” Michelle gro-ned

” Get the hell out of my room and ask a driver to go with you” Max snapped and fell back on the bed

” I hate you” Michelle said sadly

” I hate you more,,just get out before I loose it,witch” He muttered sleepily

” Did you just call me a witch? Am telling Granny about this,trust me ”

” Just leave ”

” Fine,please,,,,it’s going to be boring riding with the driver” Michelle pleaded

” Okay,,can you wait till 2pm? ” Max Asked

” Are you crazy? You want to sleep until 2pm??”

Max opened his eyes and got up,,he grabbed Michelle’s hand

” What do you think you’re doing??”

” Pushing you out of this room ” Max replied holding her toward the door

He opened the door

” But brother,am still talking to you,,,”

” 2pm ” He snapped and pushed her out and locked the door

” Where did mom and dad get her from?” He mumbled as he fell back on the bed

” Glad she’s loosing” Nicholas said referring to Iris as they both sat down watching Iris and Jenna playing with the numerous balloons from the opposite side

” Yeah,thanks to you. Guess her new school is amazing” Kristen replied as she chewed a strawberry gently

Nicholas moved her face away From Iris and looked at Kristen

” Is it my eyes or you look more prettier within the two days I was gone?” Nicholas muttered staring at her and she let out a silly laugh

” Are you teasing me? How can I suddenly become more pretty,it’s just two days,” She hit his shoulder playfully

” To me,you become more beautiful each second ” Nicholas said

” Was that why you did that earlier? Because I look prettier??” Kristen asked talking about the sudden k-ss

” No,,I did that because I missed you and because I wanted to,I had to rush things and come back here because I wasn’t myself without you. ” Nicholas answered and she nodded

” Am glad you came back quickly,,I wanted to thank you properly,,”

” For what??”

” The surprise,,,,I think it’s too much. You really don’t have to do that,,I don’t love you because I want you to do things for me.” Kristen bite her l-ips looking down

Nicholas hold her hand and touched her jaw making her look up

“that’s nothing,,if you can’t stay there,What about your parents? I know you can’t leave me,” Nicholas teased and she giggled

” That’s not funny,,,you are saying I can’t live without you?”

” Just saying,,even if you don’t end up leaving the mansion,,you can do anything you want with it so we can keep on staying together,am getting married to you anyway,so you don’t have to leave again ”

Kristen smiled

” Why don’t we get married now? You seems so impatient about everything” Kristen teased

” Because I love you so much,am impatient”

” I love you too ” Kristen replied and placed a k-ss on her l-ips which was interrupted by the sudden sound from Nicholas phone,

Kristen moved away,,

Nicholas checked who called

” I will be back ” He said and got up excusing himself to take the call

Few minutes later he came back,,

” Kristen,,” He called and shs looked up

” I think we need to go back home ” He said and she was surprised

” Why?”

” Father just called,,,He’s home,with mom ” Nicholas replied and a light gasp escape Kristen’s l-ips
