Royal Palace ~ Reagan Chamber
Ciara open her eyes due to the soft caress she felt on her nose or is it on her lips? She thought as she saw Reagan smiling down at her.
“Your finally up” he said softly.
“Did I sleep for long” she asked snuggling close to him.
“You did” he replied as his arms went around her and it was then she notice that he is shirtless.
” Where’s your clothe?” She asked as she sat up.
“I took it off due to the heat? Aren’t I perfect this way?” Reagan asked winking a brow at her.
“Heat? It’s cold in here! Just admit that you were trying to do something dirty, you pervert” she let out and made to leave but he pulled her back.
“I will be your future husband and it’s bound for you to see me shirtless, more than shirtless and so it’s time you get used to it and besides isn’t my body tempting?” He teased lightly.
“Ha ha! It isn’t, now let go of…” Ciara didn’t get to complete her words when he pulled her into his arms making her aware of how strong and manly he is.
He gave her a caressing kiss on the lips before pulling back to stare at her face.
“Though our marriage isn’t built on love, we certainly will have a good time and great s*x” he whispered into her ears making her gasp out softly.
“I would love to pine you down and take off every piece of clothing on you but have got a lot of things to do, I need to take my shower” he added as he gave her a kiss on the lips before getting off the bed leaving Ciara feeling a bit unfulfilled.

Rico made way into the guest chamber along with his guard.
A brief knock on the door got Laura showing up.
“Who are….” Recognition dawned her face when she saw Rico.
“Judging by the look on your face, you remember me right?” He asked.
“I do, you were the jerk who tried to stop me….” Laura stopped talking when the guard beside Rico cleared his throat.
“What’s with him?” Laura asked.
“I am his highness body guard and so I would ask you to refrain from calling him a jerk” the guard replied.
“His highness? Is he…”
“Yes, he is the king younger brother, Show your respect” the guard replied and though she didn’t feel like it, she gave a bow.
“I doubt that you really mean that” Rico said and continued. ” Whatever, I only came here to let you know that I don’t intend to let you go for what you did to me”
“I only did that because I didn’t know you were the king’s brother”
“That doesn’t justify what you did and so, I want you to pay for it”
“By doing what?”
“By working in the palace” Rico suggested.
“There’s no way am doing that. Don’t you know that am a guest here?” Laura asked.
“Oh? I didn’t know. I thought you are a girl who’s living off of her cousin and now that your cousin is getting married to a king, you decide to stay trying to get what you can out of her ” Rico taunted.
“Am not a leech you damn kid” Laura yelled at him.
“Watch what you say ” The guard warned but Rico told him to stay put.
“Then prove me and everyone wrong by working in the palace ”
“Fine then! I will work all through my stay here, happy?” she asked and not waiting for his reply, she shut the door on their face.
“She’s one rude girl” Rico personal guard said as they both walk off.
“Don’t worry, I will be the one to teach her proper manners” Rico replied.

Regina was on her way to Reagan’s Chamber when she saw Willow.
He was also heading to Reagan chamber when he noticed her some distance away.
Avoiding her gaze. He gave a bow, acknowledging her presence and continued his journey.
Feeling hurt by the way he greeted her, Regina went back to her chamber ignoring Rico who was trying to tell her that a friend of theirs was around.
She went straight to bed and lay on it feeling hurt by Willow who keeps refusing her love.
“You love him right?” As soon as she heard that, she sat up only to see Bethany there.
“I thought I told no one to come in” Regina said.
“You did but I couldn’t help but to notice how sad you are. Pardon my meddling your highness but I figured that you might need someone to talk to” Bethany said and after thinking about her offer, Regina gave up and began telling her about Willow.
“I love him but he keeps pushing me away. It hurts” Regina said as she held onto her chest, crying.
Bethany went to her and pulled her into a hug, holding onto her till she could cry no more.
“Thanks for listening,I really needed that” Regina said as she wipe her face.
“What do you intend to do?” Bethany asked.
“Stay away like he wants me to” Regina replied.
“Are you willing to let your love go just because he says so. If I were in your position , I will work hard to make him mine” Bethany suggested.
“He will keep rejecting me”
“And that’s why you have to work hard till he eventually notice you. You can’t give up without a fight” Bethany said to her.

“You are right, I can’t give up without putting up a fight. Thanks Bethany” Regina said which surprised her.
“You know my name?” Bethany asked.
“Of course, you saved me at the airport and now you gave me such wonderful advice, you are my best pal from now on” Regina declared as she gave Bethany a kiss.
“Am glad I can be of use, I will be outside with the other escorts ” Bethany said as she made to leave but Regina told her to wait.
“I don’t feel like going out and a friend of mine from school is around, can you help me return this to him since it belongs to him” Regina said as she gave her a jewelry box.
“I will”

“Isn’t your sister coming?” Charles asked as he prop his leg on the desk along side Rex.
“I doubt it, she seemed upset when I saw her a while ago” Rico replied.
“Who’s that sexy little thing heading over here?” Charles asked before letting out a whistle.
On seeing who it is, Rex got off his seat and stood in her path.
“Hello beautiful, are you here to see me?” Rex purred our seductively.
“No. I only came here to give this to him” Bethany said as she walk past him to Charles.
“This is the present I gave her, doesn’t she want it?”Charles asked.
“I don’t know about that, she only ask me to give it to you” Bethany said and turn to leave only for Rex to stay in her path again.
“Have lunch with me tomorrow” Rex demanded.
“As I will be busy preparing for his Majesty wedding, I will gladly refuse” with a bow sent his way, she walked off leaving the three guys starring at her @ss.
“That @ss is really something” Charles let out lustfully.
“Hey, don’t set your eyes on her cause she’s mine” Rex declared.
“Oh really? With the way she declined your offer, I doubt she will ever be yours” Charles countered.
“Do you think it’s impossible for me to make her mine?” Rex asked while Charles and Rico shrugged doubting his ability.
“Then lets make a bet, If I make her mine before the end of this summer, you two will be giving me whatever I ask for”
“And what’s in it for us if you fail?” Rico asked.
“You ask for whatever you want from me” Rex replied.
“Way to go. Get ready to lose your motorbike” Charles told him in excitement.
“That is if I lose the bet and I don’t intend to lose. I will wrap her around my little finger and then discard her once am done with her” Rex said confidently as he took a sip from his margarita.
“Now who is she?” Charles asked as he stared at the door way.
Rico gaze went there only to see Laura dressed in the maid uniform, a uniform which is too short for her, a uniform which flaunted her curves making her very alluring.
“You did this on purpose right!” Laura yelled as soon as she got to him..
Clearing his throat, he push aside his lustful thought and stared at her.
“Is working as a maid too hard for you?” Rico asked.
“I agreed to work but not as a maid” Laura replied ignoring the other two.
“There’s no other job rather than to work as my maid. If you find it exhausting, you can just quit and go back to living off of your cousin” Rico said earning her anger.
“I already told you that am not living off of my cousin. If you know nothing then I would advice you to shut that mouth of yours, little kid” Laura replied.
“I would also advice you to do the same and quit calling me a little kid and go do the task assign to you!” He ordered.
“You are hateful!”
“And you are rude!” Rico replied hotly and angrily she left the room.
“Wow…that’s one fierce maid ” Charles let out.
“Where on earth did you find her?” Rex asked.
“She’s just a troublesome lady who I intend to teach a lesson” Rico replied determinedly.

Elvira Chamber
“Your highness, his Majesty is here” Elvira maid said.
“Don’t let him in, am in no mood to….”
“Why shouldn’t she let me in? Is it because of what you did” Reagan asked as he walk into the room.
With a signal from her, the maid gave a bow and left the room.
“I didn’t expect to see…. argh!” Elvira let out a scream when Regan angrily push off the things on her desk.
“What are you….”
“Don’t think am a fool! I know that the poison attempt is your doing!” He yelled at her.
“How can you claim such a thing when you have no prove”
“You are right. I have no prove but I know what you are capable of and let me warn you that the next time you do such a thing, I will make sure you are out of here” Reagan threatened looking very angry.
“You can’t do that to me, mother won’t allow….”
“It’s because of mom that have been holding back all these years but no more. Make any attempt to do anything to me again and you are out of here!” Reagan said before walking off.
Elvira took in a deep breath as her hands began to shake in fear.
Never has she seen Reagan this angry and she won’t let it get to her, she thought as she tighten her fist in anger.
“Your threat won’t stop me” she muttered as she pick up her phone to dial someone number.

Ciara was returning to her chamber after hours of being locked up in a room learning the duty of being a queen.
She was walking sluggishly accompanied by two maids when a guard approach her.
“I was sent to give you this” he said as he handed a letter to her.
“Who’s it from?” She asked.
“I don’t know that either” the guard replied before walking off.
Thinking it might be from her parents, she tore the envelope.

She found the letter weird and chose to ignore it at first but then she found herself asking the maids where the late King’s remembrance park is.
The park being in the palace was easy to find, she got there only to see Reagan standing with his back turn to her, gazing at the sun set a distance away.
She was about to call him when she saw a girl walk up to him.
Ciara watch them talk for a while, though she couldn’t hear their conversation.
She was about to make her presence known when they did the unthinkable.
They kissed.
