Chapter 3

Young Hee’s pov

Who thefu-ck park this useless bicycle here? In front of my car and the bicycle was even resting on it. I nee-d to teach the owner a lesson.

First, I entered my car, start it and began driving slowly.

I made sure I crushed the bicycle, and reversed back again doing the same, then the third time before driving towards the gate.

I saw the nuisance girl, hmm.. Ara staring at me in shock. I guess she’s the owner, well that serves her right.

I win-ked at her and waved her a good bye.

Ara’s pov

My bicycle! 😭 my precious bicycle!!😭

I walked up to my crushed bicycle, there’s no point in taking this home. I turned and saw Soo Bin coming.

She got to me, then to the bicycle “Young hee did this? ”

“Yes, but don’t worry it fine. I can trek home ” I answered.

“Seriously, this girl won’t st©p been a fool. I wish I can beat the hell out of her but I don’t want her evil troubles after that ” She signed.

“Come on let’s go, I do trek home too. We can trek together ” She added.

I nodded and we both walked out of the school.

Few Minutes later, we kept chatting and laughing as we walk down the street.

We got to Soo Bin’s house first , it really a good furnished ap@rtment though small.

I got home too, and walked to my room but my mom’s voice called me back.

” Ara, welcome back and how is school today? Wait! Who’s the owner of the cardigan you’re wearing?” My mom asked.

“Mom, school is fine and the cardigan am wearing was lend to me by someone cause I mistakenly poured coffee on my uniform ” I lied.

“Ohh! But how could you be so careless huh? I really appreciate the student who gave you the cardigan.

Make sure you returned it tomorrow. The maids will serve your food, am going out” She said, and took her bag to leave.

I got upstairs, pu-ll off the cardigan and my uniform, and placed it on the be-d.

I gr@bb£d my towel and walked briskly to the bathroom to take my bath and go eat.

I nee-d the maids to help me wash the uniform and the cardigan.

Soo Bin’s pov

“Mom! Mom! Where are you? ” I searched the whole house looking for my mom but I can’t.

I got to her room, she isn’t there.

I heard someone gro-an ing in the bathroom.

“Mom!!! ” I ran there and saw my mom rolling on the floor, she held her tummy and a bottle of poison was beside her, opened.

“Don’t do this to me mom, plea-se stay strong for me. Am taking you to the hospital ” I held her arm and struggled to lift her up.

She wanted to talk but can’t, she doesn’t have to kill her self for that man I called father.

I will never forgive him for what he did to us in the past. I managed to take my mother out of the house.

Fortunately, a taxi was coming. I signalled to the driver and he st©pped.

We entered and he drove us to a near by hospital.

At the hospital 🏥..

“Doctor!! Doctor!! plea-se help my mom ”

The nurses rushed towards us and took my mother in,side.

I followed them in and soon, the doctor c@m£ in and attended to my mom.

One hour later, the doctor was throu-gh and he turned to me.

“Your mother Is fine now, the poison didn’t affect her too much. She nee-d rest now.

So you have to go home and rest then, you can come back with her food. ” The doctor said with a smile and left the ward with a nurse behind her.

Thank God, she’s alive.

Tae’s pov

“My sons, we are going on a dinner with the Kim’s family on tomorrow ” My dad announced.

“OK father, but why are we having dinner with them? You know they are the riche-st in the country or do you have a deal with them? ” Jae, the youngest one among us asked.

Silly question 😏

“I don’t know why you took after your mother, always asking questions” My dad said, hoarsely.

“It good he took after me, since the elder ones took after you ” My mom answered, as she poured her self a gl@ss of wine.

“Whatever, you are coming with us too ”

“Huh? Me? Hell no, am planning to go for shopping tomorrow ” My mom s¢ræmed.

She shouldn’t have s¢ræmed, mom and shopping everytime.

“Then you have to cancel that plan and come with us or else… ”

“Fine! Am coming. Arrgh.. No shopping for me!” My mom whimpered softly and ran to her room.

I laughed, “Mom’s such a comedian ” Seo said, and laughed too.

“I heard the Kim’s are having a daughter, am sure she’s beautiful just like the Ara girl in school ” Seo added, and moved back his hair stylishly.

“If mom is such a comedian, then you are such a flir-t. ” Jae answered and gave him a knock on the head.

“Ouch! Don’t worry am gonna see her tomorrow, you know she’s with my cardigan.”

“I know you want to have her in your be-d, pla-yboy ”

“Thanks. So mind your business now”

The girl is pretty stubborn, she hasn’t seen anything yet.

Ara’s pov

I heard the car horn outside, my father and my little brother is back.

I got outside, and waited patiently for them to come out.

The driver parked the car and got out to open the car door for dad and Min Ho.

“Sister! You are back from school, I hope you didn’t get bullied? ” He asked.

“No little prince, you know your sister too well ”

“Good, cause I will beat anyone who tries to do that ”

“Hmm.. Superman of our time ” I tea-sed.

“Thanks, am going in. I feel so famished. ”

“Welcome dad, how’s work today? ” I asked

“Good Ara, we are having dinner with Park tomorrow and he’s coming with his sons and wife”

“OK…But I don’t know them”

“You will know them soon, his sons are the rightful owner of the school which you are schooling. You should know them.

Humm.. I only know the eldest son’s name. Tae”

I g@sped. Oh my!

They are coming to my house tomorrow for dinner. Those four fools. What do I do? I don’t want to show myself to them.

Chapter 4

Ara’s pov

They are coming to my house tomorrow for dinner. Those four fools. What do I do? I don’t want to show myself to them.

Geez!

We got in,side, my brother had gone to his room.

“Dad, what time are they coming? ”

“That are coming by 3pm” He answered.

“OK” That was all I could say.

Soo Bin’s pov

I got home and prepared something for my mother to eat.

My mother tried to kill her self cause of my so called father.

He left us to die in h@rdsh!p, sorrow, poverty.

All because he had a son outside who will inherit everything he had.

He forgot my mom was the owner and also the one who invested so much in those two companies.

He left right after my mom signed all she had to him, all in the name of love.

Is this love? Does love treats someone like this?

My mom tried getting her companies back but all to no avail.

She tried killing her self for the mistake she had made. Killing isn’t the issue now.

I got to the kitchen, and decide to prepare beef stew and rice for my mother.

In one hour, I was throu-gh with everything. I went to my room to take off my uniform and put on a simple dress.

Am gonna see my new friend tomorrow. I giggled. She’s pretty and look friendly.

I can’t remember when last I bec@m£ so happy. Maybe I made my first friend in school today.

As for Young hee and Yoo nah, am looking for the right time to teach her a lesson.

I pack the food in,side a lunch box and walked out of the house.

Tae’s pov

Next morning…

We got into the car and the driver drove us to school.

At School 🏫…

I got down from the car, and saw the maniac running towards me.

Gosh! I hate seeing this girl.

“Good morning Tae, I hope you sle-pt well? I know you do.

See my new hair style, I did this because of you and am sure you love it. She squeaked.

“And how is that my business? If you know you don’t have anything good to do this morning, kindly go home.

People with attitude like yours are not to be in school, they are to be in the police cell.

I don’t know why God placed you in a rich home cause living in a slum is what fit your destiny.

Fool. ” I said, and pushed her away.

My brothers were laughing, ma-king jest of her.

“But I still love you Tae, I won’t take that words to heart. I know you love me too” She smiled a little.

I st©pped walking, and turned to her “I would rather love and get married to a dog than be with you”

I knew she was feeling embarr@ssed, ashamed and rejected.

She left angrily.That serves her right.

“Tae, you’re really frustrated this morning and you had to pour all this frustration on her ” Jae spoke, laughing stupidly.

I left them and got to the cl@ss, it been long have been to cl@ss though I do have pri-vate cl@sses.

I sat at the back, only few students are in cl@ss. The girls were drooling like idiots.

I took my phone out and began pla-ying my favorite song. We are planning on a new song soon.

Ara’s pov

My dad asked of my bicycle but I told him it was stolen in school.

He said he will be coming to school and report the principal about this but I told him not to worry.

And guess what? My dad ordered a new bicycle for me.

“Ara, why don’t you take the car? This bicycle will make you go late to school if you keep waiting for it” My dad said, pointing to the new Bugatti (latest model) he bought last week.

I eyed the car, “No dad, I will wait ” I answered.

30 minutes later, A big van drove in and bought out the bicycle .

But wait!

it doesn’t look like a bicycle. It was more beautiful and amazing than the first one.

I walked to it and geez! A pink scooter!

“Wow, I love this one dad, thank you so much ” I said and pe-cked my dad on his two cheeks.

“You welcome, now go, you are running late ”

My dad paid for the scooter. I collected the helmet from him too.

I got on it and rode out of the house. School here I come with my new scooter.

I can’t believe dad bought me a scooter!

Young Hee’s pov

Tae disgraced me in front of those students. Thank God they didn’t record the scene cause am gonna commit suicide if such thing happen.

I won’t be able to face the shame. But that won’t st©p me from loving him. He’s mine alone.

Oops! I forgot something in,side my car. I walked back to the park.

A pink scooter rode past me. The rider was a girl and also wearing a helmet.

The scooter looks expensive and it really beautiful.

I waited for the rider to re-moved the helmet, she st©pped the scooter and parked it beside a bicycle.

She c@m£ down but didn’t re-move her helmet, her school bag looks familiar.

She kept walking throu-gh the hallway without removing her helmet.

Like seriously? I hope this girl is alright?

I followed her, she st©pped and opened the door.

The cl@ss went wild, even the teacher. At last she re-moved the helmet and I went gobsma-cked.

Ara!! 😱😱

She’s the owner of that scooter! I nee-d to research more about her. She has something which she’s hiding.

Ara’s pov

I know it crazy, wearing my helmet to cl@ss like that. Just trying to act funny.

I saw Soo Bin waving her hand for me to come sit. I walked to my seat and sat down.

“Good morning ” I greeted.

“Good morning Ara, how was your night? ”

“Lovely ” we concentrated on the teaching and soon he was done.

Fast forward…

I saw my rival and her friend Yoo nah, she look really wicked today.

Fortunately, she didn’t look for trouble. I don’t know why.

I felt a little relieved when we took the last subject of the day. I took my school bag and walked to the principal’s office.

I turned the door knob and pushed the door opened, he was talking to a boy and he looked worried.

He raised his head and stared at me for a while.

“What do you want? ” His voice was harsh.

“Hmm.. I c@m£ to collect my sport wears ”

“Have s£nt someone to put it in your locker, it will be shown to you tomorrow. Now leave “He said.

I tried to take a glimpse at the boy but I think he had n£¢k problem cause he kept turning his head.

I left the office, and got to the park. Thank God they haven’t done anything bad to it.

I saw Young hee and Yoo nah staring at me awkwardly.

What!

Or they haven’t seen a scooter before?

I win-ked and smiled at them, as I put on my helmet , rode out with my scooter. I saw Soo Bin trekking on her way home.

I decided to carry her “Your scooter looks comfortable. ” she complemented.

“Thanks babe, how about I take you from home to school and from school to home everyday? ”

“Hmm.. If it okay with you”

“Don’t worry, it okay ”

I st©pped at her house, and we both waved our selves good bye.

Now I nee-d to get re-ady for that dinner.

At home….

I parked my scooter and ran straight to my room, mom alre-ady told me they will be coming in 2 hours time.

I put on a short stra-pless blue dress, I wore my black sandals.

I put on a light makeup, I did my hair in a messy bun. I gr@bb£d my phone and walked downstairs, the maids had alre-ady prepared the meals.

“Mom, when are they coming? ” my little brother asked.

“Calm down, they are coming soon ”

Soon, we heard the car horn. I opened the curtain and saw two cars coming into the compound.

First was my dad’s car and the second, oops! The Park’s family.

Now the feeling is here, nervousness!

I waited patiently for them to come in, and they did.

My eyes went straight to Tae, his green shi-t looks awesome on his b©dy and his blue eyes adorable.

His hair was jelled back and he was wearing a bandana.

His h0t today, but his still the rude boy.

His eyes went round the house and it all landed on me. The eyes went wi-de-ned and began blinking ra-pidly.

I faced down and p@ssed beside him to welcome his family members.

“Welcome ma, welcome sir ” I greeted.

“Ohh! Isn’t she the Ara girl? The one Tae poured cof…..” His mouth was covered by his brother.

“Geez! She’s the one. ”

“Like seriously? ” All their mouths went wi-de

We all went to the dinning, the maids began serving the food.

40 minutes later….

My dad and Mr Park began talking, same as my mom and Mr Park’s wife after the meal.

Tae’s brothers were in the second living room, with my brother. Only God knows what they were asking from him.

And Tae! Where did he go? I stood up and walked outside.

Tae’s pov

I saw a garden at the back of the house and sat on the stairs leading to it.

Ara is the Kim’s daughter? What a coincidence! And she was acting like she c@m£ from the slums.

if only I knew.

But that won’t make me st©p looking for her trouble. 😄 I heard footsteps and I quic-kly stood up, going back to the main house.

I was climbing the stairs too fast, and it seems the footsteps were coming closer to where I was.

And Boom!
