“Remember ivy I told you that no one understand fate. Now one can tell what will happen in the future. now you have got everything. There is surely delay but not darkness in a good person life.” Mother said smiling looking at my son of almost five years old who was playing football in garden.
“Indeed mother” I smiled back looking at my son lovingly.
“Fernando, Baby come now and have your sandwiches. ” I called upon the boy playing football.
“Here I am” Fernando threw the ball aside and ran towards me and his grandmother.
I gave him his sandwich and combed his ruffled hair with my fingers.
Fernando took the sandwiches and ran in the lap of his grandmother.
“My boy!!” Frederick mother k-ssed his cheek lovingly.
Fernando gave half sandwich to her and ate the other half.
These were the manners I told him.
don’t eat without asking the people around you. May be they want too but couldn’t ask you. So ask them yourself and let them be comfortable in eating with you. Don’t keep your eyes on someone else’s food. It can somehow make them feel uncomfortable.
I smiled looking at the success, I and my husband sowed seeds for.
After eating Fernando ran in,side while I and mother kept on chatting.

“Daddy!!!”
I was making presentation on my laptop when Fernando came by my side.
” Yes baby” I smiled ruffling his hair.
” Are you married daddy?”
I looked at him confused.
” Yes”
“To whom?”
“Of course to your mom” I rolled my eyes.
“Oh daddy, you married my mummy. Smart enough” Fernando patted my back while I choked on the air I was inhaling.
“What???” I shouted.
“Hehe daddy!” Fernado grinned.
” Who asked such question from you?”
Although I know the name of the person who can do this but still I asked Fernando.
“Uncle ronald”
“What did he say?”
“He said that my father is married. I didn’t know so I said that I will tell him after asking you.” Fernando said innocently.
“Well for your kind information I am telling you that your father which is me and I am married to your mom means husband and wife and about uncle Ronald then don’t listen to his idiotic gossips. He has nothing to do other than this.” I raised a brow.
“Okay daddy!” With this Fernando ran out.
” This idiot ronald” I put my laptop aside and went towards Ronald’s room.
I opened the door only to get my jaw drop.
” Listen clearly Fernando, No matter how many times your dad ask you to stay away from me, don’t listen to him. He is jealous of me because I am more handsome than him.”
“Is it so??”
“Of course baby!!”
I facepalmed myself looking at ronald who was hosting a drama in front of my five years old son without any shame.
Fernando whom I asked to not listen to Ronald and here he was doing his own father’s back biting with this idiot Ronald.
“Ohh!!”
“Fernando I have been calling you and you are here. Who will be doing your homework Huh?” Ivy came in shouting and stopped looking at me as I was standing at their back and Ronald who was scratching the back of his neck.
“What is happening over here? And Fernando why are you holding his to g finger?” Ivy raised a brow.
” Let me tell you…”
I narrated the wh0le story to Ivy who was gawking now.
“I will kill you all. You are spoiling my son already. Come here Fernando.” Ivy planted a punch at Ronalds arm and went out taking fernando with her.
“Sorry for the inconvenience” ronald grinned innocently ignoring the daggers I was throwing at him.

Five years had passed with a blur.
Samantha became a physiotherapist and was now working in the town’s best hospital.
Ronald, Aaron and Michael were enjoying their marriage
In these five years, they had strengthened their bussiness beyond limits.
There was no Bussinessman in new York who didn’t know the logo of Frederick enterprises.
Ivy got graduated from a business university after the birth of Fernando.
Nothing changed in all of us.
There were still nights which we spend together watching movies.
There were still rainy days in which we all used to roast each other .
There were still some moments when ivy used to need mother’s soothing lectures.
I was beyond happy to get such caring wife and cute son.
One lesson I learnt from my life was that never to judge someone by his or her appearance.

“What are you thinking??” Ivy was standing near the window when I hugged her from behind.
Fernando was sleeping in his room next to ours
“Nothing!!” She smiled.
I hummed and k-ssed her shoulder and back of her neck.
She flinched in my arms.
Six wh0le years had passed with us staying in each other’s embrace but still I had this effect on her.
” You know what Ivy?” He whispered huskily near her ear lobe and bite it.
“What?”
“Why not give our Fernando a brother or sister ? You know he feels lonely!!” I smirked while Ivy glared at me.
” Frederick…!!”
I suppressed a laugh and hugged her.
” You remeber ivy how much you used to tease me while you were pragnant?”
” Yes. You even used to make me have ice cream in midnight.” She laughed cherishing the moments.
” And that fuss you created the day when I asked you not to walk too much. I only tried to take you in my arms and you started crying saying that I think you are too far to walk much.” I smiled looking at the sky.
” And then the way Ronald, Michael and Aaron beat you for making me cry” she burst into laughter remembering my red face.
“And then you yourself applied ointment on my face.”
” Yes”
“You are such a drama queen since the first day to this moment” I sighed.
” But you still never stopped loving me”
She smiled wh0leheartedly.
“How can someone stop loving his life?”
I whispered joining our foreheads.
” But I miss the extra softness of your hands and your chubby cheeks” I said biting her cheek.
She smiled and hide her face in my chest breathing in my intoxicating scent which used to work as a life saver for her.
” My baby” I whispered k-ssing her head and hide my face in her silky hair.
“You will always be my heartthrob, I love you”
“I love you too, my heartbeat”
