” I know you”
All eyes are now on Amelia immediately the Oracle said that and and Amelia was wondering what was going on.
” I don’t think that’s possible, I’ve never been to this place since I was born and I’m certain I’ve never seen you before”
” So I don’t think that’s possible…… it’s probably someone else” Amelia said.
” Who are you?” The Oracle asked.
” My name is Amelia from the village of Haida and I believe this is the first time we are meeting” Amelia replied.
” Are you sure?….. because I don’t forget face that easily and your face looks familiar but I don’t know exactly where”
” My memory might be a little bit foggy but It seems I’ve seen you before…….or perhaps maybe it’s someone else” the Oracle said.
” Probably someone else” Amelia replied as the Oracle washed her hand also.
” How come you’re the one representing your village?…..is there no man in your village?” The Oracle asked and she smiled.
” None of them are strong enough to represent our village which is why they sent me” Amelia replied.
” I wish you good luck” the Oracle said.
” Thank you” she replied then the Oracle went to others to wash their hands.
” Are you ready?…….there is still time for you to back out……no one will blame you” Leo said to her.
” Funny, I was about to tell you to last longer in the contest” Amelia replied and they smiled.

About some minutes later they were given some gear to put on and they were lead to the arena.
Immediately they entered the arena which was filled thousands of people who are cheering for them.
Amelia was looking around in amazement as this is her first time of taking part in something like this.
She watched as people were scre-ming and chanting the name of their fighter as the contest was about to start.
As they were lead to the center of the arena, they face the high podium where the royal family are sitting.
” Aren’t we supposed to be given weapons?” Amelia asked.
” Oh I forget this is your first time here…….the first three stage is with your fist then the rest are with weapons” Leo answered.
” Oh I don’t know that” Amelia said.
” Can you fight with your bare hands?” Leo asked.
” That’s one of my first training….so yes I can fight with anything and against anyone” Amelia replied.

Aurora’s POV
.
I’m on my way heading to the arena where the contest will be taking place in a few minutes later.
By the time I got to the arena I can hear the people’s scre-m which means the contestants are there.
I climbed the podium where my parents are sitting and went to join them.
” Good morning ” I greeted.
” Good morning dear” mother replied.
” Where is you brother?…..he should be here by now” father asked.
” He should be on his way…….I saw him coming on my way here…..he will join us soon ” I replied.
Then i watched as the contest official introduce them to everyone one after the other.
” My Lord, this is Hakan from the village of Meshan” he said and the man bowed.
” My Lord, this is Jordan from the village of Kashma” he introduced and the man also bowed.
I took my seat and look out to the contestants and I was surprised to see a female among them.
” My Lord, this is Aurora from the village of Haida” he introduced and she bowed like the rest.
” Mother, that’s a woman” I said.
” Yes Aurora, I was surprised as well…..she must be brave to take part in the contest” mother replied.
I looked down at her and I smiled, she’s tall and beautiful, this will be the first time I’ll be seeing a woman fighting.
‘ perhaps after this contest I can get to know her better, she’s the kind I like’ I thought to myself.
” Why are you smiling?” I heard looking beside me to see Niklaus sitting beside me.
” Oh it’s nothing” I replied.
” Oh it’s not, I’ve recognize that smile very well, most of my ladies have that alot whenever they see what they like”
” Most especially when I get undressed before them and…….”
” Eeew….shut up Niklaus, you’re disgusting” I snapped at him and he laughed.
” I’m just trying to make you understand,….maybe you have someone you like among the fighters”
” Maybe the guy with the broad chest and…….”
” Hold on……is that a woman among them?” He said surprisedly just as I was when I saw the woman.
” Yes…… that’s right” I replied.
” Hold on……I know her, she’s that girl” he said and I turned to him with so much curiousness.
I know my brother promiscuity and I really hope she’s not among one of those shameless women.
” How do you know her?” I asked.
” I saw her in town yesterday but she got away……I knew I’m going to see her again” Klaus said excitedly.
” And why are you looking for her?, Don’t tell me you’re planning to take her to bed like you did others” I asked.
” What else?…… she’s look beautiful and tall just like I love them, and she looks different” Klaus said.
” I’m just curious as to what could bring such a young and beautiful maiden to such a dangerous contest”
” she have no fear of her life, I’ve set my eyes on her and I’m planning to have her after the competition over” Klaus said.
” it’s not every woman you find attractive must you laid with, for once in your life have a respect for women” I said.
” Nonsense, I am a prince and the heir to the throne of my father, I can do as I like, I can do anything I want” he said boastfully.
I was about to reply him then I saw father standing up to address the people before the contest begin.
” I greet you all citizens of Malmoe and I welcome you all to this contest. As it is know as our culture in this kingdom to have this contest annually”
” I commend every warriors in the arena today and I wish them Goodluck, May the best fighter wins” he concluded.
” The contest may begin” he added and everyone cheered.

Amelia’s POV
.
The contest starts shortly after the king’s welcome address and the official called up a fighter and his opponent.
Two men were called up and they started fighting, all the fighters are huge and twice my size.
I know I can’t be fazed or distracted by that so I watched intently at their fight to know what to do in case I come against them.
Just like my father used to tell me ‘know your opponent and study their weakness and use it to your advantage’.
A while later people cheered as the other guys beat up his opponent and he was declared the winner.
The next fighter was Leo and another guy and I smiled hoping to see an interesting match.
The official waved the flag for them to start and the other opponent charged against leo violently.
Leo was caught up by surprise as the man took him off the ground and smash him very hærd on the ground.
He pounced on him and started raining punches on him, Leo tried tried to get free but couldn’t.
After a while Leo was able to pull out his leg then kick him off, he sprang up off the floor and charged against the man.
The man made a move to punch him but Leo dodged it then punch him very hærd on the face.
Leo now have the upper hand as he beat up the man until he surrendered and Leo was declared winner.
Two more fighters were called until it gets to me and walked to the center of the arena and I saw my opponent.
He’s one of the huge one and after bowing to the royal family the official waved the flag to start.
” You’re not supposed to be here, this is not a place for women” the man said.
” And why is that?” I asked.
” Women don’t fight or become a warrior, you’re supposed to be at home, like every other women” he said.
” women also have the right to be who they want to be, you men don’t have the right to choose for us” I replied.
” Then I’ll use you to set an example to every women out there, that women will always be a tender little thing……a coward” he said.
” And I will use you to set an example to every man out there that women are stronger than they look” I replied.
I guess he got very angry with my reply because his expression changed and he charged at me.
He charged at me like a bull intending to take me off the ground and as a hunter I know how to take down a bull.
As he got to me I turned swiftly dodging his attacked then punch him him on his side then gave him one more at his back.
He fell to the ground and quickly stood back up then throw his punch at me, I caught his hand and punch him in his jaw.
He fell to the ground spurting out blood from his mouth, as he made to stand up I moved to him and kick him down.
He fell down unable to stand again and I was declared the winner which cause a loud cheer from the audience.
It seems the place people are happy with me being victorious as i left the arena for the next pairs.
” You fought well…….I’m surprised with the way you carry yourself when fighting that man” Leo said as I sat down.
” despite him being twice your size you defeated him flawlessly” he added.
” Actually, people like him are very easy to take down, they don’t pose much of a threat” I replied.
” Overconfidence, be careful these men are dangerous” Leo said.
” I know, so am I”

Leo and Amelia made it through the first round and also through the second round of the contest.
The official announced the fighter for the next stage which is also the last stage before the use of weapon.
Leo and Amelia are paired up to fight themselves and they both smiled and Amelia went to the center of the arena.
As Leo was about to join her, his sister Laura came to him.
” What’s your plan?” She asked.
” I don’t have any” he replied.
” She pose a great threat, I didn’t know she was that good, do you think you can take her?” Laura asked.
” I don’t know……..she’s very good” Leo replied.
” Remember, you have to win ….I know she’s a good person and you like her butvwe need this money” Laura said.
” Yes I know……… I’ll try” he replied then went to the centre to join Amelia.
” I was thinking maybe you’ve decided not to fight” Amelia said and he smiled.
” You think I’ll back out for you?,…..”
” Every man must appear strong before his love ones and this is my chance to prove it to you” he said.
” maybe after this you will finally agree to be mine” he added.
” I commend your ability to flirt in this moment……maybe after I win I’ll give you a chance” Amelia said.
” I love the sound of that but I’m sorry I really have to win this contest, you can just back out now to avoid any kind of embarrassment” Leo said.
” That’s funny…….I was going to tell you the same thing, I have a reason coming here and I must accomplish it” she said.
After bowing to the royal family the officiating officer waved the flag for them to start.
” This is your last chance to back out” Leo said.
” Let’s get it over with”
