Anne said to the assassins.

Martin happened to be one of the assassins, remember Martin the one that murdered Reina’s( Mrs Power)family.

Martin stared at the picture and said,
“Is like I have seen this face somewhere,is she a chef I mean food delivery girl because her face looks familiar to me?
He asked.

“Yeah, she works as a cook”
She answered.

“But Miss why did you want to kill her?
He asked.

“That’s none of your business,your business here is to carry out your job very well”
She said.

“We shall surely deliver a clean job to you”
Martin said to her with smiles.

“And one more thing you guys have to be careful and never allow her to escape,I want her dead today understand”
She said.

“Miss you got nothing to worry about we are professionals in this game”
Martin assured her.

She smiled and said,
“Here is your money come back when the job is done for your balance”
She gave the money Martin who is the leader of the assassins.

They came down from her car and got into their own and drove out.

Eva closed for work, she stood at the road waiting for a cab and this time the driver didn’t drop her because he took Mrs Power out for a conference meeting along side with Boboy.

She tried to stop cab none was going to her direction,she stood there for almost twenty minutes but still did not see any cab.

As she was waiting,Martin cab approached to her,one of them came down in a hurry and grabbed her on the w–st.

“Who are you? Where are you taking me to?
She shouted.

The guy took her in,side the car and they drove out.

He used an handkerchief that has been rubbed with sleeping pills and placed it on her nose,she doze off immediately without waiting time.

They drove thirty miles away from the city and brought her to a construction site.

“Hurry! bring her out,I got no time to waste before she wakes up”
Martin said.

The guy brought her from the car and rest her on his shoulder.

“Have you phoned the tractor man?
He asked.

“Yes I have,he said the big hole is ready”

“Okay let’s go”

Eva’s mother became so worried about her daughter not back from work by now, she has been calling her but not connecting.

“Sophia where is your friend? Why is she not back from work by this time? What keeping her? What if something bad has happened to my daughter?
She said.

“Stop panicing mother,nothing bad has happened to Eva maybe she went out with Fred you know how those love birds used to do”
She said.

“Then call Fred to be sure he is with her”
She said being so worried.

“Okay,I will call her right away”

She dialed Fred’s number and he picked immediately,

📞 How are you doing Sophia?

“Is Eva with Fred?
She asked.

“No Mother but he want to call Boboy to know if she is still at her work place”

“By this time,still at her work place,I doubt it Sophia, something bad has happened to my Eva”
She said with a worried face.

“Mother please stop thinking negative,Eva is fine nothing has happened to her”
She assured her.

Fred called back again and told Sophia that Eva is not in Boboy’s house.

“I said it,I have this feeling in me that my daughter is in danger,what are we going to do? if anything happened to Eva I won’t bear it”
She cried out.

“Mother nothing will happen to her,Fred has gone to find her okay”
She consoled her.

“We need to call the cop right now”

“No Mother we can’t call them beside if we call them they won’t do anything rather they will tell us to wait till twenty four hours before confirming the person missing so we have to wait and pray for Fred to find her”

The assassins got to the place they will bury Eva alive, meanwhile the big hole is ready and waiting for her even the tractor man.

The guy throw her in,side the hole and Eva waked up,she looked around and couldn’t believe herself,how she got into the grave, there’s no how she will go out without anything to support her.

She started shouting and s¢ræming for help,
“Who is there? Please help me I don’t know how I got to this place, please help me”
She cried out.

“You can now do your job,cover her up”
Martin said to the tractor man.

The tractor man started pouring sand to the hole,Eva cried calling out Fred’s name.

“Fred! Where are you Fred? come to my rescue Fred!
She cried out.

Meanwhile Fred started hearing Eva’s voice calling out his name,no matter the long distance Eva’s voice was reaching to him,the power of love is too much.

“Hang it there my Eva, am coming to save you my heart beat,the love I have for you will not let any thing bad to happen to you”
He said and speed up.

He followed the direction of the voice and got to where the assassins parked their car.

He saw the car and came down,he looked around both his right and left hand and couldn’t see anything that will lead him the particular place Eva is.

He decided to cross the other side where the car was parked,he got to the car and saw Eva’s bangle.

“This is Eva’s bangle that means she is here”
He said and picked it up.

He walked down to the construction path meanwhile the tractor man is still pouring sand on the hole.

Eva called out his name and the voice became so loud,he followed the direction and finally got to where she is,he became so shocked at the moment he discovered that they want to kill her.

He became so angry and rushed to fight the guys,they started fighting throwing blow on each other,Fred was fighting them like a superman.

Martin brought out his gun to shoot,he rushed him and kicked the gun away,he blown him and blown like a superhero,he reached for the gun and pointed it on them,they ran for their lives.

Meanwhile the tractor man is still busy pouring sand, Fred rushed him and gave him a heavy blow on the cheek which made him to fall off from the tractor and ran off immediately.

Fred off the machine and rushed down,
“My love am here,I want you to hang it there okay”
He said to her.

“Fred don’t allow me to die in here”
She cried out.

“You will not die my love,am here to save you nothing will happen to you, hang it there let me find a way to save you okay”
He assured her.

He rushed out think on how to save her but couldn’t get any clue,he climbed in,side the tractor to find something that will be useful to bring her out finally he got a long rope and tied it so tight at the mouth of the tractor.

He used the rope and jumped in,side the hole,Eva rushed and hugged him so tight.

“I thought I will not see you again my love, thank you for coming to my rescue”
She said with tears of joy.

“My Eva how could I allow you to die? How could I allow the one my heart beats for to leave me in this world? Don’t you know that if anything bad happened to you consider me a dead man”
He said and k!$sed her so passionately.

“We need to go”
He said.

He hugged her and tied the rope so tight around their w–sts,they held the rope and slide up,he untied the rope.

They sat down to rest and night has covered atmosphere.

“My love it’s ready late and don’t think we can go we have to spend the night here”
He said and car×ssing her hair.

“As long as am with you I got nothing to fear anymore but you have to call mother and let her know that am saved”
She said.

Meanwhile Eva’s mother became so sick of not seeing nor hearing from her daughter.

“Sophia you told me Fred will bring her back then where is my daughter? Where is my precious Eva?
She cried out.

“Mother let’s keep on praying for him to find her,we should not allow negative thoughts to ruin our hope”
She consoled her.

“Mother am very surely Fred will bring Eva back alive,nothing will happen to her okay”
Boboy said.

“It’s midnight already and I have not hear from my daughter,if anything bad happened to her I will die”
She cried out.

Sophia’s phone ranged,
“Mother is Fred!
She sounded happily.

She picked the call and pick it on loudspeaker,

“Fred you didn’t do anything to me but am tired of the relationsh¡p”

“Why are you saying this to me? Why did you want to break up with me? Don’t you love me again?
He said in tears.

“Fred I don’t think if I still love you”

“No I can’t take that,look into my eyes and tell me that you don’t love me that you got no feelings for me that I don’t make you happy that you don’t dream of having me In your life”
He said still in tears.

She looked into his eyes eyeball to eyeball and said,
“Is that what you want,Fred I don’t love you,I have never been in love with you for one bit and I have never for one day dream of having you in my life I have been pulling your legs Fred so am done with you”
She wanted to cry but hold the tears and ran out,Fred ran after her.

“Eva! Don’t do this to me Eva! I love you so much, please Eva come back to me”
He said to her.

“Fred it’s over between us no going back”
She said and got into the elevator.

Fred stood there like a statue watching her in tears and with a broken heart as the music plays,
