“Sir” she replied and raised her head up from her system. she was shocked to see the person near her boss.

“Alexa this is the real Boss” her boss said. “This is impossible” Alexa said. “It’s possible my dear” the person replied.

“Don’t tell me this company is yours” Alexa said. “Yes my darling the company is mine” Khalid replied.

“I thought you are jobless” Alexa said and Khalid shake his head. am not jobless, I didn’t run this company myself because am trying to run away from my father” Khalid said.

“But how did you know am working here?” Alexa asked. “Alexa I knew all my workers” Khalid replied.

“Why don’t you tell me you’re my boss, when you knew am working in your company?” Alexa asked.

“I decided not to” Khalid replied. “When did you come back?” Alexa asked. “I came back yesternight” Khalid replied.

“Kim will be very happy to see you” Alexa said. “I can’t wait to see my baby too” Khalid replied.

“Khalid” Alexa called. “Why are you being so nice to me?” Alexa asked. “I don’t get you” Khalid said.

“Khalid you understand what am talking about so quit the pretence” Alexa said.

Khalid scratch the back of his head nervously. “Alexa this is a working place, we will talk about it, in the house” Khalid replied.

“Alright you’re welcome back” Alexa said. “Thanks, get ready I want to address my workers in an hours time” Khalid said and pass her a smile.

“Alright” Alexa replied. “Take care of yourself” Khalid said and went out.

Alexa hold her chest with one of her hand and smile happily to herself. “he is so handsome” Alexa said.

“How I wish he wakes up one day and tell me Alexa I love you, Alexa snap out of your dream” she said and smile to herself.

“Good morning ladies and gentlemen” their boss greet, “Good morning sir” the workers chorused.

“I once told you guys I am not the real owner of Kay enterprise. the new owner is here and i will like to introduce him to you guys, meet your new boss Mr Khalid” their Boss said and they all clap their hands together for him.

Khalid P.o.v

I clear my throat and they stop clapping their hands, am a very strict person when it comes to work.

“Hi Am Khalid your boss, Firstly I wanna thank my Friend here, leo for being a friend I can trust, I love you for Always being there for me” I said and he smile.

“you’re welcome, you also deserve it becausse your have never give me a reason to doubt our friendsh¡p” Leo said.

“and secondly I will like to thank Kay enterprise workers, for being a good workers, thank you all and I hope you all continue being good” I said and they all clap their hands for me.

you guys should introduce yourself to your real boss” Leo said. “that’s not necessary I Know there names” I said and Alexa give me the look that say, how did you know their names.

I point at the lady sitting opposite me. “you’re Flora right?” I ask and they all look surprise.

“Answer my question” I said. “yes sir” she replied. “can you now see I knew there names” I said.

“Wont you ask of their departments?” Leo asked. “Leo you don’t need to bother yourself, you guys should go back to your duties” I said and they all rushed out.

I walk in,side the C. E. O office with Leo. “Leo what time is your flight?” I ask.

“this evening” she replied. “so fast I thought you will be going back Tomorrow” I said.

“I have Missed family Alot I need to see them” he replied.

“oh I have forgotten you’re a married man” I said. “That reminds me, did you truly love that girl?” he ask.

“which guy are you talking about?” I ask him. “your manager, Alexa” he replied.

“oh she’s my friend and neighbor” I replied. “Are you sure she’s just your friend” he asked.

“yes she’s just a friend any problem with that?” I ask.

“you better do fast and propose to her, I can see how she looks at you at the meeting today, man that lady really loves you” he said.

“Leo you should be on your way now, my regards to your family” I said.

“fool I knew what you’re trying to do, you better do fast and get married you’re not getting any younger, my prince” he said.

“where are you going to?” I ask him. “am going to prepare dummy” he replied.

Some minutes after Leo left my house. someone knock at my office door and “come in” I replied the person.

“good afternoon sir” the lady I knew as Claudia greet smiling sheepishly at me.

“Afternoon how may I help you?” I ask. “I just want to introduce myself properly to you” she said bringing out her tongue.

the pen she’s holding fell down from her hand, she bend to take the pen showing me half of her ass.

“Hey is this the cloth you wear to the office this morning?” I ask.

“Yes sir, did you like it?” she ask smiling at me. “Did you still need your job, I ask her?” “yes sir” she replied still smiling.

am not sure this girl ever get tired of smiling. “Don’t ever wear this cloth to my company again if you still need your job” I said.

“yes sir” she replied and drag her skirt down so the skirt is even long.

“And don’t ever try to sed-ce me again. if you try it next time say bye bye to Kay enterprise, understand?” I said and she quickly nod her head in fear.

“good you can go” I said and she turn to leave. “One more thing make sure you watch that thing you wear under your skirt before wearing it again” I said and she rush out in shame.

I walk into Alexa office I saw her arranging somethings in her bag.

“Are you ready to go home” I ask her. “yes boss am ready” Alexa replied. “let go together, I wanna surprise my baby by following you to pick her in school today” I said.

“oh she will be very happy” Alexa replied. did you came with your car?” I asked her.

“yes I came with it, why are you asking?” she ask me. “Am asking because we are going with your car” I replied her.

“didn’t you came with your car?” she asked. “I don’t have a car” I replied.

my phone rang out loud. “Excuse me” I said and pick the call. “Watsup buddy, how are you doing?” I asked.

“Am doing good, I am almost at the address you gave him, where are you?” Sam ask.

“oh wait for me, I need to pick my baby in school” I said. “your baby, when did you give birth that I didn’t know?” he asked. “she is not my biological child” I replied.

“Alright I will wait for you but please don’t keep me waiting” Sam said. “Alright” Khalid replied and end the car.

“Am sorry for keeping you waiting, let go with you car” Khalid said. “Khalid why don’t you buy a car for yourself?” Alexa asked.

“Alexa am comfortable without car” Khalid replied. “Alright what did you bring back from your town?” Alexa asked.

“many things, I will give you when we get home” Khalid said.

they walk to the garage where Alexa park her car, Alexa open the car door with her car key.

she sat at the back seat and gave Khalid the key. Khalid collect the key from her and drove off to Kim school.

“Hi daughter” Alexa greet her daughter. “mum how are you doing today” Kim asked her mother.

“am doing good” Alexa replied. she Carry kim school bag and heard to the car.

meanwhile Khalid is still sitting in the car he cover his face with his face cap and cross his leg at the back seat.

Alexa open the back door for Kim and she shouted in fright. “Jesus, mummy who’s this bad man” Kim ask and Alexa burst into laughter.

“mummy I said bad man is in our car and you’re laughing, are you not afraid of the bad man?” Kim ask, Alexa didn’t stop laughing.

Kim move closer to Khalid and remove his face cap, she moved back immediately he remove the cap. Khalid burst out laughing.

“uncle” Kim said and jump on Khalid happily. “uncle you scared me” Kim said. “Are you afraid?” Khalid asked.

“no I can’t be afraid of you in a strong girl” Kim said beating her chest.

“yeah my baby is a superhero” Khalid said. “uncle where have you been” Kim asked.

“Kim darling I went to see my father” Khalid asked. “uncle are you a baby?” Kim asked.

“no baby, why did you ask?” Khalid said. “I thought is only small children that has father” Kim said.

“No adult also have parents” Khalid replied. “really” Kim said. “yes” Khalid replied.

“uncle Khalid my classmate always tell me that I don’t have a father, will you be my father?” Kim asked.

“yeah I will be your father” Khalid replied. “Thank you daddy” Kim said and hug Khalid happily.

“Am gonna tell my classmates Tommorow that I am not a bas***d, I will tell them I now have a father” Kim said.

“Alright I will follow you to school tomorrow” Khalid said. “yeah thank you daddy” Kim said happily.

Khalid place Kim at the back seat and rush to the driver seat. he sat the on the driver seat and drove off.

“Daddy” kim called. “yes my love” Khalid replied. “please stop at the next junction, I need to get some ice cream” Kim said.

“Kim did you have money to buy the ice cream?” Alexa asked.

“yes mummy, have you forgotten uncle jack gave me some money yesterday” Kim said.

“oh I thought you will spend it at school today. “no I kept it because of ice cream” Kim replied.

“don’t worry baby I will buy you any flavor you want, when we get to the ice cream shop” Khalid said.

“thanks Daddy I love you” Kim said. “I love you more” Khalid replied.

“Khalid thank you for being the father my daughter have ” Alexa said.

“it nothing, you’re my friend and I love Kim so much because she’s intelligent” Khalid said.

“Good afternoon your majesty” Esther greet. “Esther how are you doing, I guess you came to see your friend” the queen said.

“no your majesty i came to see you” Esther said. “What happen hope all is well” the queen ask.

“your majesty, princess Susan told me prince Khalid have went back” Esther said and the queen smile.

“you don’t need to bother yourself about that, Khalid is yours I will send his address to you” the queen said.

“thank you your majesty” Esther said with a smile. “make sure you makes him fall for you and don’t forget our agreement” the queen said.

“Alright your majesty, I was very scared when I heard the news I have to rush down here to ask you if it’s true” Esther said.

“you don’t have to be scared my darling” Khalid is yours and yours alone” the queen said.

“Alright your majesty, I will be on my way” Esther said. “Alright darling, take this for your transport, don’t bother yourself about Khalid I will send his address to you this night” the queen said.

“Alright” Esther said and went out.

“fool , I will also kill you by the time am done with Khalid, she don’t know I just wanna use her” the queen said and laugh to herself. she dial her private investigator number immediately.

Esther phone ring loud. “Why is Stephen calling me again” she said and pick the call.

“Hello” Esther said. “Baby what happen to your phone, I have been calling you for the past two days now, and you’re not picking my calls, what happen to you, hope you are okay?” the caller said.

“Stephen you called me for two days and I didn’t pick your call is it not obvious that I don’t want to talk to you?” Esther said.

“Esther but I didn’t do anything wrong to you, if I hurt you tell me and I will apologize” the caller said.

“look here Stephen, you didn’t do anything to me I am just tired of the relationsh¡p, I have found someone better, please don’t call my number again, goodluck” Esther said and end the call.

Khalid drove to the compound and saw Sam waiting for him at Alexa apartment.

he pack the car at the garage. he came down and Carry kim from the back seat.

“hey buddy this is not my apartment” Khalid said.

Alexa also come down from the car and was surprised and angry to see Sam.

“What are you doing here?” Alexa asked angrily.

“Alexa did you know him, he is my friend he came to see me” Khalid said.

“Alexa nice meeting you again, what are you doing here?” Sam ask.

Alexa push Sam off her way and run angrily to her room. Khalid also run after her with Kim on his hand. Sam hiss and sat on his car bonnet.
