“Sister this is funny 😁 Preesha said as Kunika explained how she had put the dangerous food addictive in the food to frame Myra over the phone

“I will make sure to chase her out of the house after my marriage with Krishna”she said

Just then Myra came in clapping

“Weldon miss Kunika for your exposure” she said as she came in

Kunika ended the call and stood up and met her,

“Now you have listened to that you now that I can defeat you” Kunika said

“You know what?? You are very stupid, even I f you marry Krishna he will never love you” Myra said and left

Kunika laughed as she watched her go

Meanwhile while Myra and Omah went out chilling she told him about her plight he had advised her but no amount of advise can help her. She can’t help but smile about thinking about him “thank ALMIGHTY that I have a new friend again” she said and smiled

“It’s actually a long time since we saw you smile” she heard the mothers coming in

“Mother? Stepmother? She called as both of them sat on the bed

“Myra all these allegations leveled against you point all the evidence on you but we still love you it just breaks our hearts that you could sell the properties” Stepmom said

“Stepmom, I didn’t do it I was framed ” she said

“We know you are framed but husband already made the judgement the Krishna and Kunika Get married what are we to do Myra are you sure you will be okay seeing them both married we can sponsor you if you want to leave here ? Mother asked

“Mother, it will hurt but I don’t have any choice, it’s my plight, I will face anything that may come so far you are happy, and Krishna is Happy”Myra said

“Bless you my child” stepmom said as She touched thier both feet.

Back at Krishna’s room, he has her fighting and arguing with himself about what to do about Myra, he loved her no doubt, he think of his life since he had came to India, the first most annoying person he met is Kunika, the most amiable and jovial person he met is Myra.

He broke up with Tiara to be with Myra and now The Myra is having issues

“No I can’t take it anymore, I have to apologise to Myra since father is not holding any grudges about the property issue” he said to himself

He went to Myra’s room

He met her there arranging her bedsheets

“Krishna you are here” she said

“Myra I don’t know why my heart is longing for you Myra, what did you do to me, i found it hard to hate you why? She asked

“Krishna…. why don’t you believe me? Did you think I can really sell your property, did you think I can poison your family? She asked worriedly

“Myra I love you, I don’t know when, I don’t know what this feeling can be but I love you like seriously I really do” he said resting his head in her chest

“Krishna you shouldn’t have pushed me away, I am hurt, I am broken, did you know how lonely have been without you talking to me? Myra asked as she cuddle Krishna in her arms

Througout that night the lay in each others arms talking about the love they have for each other, it gets to some point Myra suddenly asked him.

“then what will you do about Kunika? She is keen on marrying you she said

“I don’t know what to do about Kunika she is evil, I know she planned it with her father so that she can get married to me” I have been running around all these while to beg the stakeholders to return their shares but they rejected I think Kunika’s father have brainwashed them I am screed about what will happen later” he said pathetically

“don’t worry I will stay by your side no matter what happened even if you marry Kuinka you wont give her your heart right?

“yes she can have my marriage but she will ever have my love I miss you myra” he said

The next morning, Myra woke up feeling great and refreshed she was happy that Krishna and the mothers still accept her, she was happy it was great feast she went to the kitchen to prepare food laughing and singing

“seems like someone won a lottery today” Kunika entered the kitchen taking milk from the fridge

“I am not in the mood to talk to someone today” myra said not stopping what she is doing

“I wonder what you will do after my wedding with Krishna” kunika said taking a sip from the milk

“be happy all you want but I am assuring you that love will always prevail no matter what happens” myra said

“whether love prevails or not, remember that today is the beginning of my wedding rituals nobody is going anywhere Krishna and I took days off from work” she said walking away majestically

Myra feel downcast she was defeated she was sad but there is nothing she could do to change the course of time today is their wedding Saptapadi in which the husband and the wife take blessings from the elder married women and married men,

This is done with fanfare and drumming, dancing and singing

She once passed through such process but that was with the person she never loved now the person she loved is performing saptapadi with another person, not long after mother came.

“myra dear pls be fast with the breakfast we need to eat before the guests starts to come you know today is the first step of the wedding” mother saif

“alright mother I will handle the food” she said

“thank you myra” the mother said before she left

Not long Krishna came

“myra I don’t want to do it” he said

“why will you say that you cant disobey your father, go and do it if it means your family business will not be affected” myra said patting his back

“Kunika is annoying, Myra cant you do anything to stop this wedding? Stepmother said we are going to take 13 days with different rituals everyday before the main ceremony” he asked

“yes that is how Tamil weddings are” she said assuring him

“are you sure everything is going to be alright? I need you to do something for me”

“I want you to leave this house after cooking, I cant afford to see you while I am wedding with another woman” he said adamantly

“no If I leave Mother and Stepmother will be angry” she said

“don’t worry, I will explain to them if I am seeing you there I will be feeling guilty” he said

“ don’t worry I will stay in my room”

“don’t you have lectures today? Go to your school when we are done with the rituals I will come pick you up” he said

“did you think it’s a fast process😒? It will last well into the night , the couple must be around until the guests leave’ she explained

“be fine Myra I don’t want you to witness this” he said and kissed her on the forehead💛

He left myra in the abyss of her own thoughts
She called the house cook and told him about all the food to be prepared then took her bag and leave for school.

she attended all the classes with heavy heart, she knew that they would have started the ceremony by that time after the general class,

she attended Omah’s Baking class after the class, she met with omah again

“you don’t mean it? That woman Kunika is really a mad creature but that guy Krishna tried to have told you to stay outside and not to visit the wedding, he must have loved you so much ” omah said

“he loved me I know, I know he always loved only me no guy would have take such news that the person he loved tried to sell his properties and also poison his family” she said

“but if he really loved you like he claimed he would have believed you in the first place why will you want to sell his properties” omah said

“I don’t blame him, anyone would have believed because the people that brought it have my signature and my photograph there” she said dejectedly

“don’t be stupid Myra, Anyone can easily fake signatures and photographs let me show you something on my phone” he said

He brought out his phone and showed her an application for editing pictures

‘a lot of other applications can be used for this same reason; so their wedding will hold in the next thirteen days? He asked

“yes they started the saptapadi ceremony today, I will have to have to be leaving home everyday” she said dejectedly

“if you don’t mind when you leave school you can come to my sister’s restaurant and practice cooking and baking” he offered

then his phone rang it was U.S number calling him on Video chat it was a strange number the only person he knew that can call him form America is Tiara, none of his friends have his number and Tiara doesn’t like using video chats he picked it.

The call was from his younger sister, Siya, Yash’s younger sister

“hello brother” she beamed over the phone

“Siya? I think dad and Stepmother don’t allow you to use phone how come? Krishna asked surprised

“Brother at least they are not here? I got my boyfriend to buy a phone for me, but don’t let them know” she said

“don’t worry kid sister, how is your studies?

“it was fine, brother why don’t you tell me about you wedding? You are marrying and you don’t tell me about it? She asked pouting

Kunika stood there angrily almost crying.

She went to the big sitting room to join them, she was received with fanfare, and greeetings from the extended family,

she first went and touch the feet of all the elderly men in the family including her father.

Then moved to touch the feets of her mother in-laws even though they are not happy they don’t have any choice.

Her sister Pressha is also there. Then she touched her husband to be’s feet.

Even thought they are fighting they gat to put up the show so as not to ridicule their family names.

💅BACK AT MYRA AND OMAR’S SIDE 💅
He took her to his Sisters restaurant, Omah has 2 sisters they are Malini and Komolika.

“you are so sweet Myra I think I am in love with you” Komolika said

Myra was take around the restaurant, It was a big building, they have takeout motorbikes for people that order food online, they have bakery, pizza and ice cream shop.

“wow your restaurant is really big” Myra exclaimed

“remember I told you that cooking is my family business, our parents are chefs, they left this restaurant for us” omar explained

“ohh….how sweet it would have been if they were alive,”

“so you are the Myra that is making brother happy these days? Malini asked as Omar left them alone

“Its good that you will be coming here, so which aspect are you good at? Komolika asked

“I am good at preparing food and making drinks, I can prepare orange juice, pawpaw juice, mango, guava and any other fruit juice very well” she said

“wow! How I wished you can bake well you should have been our head baker because after Omah we don’t have any qualified and good baker” Malini said

“ohh…. He is our Bakery teacher if you give me some time I can learn from him and meet your expectations ma’am” myra said again

“ awwn don’t show such curtsey we are friends since you are Omah’s friend” Komolika said

“thank you but I don’t know your names and you two look alike are you perhaps twins? Myra asked

“No we aren’t twins, Omah came first, then Komolika and lastly me Malini” Malini explained

“I am happy to meet you Miss Malini and Miss Komolika” Myra said

“just call us by our name, its good you will be around we will have someone to chat with that Omah is a cocky guy” Komolika said

“did someone mention my name? Omah asked from behind them

“Oh.. he is here again”

“sisters I have to go now, time is up” Myra said standing up to leave

“they should have been through with the Saptapadi ceremony” Malini said

“ how did you know ? Myra asked

“Omah told us everything” Komolika said

“Ohh.. ….. but I don’t keep any secrets from my Sisters”

“its okay, I am pleased to meet you people Namaste” she said folding her hands in greeting and left

She boarded the Auto rickshaw home, she smiled when she remembered the sisters that she met, she and her sister imlie is also like that.

not long she received a call from Krishna

“they are all gone where are you I will come pick you up” Krishna said

“don’t worry I have already board the auto rickshaw”
