❤️Chapter 4❤️
Continuation from the last episode:
“Yeah…”, narrating the event, Lea continues, “Unfortunately… She had left her bag in the in-built desk drawer when the lecture was over…, probably forgetting the bag and then guess what?… I took it! ” Lea says grinning with smiles over the phone.
Starlet smiles too, “Good, what is her name?”
“Roseanna Gavin” Lea replies and hangs up the phone call….
“Rose…anna Ga…vin…! ” Starlet muttered, slowly stressing out her words. She drops her phone on her bed and folds her wrist. She gets really angry, her eyebrows pulled together as her lips tightened. Lifting her hair up, she wringes it.
“Really, so you’re back, enemy…! ”
*******Flashback*******
(Starlet at grade 12)
Starlet on her high school uniform walks into the principal office and takes her seat.
The female principal looks up and sees Starlet. “Miss Starlet, how may I help you?” She said adjusting the glasses on her eyes.
Without even a formal greeting, Starlet replies, “Ma’am, I heard of the Scholarship that will awarded to the top 3 student of our class…”
“Yes, that is true… and?” The principal asked.
“Ma’am… can you please include me in the lists of the top 3?” Starlet requested.
The female principal chuckles as she looks at Starlet. “The scholarships are intended for bright student from the lower class family who will not be able to pay for their tuition fee in the higher institution but you…!”.
“Ma’am, please who are they?” Starlet questions curiously.
“Ruby Allen as top 3, Riley Iverson as top 2 and Roseanna Gavin as top 1…”
“Roseanna came in on a scholarship and then leaving too on another scholarship?” Starlet thought to herself as she rolled her eyes and becomes annoyed.
Standing up, Starlet looks around, she stands up and smiles. Lowering towards the level of the principal, placing her hands on the table, she asks,
” Ma’am how would you feel if your school get more equipped?”

Chapter 5
Continuation from the last episode:
“Wow, that would be very nice of you to do so, there’s no problem dear” The principal smiles.
“But under one condition” Starlet says looking at the principal. The principal stops what she is doing and looks at Starlet.
“Yeah…” Starlet continued, “Just remove Roseanna Gavin from that list and put me in there…,
**Graduation Day**
The school auditorium is filled into capacity with students who awaited to be graduated that year.
The principal climbs up the podium as she beams with smiles. Taking the microphone from the MC, she took her stand.
“Good day students. I’m so happy and glad to witness another graduation once again and this time to celebrate with you. Being brought to this school was a privileged and you all have earned well… “. She talks for while congratulating the granduants for their efforts through the years.
Students were given awards based on their merits, character and studious habits with the subjects they came first. There was joy among the students.
“As we all know as a tradition in this school…’, She paused “We are to give scholarship into the best universities to our students who made it top in flying colors, the students who made us proud and are worthy of these awards and this time around, we made it top 5 instead of top 3. These brilliant students includes…”
Tension grows among the students who attentively listens to the names of students being called out.
“Maureen Parker!” Round of applause were heard as she steps forward.
“Ruby Allen!”
“Riley Iverson!”
Starlet smiles, it is remaining two more candidates and Roseanna name haven’t been heard, she looks at Roseanna and smiles again.
“And the top 2 is…hmmm… Starlet Jeffrey!”. Starlet frowns as she also steps forward.
Murmurs are heard among students knowing Starlet was a top. She was among the least in the class.
“Then who is the top 1?” Starlet asks surprised.

Continuation from the last episode;
“Then to our top 1…., our queen who has greatly deserve this awesome gift, who has strived and pushed through from Grade 7 to Grade 12 as always top. She is worthy to deserve this award…. And she is…. Rose…. Anna Gavin!!!”
Roseanna who totally surprised, walks to the podium as students chants her name, all clapping, which totally angers Starlet.
“I want to say a big congratulations to you Roseanna! You truly deserve such an award”. The principal said, she gives Roseanna a handshake and hugs her. “Congratulations”,
“Thank you” Roseanna replies full of joy as tears roll down her cheeks.
She turns to face the students who shouts and claps happily.
“Thank you so much!”
****Flashback Ends****
Starlet fumbles, “You always steal my spotlight Roseanna and here again, I am meeting you in the same school. Don’t think I forget so easily, because you will surely pay for it”. She mumbles under her breathe.
Starlet wears a blue skimpy sleeveless dress, falling her long hair at the back, she put on a high heel. Looking at herself in the mirror, she picks up her phone and purse, walking out of her house.
She enters her car, turns on the ignition switch and zooms off to school. Minutes later, She enters the school building and packs her car, coming down, she walks over to the school stadium.

Roseanna looks around but still no sight of Jason was seen, she moves a few step forward and bumped into someone.
“Watch it!” The voice coldly said, moving forward.
“Sorry” Roseanna muttered and then looks up just to find out it was Jason. ” Wait!” She said as she hurriedly walks to catch up with him.
“Sir please… uhmm… I… left my bag at your desk.” she said blocking him while he stares at her.
“Sir, please I can’t find my bag” she uttered lowering her head.
Jason still stares at her without saying a word and so walks out from her.
“Sir!” She turns to him, holding his hands. Students turns around and stares at her.
Jason paused for a while, and then releasing her grip from his hand, he leaves.
Starlet claps her hands and smiles, moving majestically towards Roseanna. “Well done Rosie… You still really haven’t changed a bit. It’s nice meeting you once more again or do remember me?” Starlet says pulling Roseanna by the hair.
Roseanna is shocked to see who it was. “Shocked right?” Starlet asks smiling.
“Why do you seem to disturb the school for something worthless uh?” She questions stretching her hands sideways as someone gives her the bag. She empties it on the ground while Roseanna looks with her eyes widen.
“Books, stationaries, what more? Nothing worth it and what you do is to make useless noise” she says stepping on them. “Anyways, Welcome and nice to see you again” kicking her bag, Starlet walks past her majestically, laughing loudly with her friends.
