CHAPTER 41&42

Lamia gently placed Natasha on his bed in his room,he already did some healing and he was sure she would wake up,he covered her with the duvet and stormed out of the room angrily,he walked straight to Heaven’s room,he didn’t even bother knocking,he pushed the door and it opened loudly,Heaven turned immediately and her heart skipped a beat seeing Lamia’s angry face.

“Why did you do that?” Lamia asked.

“What… What are you talking about…..”

“Don’t f**king play with me!!” Lamia yelled.

“She was hugging you….”

“So how the f**k is that your damn business?! Who gave you the right to hurt anyone here? Really? Is this what you meant by you’ve been mastering your powers and you can’t wait to use them,are your powers only meant for evil things… ”

“Lamia!” Heaven shouted with wide eyes.

“I’m telling you not to ever think of hurting Tasha again!!” Lamia snapped.

“Are you saying even if she does something to me,I shouldn’t…..”

“Natasha is not an evil witch,she will never hurt anyone without a reason,she doesn’t go around getting people hurt for a f**king silly reason as yours” Lamia said.

“Why do you care so much about…..”

Lamia punched the wall angrily and Heaven flinched as the wall broke,Lamia faced her again.

“This will be my last warning,don’t make me regret what I did” He muttered and walked out of the room,he closed the door loudly and Heaven bite her lips. She looked at the broken wall and sat down on the bed,tears started rolling down her eyes.

Lamia entered his room again,he lesn on the door staring at Natasha sleeping. He left the door and moved to the bed,he lay beside her and continue staring at her face,he removed her hair from her face like he always does and then closed his eyes also.

NEXT MORNING**

“Hey dude……” Eugene entered Lamia’s room with deep smile on his Face but the moment he saw Natasha sitting on the bed,the smile disappeared. Natasha looked at him.

“Where’s Lamia?” Eugene asked.

“No idea,I just woke up” Natasha said.

Eugene nodded and was about to open the door again.

“Hey” Natasha called and he turned back.

“Can we talk?” She asked.

Eugene raised his brows and asked “about what?”

“You and I” Natasha said and Eugene frowned.

“Is there a problem??” He questioned.

“You don’t like me” Natasha stood up and crossed her arms,staring at Eugene’s face.

“I don’t?” Eugene asked.

“I should be the one asking you but I don’t need to ask coz I know” Natasha said.

“Really?” Eugene gave her a sideways glance.

“Yes,coz I’ve seen the way you look at me,how you react to me,I’m very sure you say things behind my back too,I’m really good in reading people” Natasha said.

Eugene clapped for her and nodded.

“You’re really good,you read me so well. And you’re right,I don’t really like you,don’t worry,you shouldn’t like me either” Eugene said.

“Tell me why” Natasha said.

“Why what??”

“Why you don’t like me….”

“Why do you even care about my likeness? I’m not Lamia,this is Eugene,so why bother?” Eugene asked.

“I don’t know why I’m bothered also” Natasha muttered.

“Maybe because I don’t think I’ve ever done anything to you or attacked you to suddenly make you feel somehow or something…..”

“I don’t think you care so much about other people’s opinion to care if I like you or not tho” Eugene said and Natasha nodded.

“I already said I don’t know why I care so much,it’s annoying” She mumbled.

“So,you slept here?” Eugene asked.

“I just woke up and found myself here,I can’t remember what happened either,but I feel somehow” Natasha said.

Eugene looked closely into her eyes.

“Looks like a spell was casted on you” He muttered and Natasha looked at him.

“That’s not true,it wouldn’t work on me if it’s a spell,,,I’m a witch” She said.

“Maybe you let your guide down when it happened,or you were emotional,so it would definitely work” Eugene said.

“How…how did you know that?” Natasha asked.

“Oh,you didn’t know?” Eugene scoffed and Natasha raised her brows.

“Yeah,it’s what you’re thinking. I’m a wizard,but then,who would do that to you?” Eugene asked.

“I don’t want to believe it’s someone I have in my mind coz it won’t end well,so for Lamia’s sake,I won’t say a word” Natasha muttered and walked out of the room with Eugene.

“Thanks anyway” She added and left.

“Heaven” Eugene mumbled speechlessly.

Lamia was alone in the training hall,he was shooting arrows and as always,he never missed a target. It was all quiet,just the sounds of the bullseye hit until Chase and Damon came in.

Lamia wanted to ignore them but they came straight to him

“You must feel proud of yourself now that everyone likes you” Damon said and sat down on a table close by.

Lamia ignored him and shot the arrow with him.

“He must feel like he’s our leader now,I know” Chase said and Damon chuckled.

“Our? Or their? As far as I’m concerned,He’s nothing to me” Damon said.

“Seriously,it’s annoying when they praise him as if he’s the master” Chase said.

Lamia didn’t say a word,he kept on doing what he was doing before they came in. Damon stood up and took the arrow bow from him. Lamia glanced at him.

“What,are you angry?” Chase asked mokingly.

“No,but I will advice you not to do it again” Lamia gave him a sudden smile which went off again immediately he smiled.

“Again” Lamia repeated and then took the bow and arrow,he looked at Damon.

“You may continue your rant now” He muttered and shot the arrow at once,hitting the bullseye.

“Guys! The team names are out already,come check yours” Skylar announced and went out again.

Lamia dropped the arrow bow and walked out.

Chase looked at Damon.

“Don’t worry about him and let’s go” He said and they also left the hall.

The students already gathered,checking their names and team out.

“Lamia,come here,we are in a team” Eugene grinned.

“I wonder why you’re so happy” Lamia said.

“I’ve been looking for you” Eugene said.

Lamia checked the board out himself.

Team A…Lamia,Eugene,Winter,Heaven and Skylar

Team B…..Natasha,Damon,Summer,Sadie and Thatcher

Team C….Ruben,Bryant,Speedy,Cat-Girl and Chase

“I wanted us to be in a team” Thatcher said sadly.

“Well at least we are together” Summer said.

“Oh that’s true” Thatcher said brightly and they hit their knuckles together.

Heaven sighed out when she saw that she was in a team with Lamia,she looked st him but Lamia wasn’t even looking her side.

“Did something happened?” Cat-Girl asked.

“No,I’m fine” Heaven immediately replied.

Thatcher,Eugene and Lamia left together.

“Wow,it’s my first time here” Lamia said as they stood on the tall rock looking like mountain in the villa.

“I found it this morning,I went to your room to call you but I met Natasha” Eugene said

“Really? Natasha slept in your room?” Thatcher asked and Lamia nodded. They all sat down,staring down at the river flowing loudly.

“Did Heaven really did that? I don’t want to believe” Eugene said and Lamia looked at him.

“How did you know it was a spell?” He asked

“Are you crazy? You really don’t know what your best friend is?” Eugene scoffed and Lamia thought for a while.

“What are your parents like?” He asked.

“My parents?” Eugene asked again and Lamia nodded.

“I have no idea” Eugene giggles.

“How come?” Thatcher asked.

“I don’t know who they are,I grew up with someone I called my aunt,but I found out lately that she’s not even a relative,she just saw me in danger and helped me” Eugene said.

“Oh,that’s sad” Thatcher muttered.

Lamia sighed out loudly.

“Does she know?” He said lowly that nobody heard.

“I feel like jumping into the river from here” Eugene said.

“I don’t think my powers will be able to amend broken head” Lamia said and Thatcher laughed.

“Don’t worry,mine can” He said.

“Perfect,I’m doing this then” Eugene said,trying to stand up.

“Don’t try it” Lamia pulled him back.

“Never knew you love me this much” Eugene teased.

“Now you know” Lamia said.

GREENE CITY★COPS STATION**

Detective Kay have been watching different footage with Ares and Sylas but they couldn’t find a thing.

“Are you sure you really met a girl?” Ares asked

“Are you kidding me? I didn’t just meet her,we bumped into each other and she even helped me pack my bag up” Kay replied.

“Here’s another one” Sylas said and there was silence.

In the video clip,it shows how Detective Kay left the lab and walked toward the entrance.

“There she is!” Kay said loudly and as she said,she bumped into the young girl.

“She looks like she’s fourteen or fifteen” Silas said.

“Send the video to the Doctor right now and ask him if there’s anyone like that” Kay said and immediately Silas did that.

A minute later,the Doctor called back.

📞 I saw the video you sent to me

📞 Have you seen that girl before?

Detective Kay asked.

📞 Of course,she’s the Daughter of one of our patients here.

📞 I will like to meet her then.

📞 She’s here in the Hospital at the moment

Captain Kay hung up.

“We need to go there” She said.

“We have another work now captain ” Ares said and Kay nodded.

“We will go there tonight after our work” She said.

NIGHTTIME★HOSPITAL**

“Please come with me” The Doctor led the way as detective Kay followed with Silas and Ares.

After walking for some minutes,the Doctor finally entered the hospital Chapel and they saw a girl sitting alone.

“There she is” The Doctor said and Detective Kay went straight to her but as soon as she got there,it was another girl totally.

Detective Kay sighed out.

“She’s not the one” Silas said.

“But,the video you sent me,that girl have the same face with her” The Doctor said.

“What are you talking about?” Ares brought out his phone and they watched the clip again.

“What the f**k!!” They screamed when they saw that the face of the girl in the clip already changed also.

“My body Is actually shaking right now” Silas mumbled fearfully.

Kay swallowed hard,she was speechless.

“What the f**k? Won’t she give up?” Lamia scoffed after he succeeded in what he came for,he walked out of the hospital but getting outside,he found himself somewhere else. He stood still and looked around.

“Long time no see” The voice said and Lamia turned back to see Oakley.

“What is it this time?” He asked.

“I saw what you did there” Oakley smirked.

“What’s your headache?” Lamia asked.

“Why are you trying so hard to hide your identity? Do you really have to protect the light villa so much?” She asked

“The humans are not supposed to know about us” Lamia said.

“Isn’t that why we must destroy them?” Oakley asked.

Lamia sped over to her Android pushed her against the wall.

“Destroying them is wickedness” He said.

Oakley pushed him off.

“I only follow what our queen say” She said and Lamia scoffed.

“What do you think will happen if your missions start failing? Your so called queen will suck your blood because by then her throat will be more opened” Lamia said.

“What are you talking about?” Oakley asked.

“You will understand very soon” Lamia said.

Oakley grabbed his hand.

“I know about the beast in the woods” She said and Lamia’s eyes widnened.

“What is it?” He asked.

“I should ask you instead,you know more than me” Oakley smirked and Lamia frowned.

“Are you making a fool of me right now?” He asked.

“No I’m not,I’m telling you the fact,you know more than me,maybe you’re yet to discover” Oakley said and Lamia raised his brows in confusion.

LIGHT REALM VILLA**

It was totally dark in the villa,the lights just started turning off all at once and soon,darkness took over the whole villa.

All the students gathered in the arena,trying hard to bring out the light on back but seems like some dark energies already took control of the villa successfully.

“None of the masters are in the villa” Thatcher and Speedy came back to the arena,breathing hard.

“Now what’s going on?” Heaven muttered.

“I can hear the voices” Eugene and Natasha said at once and they looked at each other.

“What voices?” Summer asked.

“Guys!!” Sadie called their attention and they all turned back.

She raised her drawing up and showed them. They all gasped loudly,in her drawing,they could see numbers of evil spirits which covered up the villa and they were gathered together in the drawing just like they are now.

“So are you trying to tell me that those ugly looking spirits are on their way here? What happened to the seal?” Damon asked.

“I think it has been unlocked” Heaven muttered.

“Then let’s try to lock it back,we can’t possibly face all those” Bryant said.

“Where’s Lamia?” Natasha asked and they all looked around.

“Lamia is not here” Summer muttered.

“He’s not in the villa” Eugene said.

“What?! Where did he go to?” Natasha asked.

“No idea” Eugene replied.

They suddenly heard growls and they all faced the same direction at once.

“Everyone,gather your strength and abilities,we are locking the seal again” Natasha said.

They took positions.

“I will go first” Eugene muttered.

“Let’s go together…Eugene and I will create one and we lock it up” Natasha said and they all nodded.

“Let me join,I have dark powers too” Heaven said and Eugene nodded.

The three of them moved forward,others stayed behind,ready to back them up as planned.

Eugene and Natasha’s eyes already turned red,Heaven’s eyes became purple mixed with black.

Eugene opened his two palms and the seal looking like a seed appeared on it,the two seeds already separated like Heaven said,he made it come to life and it started floating In the air. Heaven and Natasha put into it their dark energies and it became more bigger and active.

“Everyone,go now!” Natasha ordered and like that they all stretched their hands toward the seal trying make them come together,but seems like their energies aren’t enough to do that.

“Add more pressure guys” Eugene said.

“Nothing is working! I’m getting weak!” Winter screamed out breathlessly.

Almost immediately,the seed bursted and everyone of them were thrown off their feets,they all landed far away on the ground heavily.

Instantly,the spirits started walking in,in twos and threes.

“We are dead” Chase muttered as they all stood up one after the other watching as the spirits walked in.

Some looking like vampires,some zombies with blood in their mouths,their bones cracking as they walked in. Some evil spirits possesses three heads,some covered with scales.

They kept on walking in, the ground shaking and the air was filled with dark smokes.

All of a sudden,Lamia appeared.

“Lamia!” Natasha shouted.

Lamia ran forward and he gasped,seeing the creatures.

But then all of a sudden,those spirits stopped walking closer the moment they saw him.

“I think they stopped moving” Eugene muttered.

They suddenly saw the shock of their own life when those creatures and spirits all bowed to Lamia.

Their eyes all widened,including Lamia.
