Jackson drove into the school compound. He alighted from the car and opened the door for dear Kylie.

She smiled at him and carefully alight from the car. She saw the anger in everyone’s eyes because she was with Jackson.

She held Jackson’s hand and walked towards the entrance.

“Hey jerk!”
They both heard Blake’s voice. He was really angry and walking towards them.

He pulled Kylie away from Jackson.
“She is my date, so stay away” he said and pushed him aside.

Madison ran into the hall.
“Blake is picking up a fight with Jackson because of Kylie!” She yelled.

Everyone went outside to see what was happening.
Lilly and Cindy saw how Blake grabbed Jackson by the collar.

Cindy shook her head. She quickly closed her eyes and spoke to her brother.

“Jackson, please control your anger” she said.

“I’m trying” he replied.

He clenched his fist really hærd. He tried not to do anything to Blake.

Kylie angrily walked towards Blake and stayed between them.
“You both should stop acting childish already. I’m Jackson’s date. Remember, I didn’t say yes to you” she said softly.

Blake frowned. He saw his friends laughing at him.
He just failed.

He turned to face Kylie.
“You are lying, aren’t you?” He asked nodding his head.

“No, I’m not” she replied.

Blake turned and saw his friends going into the hall.

He angrily turned to Jackson.
“I’ll make sure you regret this. Me, you, tomorrow at the woods” he whispered to him and drove off.
He didn’t want to be humiliated.

Cindy and Lilly walked towards them.
“Are you okay?”Cindy asked her brother.

“I’m fine. Let’s go Kylie” Jackson said and grabbed her hand.

Cindy and Lilly stared at them as they walked into the hall.
“Kylie is looking so stunning. I can’t wait to see them dance later”

“I can’t wait to see the look on Madison’s face” Lilly said.

They both laughed and went into the hall.
Everyone had something to eat and drink.

Jackson and Kylie stayed close to each other throughout the whole time.

Madison and her friends watched them from distance.
“Blake is surely regretting his actions. If he would have asked me out, all this wouldn’t have happened” she said.

Kylie started feeling weird. She wasn’t feeling comfortable with everything that was happening.

“I have to go to the bathroom” she stood up.

“Are you alright?” He asked.

“Yeah I’m fine” she replied.

“No, you are not. You are sweaty when the night is cold” he said, wiping her sweat with his handkerchief.

Madison saw what was happening and frowned.

“Am I? I guess it’s because it’s my first prom. I’ll be right back” she said and went out of the hall.

She got to the bathroom and stared at her reflection on the mirror.
She turned her neck repeatedly and she squeezed her hand on the tap.

Suddenly, the tap broke. She took some steps back and slipped her hands into her hair.

She gr0×ned in pain and squatted.
She stared at her hand and saw that she wasn’t bleeding.

“What just happened?” She murmured.

She heard voices and quickly sprung up.

She washed her hands and left the bathroom.
“I really need to go home” she thought.

“Kylie? I’ve been looking for you. It’s time to dance” Jackson said and grabbed her arms.

“Uh, I don’t think it’s…”

Jackson didn’t listen to her. He held her w–st and swayed her to the left and right.

“I can’t believe I’m dancing with you” he said.

“Yeah, me too” she replied.

Cindy and Lilly took pictures of them.

Jackson lowered his gaze and stared at her closely.

He started to blush.
“Are you blushing?” She asked.

“Me, no no no. I’m not” he denied.

“Oh stop it Jackson” Kylie said and shook her head.

Jackson spinned her and continued dancing.
“Call my name again”

“Why should I?” She asked.

“Because it sounds so sweet when it comes from your mouth” he replied.

“I’m not calling it” she pouted her l-ips like a child.

“Okay. I won’t force you” he said and stylishly pushed her away.

“Oh Jackson!” She almost yelled.

Jackson caught her hand and pulled her closer to his body.

“Are they dancing or just having fun?”

“I think it’s both” Cindy replied. She stared at Madison and saw the look on her face. She was really angry. Even her eyes were starting to turn red.

“Oh Madison, this is just the beginning” she thought.

“Why don’t you k×ss her Jackson” she spoke to her brother through the mind.

Jackson glared at Cindy and shook his head.
“Shut up girl” he replied her.

Kylie lowered her gaze. She felt like going home for a reason she doesn’t even know about.

“Hold on” he said and pushed her hair backwards. He gently touched her cheek and l-ips with his thumb.

“What are you doing?” She asked.

“Something good” he replied and slowly pushed his l-ips to hers again.
He locked her l-ips with his and this time, the k×ss was deeper.
Kylie’s heart kept on pumping hærd.

She didn’t believe this was happening at the second time.
She closed her eyes because she doesn’t want to look at those staring at them.

Madison saw them and started boiling.
“Ahhh!” She gr0×ned and ran out of the hall.

Cindy and Lilly laughed.
“I love that look on Madison’s face whenever she’s mad”

“Yeah, it’s always funny” she replied.

Jackson disengaged his l-ips from hers and stared at her eyes.
“Did it hurt?” He asked.

Kylie slapped his arm.
“Everyone is looking. I want to go home already” she said and went out of the hall.

Jackson smiled and walked towards his sister.
“I’ll go drop her off now”

“It’s okay. I’ll get home myself” she replied.

“Thanks sis. What’s up with Madison?” He asked with a frown.

“Oh, it’s a long story” she said and started telling him about Madison’s expression when he k×ssed Kylie.

Kylie walked towards Jackson’s car slowly. It was a little bit dark. She stopped when she heard Madison’s voice.

“You really enjoyed that k×ss huh?” She asked.

Kylie turned and saw her leaning on the pillar.
“What do you mean?” She asked.

“Oh please Kylie. I’ve warned you severally and I’m sure it’s time to teach you a lesson” Madison said and opened her mouth slowly as her teeth pointed out. She wanted to bite Kylie but she was saved.

“Let’s go already Kylie” Jackson said running towards her.

He stopped and saw Madison. She turned her face away from him.

“Kylie, please go wait in the car”

“Sure” she said and walked away from them.

Jackson stood in front of Madison.
“Really? You wanted to kill her. What will you gain?” He asked.

“Cut it out Jackson!”

“Oh you stop it, stay away from Kylie. I love her a lot so stay away” he warned.

“This is just the beginning. I’ll make sure I get her out of this school and then out of this world. She won’t be able to see the light by day nor the darkness by night. I’ll make sure she…”

“Why are you doing all this trash?” He asked.

“I love you Jackson. For over five hundred years, you’ve refused to love me. That bitch came and you fell in love with her just in a week. It’s so unfair” she said and started crying.

“I’m sorry Madison. I can never love you. It’s just impossible” he said and left.

“No, Jackson! Jackson!” She yelled, crying. She fell on the floor and continued whimpering.

Kylie stated at him as he drove silently.

“I’m sorry” she said.

“Sorry for what?” He asked.

“For coming between you and Madison. It wasn’t my intention” she said.

“Oh no, I don’t like Madison. I never did and I never will. Trust me” he explained.

“Really?” She asked.

“Sure” he replied and gave an awkward smile.

“Just drive me home please, I’m stress out” she said and relaxed her head.

“Yes my lady” he said jokingly.

Sarah was in a call with Sasha.
“Oh please Sarah, don’t worry too much. She’ll be alright”

“I know. I’m just worried that she would find out about her powers. I don’t even know the kind of powers she has” Sarah explained.

“I understand. You just need to relax. When will she be back?” Sasha asked.

Sarah stared at her wrist watch.
“I guess an hour or so” she replied.

“Hmm, just calm down”

“Sure. I found someone. Guess who?”Sarah said almost in a whisper.

“Tell me, who?”

“I found Henry. He’s been held captive with the clans” she said.

“What? Henry? Did you find Robby also?” Sasha asked.

“Oh please Sasha. Don’t mention that irritating name. I just don’t want Kylie finding out about her father. If she knows he’s alive, I don’t know what she’ll do”

“What do you think I’ll do Mom?”

Sarah heard her daughter’s voice. She slowly turned and saw her panting hærd.

“Kylie?” She called.

“Who is my father?” Kylie asked in a very angry tone.
