Lucy walked up to kate still carrying sleeping good luck on her arm ”kate just hear urself out! u are wishing death for ur own child! a child u carried nine months! not nine days,not nine weeks but good nine months! there are alots of women out there crying to God to give them a child, but u that have u are rejecting him, wishing him death! a boy baby for that matter! hmmm! as she sat down with her baby and fake a smile, just then the baby woke up and started s-cking his hand, it obvious he was hungry ”go ahead and br-astfeeds ur baby! I guess he has really missed it”,Lucy teased as Kate smiled faintly and removed one of her br-ast and started br-astfeeding the baby ”awwwn! see how he is rushing the br-ast, chai! he has really missed! baby baby pls take it easy o, don’t pull off ur mummy’s br-ast o, u know she is the only sister I have”,Lucy said playfully and touched the baby’s tiny hand, while Kate just smiled faintly
”kate am coming, let me rushed to my friend’s place and collect something from her, pls take care of urself and the baby,..I will be back soon”, Lucy said to kate who nodded her head as Lucy walked away.

Kate was seen still br-astfeeding the baby when her mind went to that horrible night when she was raped and how her mother was shot, she scre-med loud and angrily threw the baby on the bed,as the baby started crying ”i hate u so much! I despise u’, Kate angrily said looking at the baby who was seen crying seriously ”u will cry to death! I hate u with passion! ”just shut ur f-cking mouth up there before I cover ur face with that pillow and end ur miserable life! son of a criminal”,Kate yelled at the baby, walked up to him and pinched him hærd on the cheek,and this made the baby to increase his cry,
”so u are not hearing u should shut up ur mouth? have heard enough! it hærd time I end this ur miserable life once and for all”,kate said and took the pillow, lift it up and was about covering the baby’s face when a knock came on the door,and this made her to keep back the pillow ”who the f-ck is there? come in”, she said with a frowned face
just then one of their neighbor walked in, rushed and carried the crying baby ”oh my God! Kate wat did u do to this baby? why is there blood on his cheek? why is his face filled with saliva? Kate! wat u are doing to this innocent child is inhuman, a child u carried nine months in ur womb! this is unfair! why are u using ur past to punish this innocent baby? why can’t u just let go off the past and focus on the future? why are u punishing this innocent child for wat he knows nothing about! we have all pleaded to u several times to let go off the past,.. I was in my room hearing the baby’s cry,that was why I rushed in here! I even thought ur sister Lucy was here? because I know Lucy can never be around and watch the baby cry! pls and pls,handle this baby with care he is still very tender”,the neighbor said and cuddled the crying baby ”mama ekene! have heard wat u said! I will handle the baby with care,..pls can u give me back my baby? Kate said with a squeezed face.

”like I said earlier, I don’t want to hear the baby’s cry plsss”,the neighbor said and walked out of the house ”stupid neighbor that can never mind her business, mtwcheeee”,Kate said and hissed, then she looked at the sleeping baby and frowned.
