(20 HOURS EARLIER BEFORE THE FLIGHT )

Here in his own hotel suite, Dave sits on his bed grinding his teeth in anger, he slams his fist on the bed cursing out loud in the room.
Moments later, he calms himself down and then gets off the bed and begins to walk around the room.
Things went out well for him earlier that afternoon in Tobi’s house but he never expected to find Lisa there and what’s more he was even more angered by the fact his girlfriend had replaced him with a Kenyan man, He felt so insulted and humiliated.. He couldn’t help but imagine how many times Lisa had spread her legs for Tobi, it was very obvious they’ve had s-x countless time and he very well knew that he had lost his place in Lisa’s heart.
He wanted to hurt Lisa real bad but he decided the best way to do that was to tell her father of her affairs with the Kenyan man.. Soon all his anger was now focused on Tobi, not only did he steal Lisa away from him but He had something very valuable in his possession. Dave knew the flash was in the house, it had to be, Neither Tobi or Lisa knew about it cause if they did he would have been arrested by now.

Despite that, he intended not to waste any second in getting that flash at all costs and as for Tobi, he would order Jerome to dish out the worst and brutal death to man, nothing would please him more than to see Tobi suffer and then die miserably and painfully.
After roaming about the room for some minutes, He grabs his phone and calls Jerome in that moment, after ringing for a while, Jerome picks his call.

Jerome ➡ Afternoon Boss!

Dave ➡ Afternoon… Tell you men to stop the search… I’ve found Lisa. She was in Tobi’s house all this time.
.

Jerome ➡ What!? But..
.

Dave ➡ Enough… There’s something I want you to do… Gather all you men and plunder that b-stard’s house… The flash in the place, he doesn’t know about it.. You said Lisa took your brother’s jacket yes?

Jerome ➡ Yes.

Dave ➡ Good.. The jacket is in the house and once you fins the flash, I want you to gut that pig Tobi Mingati… I want you to torture him slowly, make him suffer painfully and then you k-ll him, leave his body somewhere nobody will ever find, let his body rot and be fed upon by maggots.

Jerome ➡ Alright sir.. I will do that at once.

Dave ➡ Don’t do it today.. I see its quite a busy day in Kenya… People might notice.. Do it tomorrow and don’t fail me Jerome.

Tobi Mingati!?!…. That b-stard, o should have known… So all this time, he was hiding that European b-tch in his house, after wasting all that good money and resources to find that wh-re, she was safely taking refuge in Tobi’s house and what’s worst, the flash is in the house.
I was both glad and mad at the same time.. I was glad because the flash had been found, all I had to do was go to Tobi’s house and take it back and I was also mad because I didn’t get to molest that white B-tch for all the trouble she’s caused me… Well, that’s okay cause I will put all my frustrations on that black baboons head.. I’ll make life a living hell for him before I finally end him.

After the boss told me where the flash drive was, I rallied all my men to get ready and prepared, after that I told Tucker about the flash and he too was surprised just as I was.

Mpenda too rallied his men as I ordered him to, Killing Tobi would cause commotion but if the police were involved and were used as a coverup, Nobody would say a damn thing.. I could even force Mpenda to come up with a story that the people would have no choice but to believe.
I waited patiently for the sun to go down causing taking out Tobi in the daylight would be quite difficult and it would also be unwise but at night, it would make it every easy for us.
Just Hours before we could go to Tobi’s house, I got an unexpected visit from an unexpected guest, I was surprised when I saw it was Kwanza, the son of my late rival, Feruzi.
He walked straight into my house with a corky smile on his face, We did never really see eye to eye but we had no quarrels or disagreement. But I couldn’t help but wonder why he was at my house? Something is quite fishy about him. I was in my living room when he walked in, He took his seat opposite me and crossed his legs staring at me straight in the eyes. There was a brief moment of silence between us for while, minutes later, Kwanza coughed and began to talk..

Kwanza ➡ Jerome! The big man in town.. How’s business?

Jerome ➡ Fine as usual… What brings you to my house Kwanza Feruzi?

Kwanza ➡ (chuckles) You know.. It’s funny you should say that last name. Considering the fact you had a hand in his death.

Jerome ➡ I don’t know what you’re talking about.. I had nothing to do with your father’s death.
.

Kwanza ➡ We both know that’s not true.. But anyways.. I’m not here for revenge and I bear no grudge against you.. Whatever happens is between you and him.. Besides my father and I aren’t on the same page either.

Jerome ➡ Why are you here, Kwanza?

Kwanza ➡ Relax… Can’t I get a drink first?

Jerome ➡ Unfortunately.. I’m out of refreshments.

Kwanza ➡ Its a shame.. Can’t I at least get a cup of water?

Kwanza ➡ (laughs) My God Jerome.. What has come over you? Is that how you treat guests?… Well if that’s what you want fine.. I’ll go.. I was hoping to tell you something important but it seems you have no interest in listening… Have a good day.

Jerome ➡ WAIT!!!… Sit down.

Kwanza smiled coyly again and sat back down comfortably.. I knew something was fishy about this guy but still I can’t ignore the fact that he has something to tell me, it might be useful or not but whatever the case, I’ll just have to hear him out.

Jerome ➡ What is it you wanted to tell me?
.

Kwanza ➡ So you’re interested now?… Okay.. I’ll tell you… Word on the street is that you’re in deep trouble… I don’t know the details but there’s something you should know…. Tobi came by my house this afternoon and he said something quite interesting.
This isn’t the first time he came to my house, he has been coming for some time now and all he wants is your downfall.

Jerome ➡ Why was he coming to your house?

Kwanza ➡ Isn’t it obvious?? He knows about my father’s death and the plot behind it.. So he wants me to join him so that we could bring you down.. But as I said revenge isn’t my agenda.
Anyways as I was saying.. He said something very important earlier today in my house… He said he has a something that would ruin you completely and make you rot in prison for the rest of your life… He was serious about what he said… He also told me he’d meeting with the mysterious federal agent to hand over everything to him and also collect the money to start a new life, in some other continent.

I felt agitated and greatly disturbed as I heard that… The ape knew about the flash drive and he’s planning to give it to the Federal agent… This is bad.. If the boss hears of this.. He’ll skin me alive… I have to get that flash drive no matter what.

Jerome ➡ Are you sure about this?

Kwanza ➡ Why would I make this up?
.

Jerome ➡ Why are you telling me this?? And why did you betray Tobi?.
.

Kwanza ➡ First of all… I didn’t betray Tobi.. It’s not like he told me to keep it a secret and Second, the reason why I’m telling you this is because I saw a golden opportunity.
I don’t know what this is all about but for my reward for this info.. I deserve some payment.. I’m a business man and this right here is a money making opportunity.

Hmph! Money is indeed the root of all evil.. I can’t believe Kwanza betrayed Tobi just like that but I like men like him, they seize opportunity where ever they see it.. He knows what he wants and he reaches out to get it, unlike that fool Tobi.. He could have used that flash drive to make himself rich, we could have made a business offer but no.. He wants to be the patriotic hero… What a fool. It’s a shame he doesn’t realize that the good and honest guys never win and it’s the corrupt and evil ones that rule the world.

Jerome ➡ Okay Kwanza… You’ll get your cash.. But once I’m done with Tobi.

Kwanza ➡ No way… Pay me my money..

Jerome ➡ Or what?

Kwanza ➡ Don’t think you’ll be able to find Tobi… I’m the only one who knows where he is.. Pay me my money or miss the chance of ever seeing him.

Jerome ➡ Fine.. How much is your fee?

Kwanza ➡ 5 million Kenyan shilling.

Jerome ➡ What!?

Kwanza ➡ Come on.. I’m sure you can afford it..

Jerome ➡ (annoyed) Okay.. Fine.. Give me your account number.

5 million was a bit expensive but it was worth it since the contents in the drive is wh0le lot more valuable than it.
After I wired the money to Kwnaza’s account, he smiled and told me Tobi’s location.

Kwanza ➡ Okay then.. I’ve seen the money.. Alright now.. Tobi’s location.. He’ll be at his house at 8:00pm together with the Federal agent, all you have to do is go there and end them both. Game over.

Jerome ➡ Are you sure about this ?.
.

Kwanza ➡ Of course I’m sure… Besides I’m here, I’m no going to run. Do you think I would have come all the way here if I wasn’t sure about what I was saying.

Jerome ➡ Okay then.. Thanks for the info.

Kwanza ➡ Anytime… I’ll be going now. See you around.

After he said that, Kwanza walked confidently out of the room and soon left my house. Moments later, I asked Tucker what he thought about Kwanza’s info.

Jerome ➡ What do you think Tucker? Do you think this info is legit?
.

Tucker ➡ Of course.. Like the man said.. He wouldn’t be here if he wasn’t sure of what he heard. I say we get ready and go over to that baboon’s house and end him.

Jerome ➡ Sure… Whatever happens.. That flash drive must be recovered.

Jerome you stupid fool… I can’t believe he fell for what I said… Tobi was right after all, the man is truly desperate and it will be his downfall.. Well I’ve done my part and I’ve gotten a free 5 million in my account. This day couldn’t have gone any better.
After I left Jerome’s house, I made a call to Tobi to let him know that his trick had worked. After dialing his number for some seconds, He answered my call.

Tobi ➡ Hello Kwanza..
.

Kwanza ➡ Hello Tobi… Your trick worked.. Better get ready… Jerome is coming at you with his wrath and his entire army… Are you sure you can handle this?

Tobi ➡ Sure.. Just remember.. Get ready.. Everything ends tonight.
.

Kwanza ➡ I hope so. See you later. May God be with us.

Tobi ➡ Amen..

As time flies by, the sun sinks down and the moon emerges and darkness soon covers the sky 🌈.. Some people retire for the night while others get fully active to run wild under the moon light.
As soon as the clock handles hit the number 8, Jerome and his men enter their cars charging down through the streets as they head to Tobi’s house, behind them as convoys are police’s cars pretending to be chasing them. In about 30 minutes, Jerome and his men park at a safe distance from Tobi’s house and then stealthily approach his house with guns in their hands.
Minutes later, Jerome, his gang, Mpenda and his men surround Tobi’s house all pointing their guns at the place, they all keep quiet as they heard some people talking in the house.. They realize it’s Tobi’s voice talking to an unknown voice, soon they see shadows of both men on the curtains as the light shone on them, The shadows were busy moving around the room.
Seeing this as an opportunity to take out both his enemies, Jerome signals his men and Mpenda to take out Tobi and the federal agent.

FIRE!!!

RATATATATA.. BOOM.. BOOM.. BRRRRR..
.

For about 10minutes Jerome and the others fire continuously at Tobi’s house, they kept on reloading their guns and kept firing at the house, Clinks of bullets could be heard as they fell on the ground.
Some of men laugh wildly and wickedly as they kept firing at the house,… Realizing that their ammunitions were about to be exhausted , Jerome orders everyone to stop and asks on of his men to check the house.
Shaking with fear, the guy enters the house with caution as he sweats heavily, as soon as he gets into the house, he calls the attention of Jerome.

Goon ➡ Boss.. You have to see this.
.

Jerome rushes into the house and is taken by shock as he sees the unexpected.. Here in Tobi’s house, there are two big rubber dolls and a radio recorder that kept playing Tobi’s voice.. Jerome shoots the radio and scre-ms in anger kicking and throwing anything he sees, In that moment, he sees a note with his name on it. He picks it up and reads what’s in,side.

* Tiger is the king of the jungle and lion is the king of beasts, your time is up Jerome, Tonight the jungle will judge and consume you… P. S… You’ll never find that flash drive*

After reading the note, Jerome flinches anger and tears the note in rage… In that moment, He hears a loud boom 💥, he rushes outside and sees a huge burst of flame at the location where they parked their car, before long they hear chants and cries of battle songs coming from all directions, in a blink of an eye, Flaming arrows begin to descend on them, Jerome’s men soon panic and begin to run helter skelter trying to dodge the arrows, Some stay and fire aimlessly hoping to draw out the attackers but instead more arrows descend on them like rains of fire.
Soon Jerome, Mpenda and some of their surviving men run into the jungle for their lives… After running for a while, They decide to stop and take a rest.

Mpenda ➡ Boss! What’s going on?… Something isn’t right.
.

Tucker ➡ That’s right… That Kwanza betrayed us.. This was a trap. We have to get out of here.
.

Jerome ➡ I’LL K-LL THAT TOBI AND HIS ENTIRE FAMILY… I’LL MAKE HIM PAAAYY!!! ARRRGGHHH.
.

Mpenda ➡ Calm down boss.
.

Blinded by enormous rage, Jerome shoots Mpenda to death, Tucker and the others look at Jerome with shock on their faces.
.

Tucker ➡ what have you done Jerome??
.

Jerome ➡ Don’t say a word Tucker… I’m so mad right now. Let’s keep moving.. We’re outnumbered.. Tobi thinks he has won.. But I will have the last laugh.
.

Just before Jerome and the others could take a step, a group of hyenas gather around laughing cynically.. The hungry wild beasts stare at Jerome and his men hungrily wagging their tongues… Seeing the danger before him, Jerome shoots at the direction at the Hyenas hoping to startle them, but instead they soon multiple in number calling out their other hyena friends.. Before long, Jerome and his men were outnumbered 10 to 1.

Goon 2 ➡ We’re dead.. This animals will feed on us.
.

Jerome ➡ No! We must fight… I won’t end in the belly of this beasts.
.

Goon 1 ➡ Fight!? How? We’re in heart of the wild park.. We’re in the territory of these wild beasts. We’re doomed.
.

Jerome ➡ No.. You are.
.

Just like he shot Mpenda, Jerome guns down one of his men, as soon as he does that, the hyena charge at them, Jerome, Tucker and the rest of their men take off like antelopes heading deep into the jungle. The hyenas grab most of the men feeding on them, some of the hyenas yet again chase Jerome and the others.
Seeing that they were being followed, Jerome and Tucker part ways with their men, their men too scatter in different directions, it’s every man for himself.
After running tirelessly for almost an hour, Jerome and Tucker stop and rest at the Savanna region of the wild park to catch their breath. As soon they stop, They see someone standing a few meters away from them, Jerome looks closely and is surprised to see it’s Tobi.
Tobi who finally emerges at the scene looks half n-ked, his upper body is exposed but his lower region is covered with animal skin, he holds a spear and shield in hand as he stares at the two men.
Riled up with rage and hate for the man before him, Jerome rushes and aims his gun at Tobi, he fires his gun but Tobi quickly shields himself, Jerome tries to shoot again but his gun is empty, using this disadvantage of Jerome as his opportunity, Tobi throws his spear forcefully and accurately sinking it into Jerome’s chest, Jerome scre-ms and collapses on the ground mo-ning in pain, he calls to Tucker to help him but Tucker ignores him and stands where he is.

Jerome ➡ Tucker!!! Help me… Shoot the b-stard.
.

Tucker ➡ 😏😏😏😏
.

Jerome ➡ TUCKER!!!!
.

Tucker ➡ Sorry Jerome.. You’re on your own.
.

Jerome ➡ WHAT!??
.

Speechless with shock, Jerome stares at Tucker with hate and lies on the ground trying to remove the spear from his chest, but the pain was too much, that he had to let it go.
In that moment, Tobi approaches and stands over him staring down at him defiantly, moments later Kwanza shows behind Tobi and stares at him as well.. Jerome unable to hide his shock curses out loud wishing he could just reach out and strangle Kwanza to death.

Kwanza ➡ Oh.. How the mighty have fallen..
.

Jerome ➡ (coughing blood) You sc-m…. You.. Betrayed….. me..
.

Kwanza ➡ No b-stard… I tricked you and I must say I couldn’t think of a better revenge than this.. Did you really think that I would let you walk freely after what you did to my father.. I admit we don’t see eye to eye but he’s my father and I’m his son. There’s nothing more stronger than family.

Tobi ➡ That’s right.. There’s nothing stronger than family.. Like I said Jerome.. The Jungle will judge and consume.. Did you really think you were the only one with an army?.. All of the Maasai tribe have gathered to back me up and we have triumphed against you.. Your men are no more.. You’re alone… You’re die here alone without company. No one will remember you, Jerome.. Your deeds have caught up to you. And one last thing.. The good may not always win, but good always triumphs over evil.

Jerome ➡…. Go.. To.. Hell.. B-stard… Just.. K-ll… Me.. Already.
.

Tobi ➡ No.. I won’t kill you.. Like I said.. The Jungle will consume you.
.

After that, Tobi, Kwanza and Tucker walk away leaving Jerome on the ground,.. Jerome who tries desperately to get up hears a roar right next to him, As he looks sideways, He sees a pride of lions growling at him.
He freezes on the ground with fear, trying to play dead but unfortunately for him, The lions had too smart for his tricks. After toying with him for a while, the lions descend on him tearing off his flesh from his limbs. Jerome’s final scre-ms echoed the jungle that night, and after a while everywhere was silent.
