🌺 EPISODE 38 🌺

Millet sees Don Roman walking towards the basement,as she was about to enter the sitting room.

“Don Roman”. She muttered and quickly went back to the basement.

“Jesse, Sharon”. She calls quickly, and both Jesse and Sharon disengaged the kiss.

“What wrong Millet”. Sharon asked

“Your dad is on his way here”.

“What!!!”. Sharon exclaims and looks at Jesse.

“You have to get out of here Jesse, if Don Roman see you here, he won’t spare your life like before”. Millet said.

Jesse and Sharon looks at each, and Jesse pulls Sharon into a tight hug.

“I love you so much Sharon”.

“I love you too Jesse”. Both said still hugging each other.

“That enough!!, Jesse you have to leave now!!”. Millet said panicking.

Jesse disengage the hug, he looks at Sharon for a while, before leaving.

Millet quickly pushed Sharon backed inside the basement lightly, and just as she lock the door of the basement, Don Roman approach her.

“Millet”. He calls, and Millet looks at him with so much fear in her eyes.

“Yes Don Roman”. She answers as she gulmp down nothing.

Don Roman looks at her for a while and said.

“Is Sharon still crying’.

*How will she be crying when she just had a long passionate kiss with Jesse*. Millet said inwardly.

“Millet”.

“Yes Don Roman, no she isn’t crying, but she has been quite, I think is time you let her out of the basement”. Millet said with pleading eyes.

“I guess by now, she must have learn her lesson, not to meet with Jesse again”.

*Unfortunately for you, they did just now”. Millet said inwardly, and scoffs inwardly.

Don Roman opens the door of the basement and Sharon looks at her dad.

“Go and have your bath, and meet me afterwards”. Don Roman sad and leaves.

And Sharon stood up from where she was sitting.

“Good thing I saw your dad on time Sharon, what were you both thinking, if your dad has found Jesse here, he will have been a dead person by now, I know you desperately want to always kiss his cute and pinkish lips, but that wasn’t the right time for that Sharon”. Millet said.

“Thank you Millet”. Sharon said and hugs her, Millet sighs and hugs her back.

“What!!!!!, Are you insane, what were you thinking Jesse”. Violet yells at him, when she learnt that Jesse went to Don Roman’s mansion.

“I just want to see Sharon, Violet”.

“You want to see Sharon!!!!!, Are you crazy, don’t you care about your life, take a look at you Jesse, your face is all bruised up, and yet you still went to meet with Sharon, are you asking for dealth”. Violet yells at him again.

“Why are you even angry Violet, I just went to see Sharon, that all”. Jesse yells back.

“Is your life all about Sharon now, that you can’t even think, if you don’t care about your life, I do Jesse, I care about you alot, because I love you!”. Violet yells.

And Jesse looks at her. “What did you just say”. Jesse asked looking surprised.

Violet glumps down nothing and said. “Wha……what I mean is I love you as a friend, we grew up together Jesse and I care so much about you”. Violet said, but deep down her, she knows she loves him, more than a friend.

Jesse sighs and said. “Nothing bad is going to happen to me Violet, so stop worrying about me okay”. He said in a rather cool voice, Violet looks at him and nods her head.

Jesse smiles at her, before going to his room, and Violet sits in the floor.

“How can you not even know how I feel for you Jesse, I can’t tell you how I feel, because am afraid am going to loose you, if I tell you that I love you more than a friend,,,,this is all Sharon’s fault, and am not going to stop still you forget about Sharon and learn to love me instead”. Violet said as tears falls down her eyes.

After having her bath, and just like he instructed, Sharon went to his room.

“Am here now dad”. She said with a look of hatred in her eyes.

“Here you go”. Don Roman said and gives her an envelope.

“What that dad”. She asked.

“Open it yourself and stops asking me questions”. Don Roman said.

Sharon sighs, she took the envelope and opens it, and her eyes opens in shock.

“What this dad”.

“You Know how to read right”.

“You want me to go back to America”.

“Yes Sharon, your Visa and passport and everything you need are in that envelope”.

Sharon throws the envelope to the floor and said.

“I won’t go dad, am never go back to America”.

“Yes you are going back to America, whether you like it or not, and you are going back tomorrow Sharon, never to come back again”.

“Is this the way you want to keep me away from Jesse”. Sharon asked, as tears falls down her eyes.

“Yes Sharon, am going to do everything, just to make sure you don’t see that jerk of a Jesse again, now leave my room”. Don Roman said.

And Sharon keeps looking at him with tears in her eyes.

“Didn’t you hear what I just say, leave!!!!!!!”he yells, and Sharon quickly leaves his room.

“He wants me to go back to America tomorrow Millet, if I go back to America, am never going to see Jesse again, I don’t want to go back to America Millet, I don’t want to, I can’t bear to be apart from Jesse”. Sharon said crying.

Millet sighs and cleans the tears in Sharon’s eyes.

“Do you really want to be with Jesse and don’t want to be separated from him”.

“Yes Millet, I love him so much, and you that right, I don’t want to be separated from him, I don’t want to go back to America tomorrow, I can’t bear not to see Jesse again, I can’t bear it Millet”. Sharon said crying.

“Stop crying and listen to be Sharon, I have a plan, so that you and Jesse will continue seeing each other”. Millet said, and Sharon looks at her with a confused face.

Jesse sits outside the house, thinking about Sharon, and sadness was all over his face.

“I wonder how Sharon is doing, is she still in the basement, how could Don Roman lock up his own daughter, is he really her father”. Jesse said looking so sad and worried, and he miss the days when Don Roman was unaware of their relationship.

“Jesse”. Sharon said

Jesse looks forward and sees Sharon.

“Sha…… Sharon”.

And Sharon runs up and hugs him so tight, and Jesse was surprised to see her.

Jesse disengage the hug and looks at her.

“What are you doing here Sharon, how did you get out,,,why are you with a luggage, are you going somewhere Sharon”. Jesse asked as he saw the luggage she was with, and Millet was also with her.

“Let run away together Jesse”.

*FLASH BACK*

“So you want me to elope with Jesse”. Sharon asked with a little surprised face.

“Yes Sharon, that the only way you can be with Jesse, if tomorrow you are still in this house, you are definitely going to America, and you are never going to see him again”.

“But how do I leave Millet, my dad is already at home”.

“Don’t worry Sharon, leave everything to me, just get your things ready, I will be right back”. Millet said and leaves her room, and Sharon quickly arranged a few of her things in a luggage.

Millet secretly went to Don Roman’s room, and see him sleeping in the coach, and she went back to Sharon’s room.

“Sharon your dad is already sleeping, do you have everything ready”. She asked.

“Yes I do, but what about his men”.

“You don’t have to pass through the gate Sharon”.

“Then where”.

“Come with me”.

Sharon quietly follows Millet through the back door of the mansion, and Millet faced Sharon.

“You have to jump through the fence Sharon”. Millet said and Sharon nods .

And both Millet and Sharon secretly jumped the fence, paving their way outside the mansion.

“What!!!!!!, you want to elope with Sharon”. Janet asked in surprised, and Joanna wasn’t expectional.

“Yes mom, her dad wants her to go back to America and never to come back, I can’t bear the fact of being apart from Sharon”. Jesse said.

“But Jesse what if Don Roman finds out that you elope with Sharon, he is going to kill you, if he finds you”. Joanna said looking so concerned.

“Don’t worry about that Joanna, I have a role to play in that, you don’t have to worry, I will pretend I know nothing”. Millet said.

Janet sighs and said.

“Okay let say I agree with the both of you eloping, but where are you going to stay, am sure is definitely not in Seoul, because Don Roman will easily find the both of you, I don’t want anything to happen to you son”.

And both Sharon and Jesse looks at each other without saying a word.

“I have a place in Busan”. Millet said, and they all looked at her.

“You do”. Janet asked.

“Yes ma, I and my family used to live there when they were still alive, is a little old and cranky, but a little tidying up, will make it back to normal”. Millet said.

“So mom, do you agree to it”. Jesse asked bitting his lips.

Janet looks at Sharon and Jesse, she sighs and said.

“The train to Busan takes off at 9:pm, so you should be there on time”. She said, and both Jesse and Sharon looks at each other and smiles.

“Are you really going to leave”. Joanna asked when she enters Jesse’s room and sees him arranging his clothes inside a luggage.

Jesse looks at her, and he could see the sadness in her eyes.

“Yes Joanna”.

“Do you really have to leave, I don’t want you to leave Jesse, please don’t go, I want my big brother around”. Joanna said as tears falls down her eyes.

Jesse sighs and cleans her tears.

“Don’t cry Joanna, if you do, am going to have a hard time leaving”.

“Then don’t Jesse, I don’t want you to leave”.

“Don Roman wants Sharon to go back to America, and if she does I won’t be able to see her again, and is going to make me sad, do you want me to be sad”. Jesse asked holding both side of her cheeks, Joanna looks at him, and shakes her head.

“Then can you please let me do this, let me go with Sharon”.

“Okay fine, but promise me you will always keep in touch with me, and don’t let Don Roman to ever find out where your hiding okay”. Joanna said, Jesse smiles and hugs her.

After taking the necessary things he needs, both bays good bye to them.

“Take care Sharon okay, and you, if you do anything stupid to her or make her cry, you are going to get it from me, more than the bruises you got from Don Roman, got that”. Millet said, and Jesse nods and smiles.

“Thanks alot Millet, I own you one”. Sharon said.

“You don’t have to thank me Sharon, we are like sisters now, don’t forget to keep me in touch, and if this jerk hurts you in anyway, don’t hesitate to tell me, I will come to Busan and deal with him myself”. Millet said, Sharon laughs and hugs her.

“We will be going now mom”. Jesse said.

“Take care son, and don’t forget to keep in touch okay”. Janet said. Jesse nods and hugs both she and Joanna.

“You should be going now, so you won’t miss the train”. Janet said disengaging the hug.

“Bye Mom”. Sharon said to Janet, and Janet nods smiling, and both Jesse and Sharon left.

And Janet tries so hard to hide her tears, even if she doesn’t want him to elope with Sharon, she had to agree to it, Because she loves Jesse so much, and wants him to be happy.

Jesse and Sharon arrived at the train station, and luckily for them, they were able to board the train, before it took off.

“Thanks Jesse”. Sharon said as they were on the train heading for Busan.

“For what”.

“For coming with me Jesse”.

“You don’t have to thank me Sharon, I love you and am ready to go any miles with you Sharon”.

“I love you too Jesse, and am happy that from now on, my dad won’t be able to stop us from being together”.

Jesse smiles and peck her in her forehead, Sharon places her head in his shoulder wrapping her hands around his waist, while Jesse wraps his arms around her.

*Busan*

Both arrived in Busan, and used the address given to them by Millet to locate the house Millet has told them.

They arrive in the house and just like Millet has said, the house look looked unkempt and rough.

“Millet was right,,,,I guess this calls for cleaning”. Jesse said, and Sharon bits her lips and looks at Jesse.

“I don’t know how to do house chores, I have never done it before”. Sharon said burying her head on the ground.

Jesse smiles and raise her head up with his finger.

“I wasn’t going to ask you to help me out Sharon, this is a piece of cake to me”. He said with a smile.

“Am sorry Jesse”.

Jesse caress her hair and said.

“Why are you apologizing Sharon, am dating a spoit rich princess, so I shouldn’t be complaining, so wait here okay, while I do the cleaning okay”. Jesse said smiling.

Jesse began tidying the whole place, while Sharon watch him.

“Why was he born so perfect”. Sharon said admiring Jesse’s cute face.

Jesse was fixing the room, he became sweaty, so he took off his shirt revealing his cute and sexy abs.

“Jesse are you……..oh my goodness!!!!!!!”. Sharon exclaims so loudly when she enters the room and sees Jesse’s abs, and she quickly turns behind him, bitting her lips.

Jesse looks around the room and then to Sharon.

“What wrong Sharon, did you see a ghost or something”.

“No I didn’t”. Sharon said as she gulmps down nothing, still backing Jesse.

“Then what wrong Sharon, why were you shock a minute ago, and why aren’t you looking at me Sharon, is there something wrong”. Jesse asked.

Sharon clears her throat and said, playing with her fingers shyly.

“Can you put on a shirt”.

“Why”. Jesse asked but when he realized why Sharon can’t look at him, he chuckles with a smile and turns her around, to look at him, and Sharon gasps in the process of him doing so.

Jesse bends his head closer to her, as if he wants to kiss her, he looks at her and smiles.

“So you couldn’t look at me because I was shirtless,,well my heart beat, get use to it now, because from now on, you are going to be seeing me shirtless always”. Jesse said and winkles at her.

Sharon screams covering her face with her hand and runs out from the room, and Jesse chuckles with a smile.

*Don Roman’s mansion*

(The following morning)

“Jace is the car already”.

“Not yet Don Roman”. Jace answers.

“And why not Jace!!!!, Sharon is taking an early flight to America today, she has be in the airport on time!”. Don Roman half yells.

“I will get the car ready Don Roman”. Jace replied.

“Good, I will go and check if Sharon is ready”. Don Roman said and went upstairs, he opens the door to Sharon’s room, but she wasn’t there, he search for her inside the bathroom and toilet, but she wasn’t there.

“Where could she be”. He asked himself, and then his eyes met with the opened wardrope and there was few clothes that wasn’t there.

“No, no, this is not happening, is not happening, Millet!!!!!!, Millet!!!!!!!!!!”. He yells, and Millet quickly enters the room.

“Yes Don Roman”. She answers.

And Don Roman face her with an angry look.

“Where is Sharon”.

“Sharon, she might be in the bathroom Don Roman”.

“Don’t play games with me Millet, you already know Sharon is not even in this, mansion, because few of her clothes are not in the waredrop, so where is Sharon”. He asked with furring eyes.

“I have no idea Don Roman, I left her in her room last night and went to bed”. Millet said acting all surprise.

“Am sure you know something Millet, there is no way Sharon will be able to leave this mansion without your help, you are more smarter than her, so am sure you help her out”.

“I didn’t Don Roman, I have no………..”

“Millet!!!!!!!!!!!, Where is Sharon!!!!!!!!!!!!”
