Chapter 36…

Josh ran towards the bull and was moving in diagonal form, he headed for a large piece of rock that was placed at the site, at his top speed he was able to double step the rock and jumped over the bull, letting the beast crush the rock to dust…

“See you”, Josh said as he landed on the floor rolling to his feet, he had maneuvered the beast and continued running with the thought that the bull was chasing him..

Back in sagoe..

The dark emperor had taken control of sagoe, dispatching half his troops back to the dark city with captain daze, he had fixed a feast with the other kings for his celebration. The dark emperor had also waged war against this other king kingdoms, while some surrendered and formed an alliance with him. Now he had defeated sagoe, the last city he needed to be named emperor, now what was next?.

The dark emperor had not reached his full potential and he had to reach that soon, he needed to protect the city against any sneak attack, he had increased tax payment of the people, he gave the sagoe city to the soldiers to do whatever they pleased. The feast had began..

 

Among the bushes…

Ranob woke up to find himself still at the same s₱0t he had slept on, he was too tired to move and all he could do was look with his eyes. He grabbed his spear and pushed against the ground, standing up slowly to his feet.

“What do i do now?”, He asked himself

He started working, heading for anywhere he could find shelter, the bushes weren’t a safe place.

“Yes now i know”, He said, he headed back to the middle path, the dangerous one and was moving for the friendly beast, so he could find shelter and food, to gather himself before he could think of a way out..

Somewhere else..

The army all moved aimlessly, they had moved away from sagoe to avoid death but now there was no where to go other than to hide from the dark soldiers….

“We need to go faraway from here, if we don’t want to be noticed”, The general said

“Where should we go”, King james asked “The other kings are already with the dark king”

“We need a place to crash so as to rethink and gather ourselves”, Oshimov said

“Anyone know of a place”, The general asked

“What about the river bank”, Catherine said

“That place is a thick forest”, The general said

“But we could get water easily and at the same time hide from the eyes of the dark soldiers”, She replied

“But how do we survive the forest with no camping supplies at all”, King james asked

“Well let move to the river bank first”, Oshimov said

And so began their journey to the river bank…

 

Ice wasteland.

Josh had stopped running for a while, he approached three different paths, he had to choose one to pass through..

“No time to waste”, He said and was about to running through the middle path, when he stopped..

“One in the heart and mind leads to intense power”, He repeated Wong words.

“Am letting tension and fear, choose for me”, Josh said as he exhaled and inhaled.

He closed his eyes and let his tension flow away, he could feel an inner energy driving away his fears and tension, a roar was heard from behind, he was about to run but stood still as he breathed slowly.

“One in mind and heart”, He said as kept breathing.

The bull roared and rushed towards Josh with it pointy horns and was about hitting him hærd, when he suddenly slipped away to the right and delivered a fatal punch to the side of the bull, this wasn’t a punch of power or anger, it was a punch of clean emotion, new energy.

He had rendered the organs of the bull useless, leading it to paralysis while he closed his eyes, he moved and took the left path, he kept walking and suddenly began to feel weightless, he was levitating and moving faster.

Suddenly an arrow was shot at him, he landed avoiding the arrows as he opened his eyes to see a 8ft 7inches man with four hands which held a bow, and shiver of arrows strapped to his back, his arrows were as long as Josh leg.

The man also had a sword and spear in the lower hands.

 

“Am not here for battle”, Josh said calmly “Let me through”

“You would have to battle me to get past that gate”, The man warrior said.

“So be it”, Josh said as he walked to the man.

He charged towards Josh and did a might leap over his head with the aim of slashing him with the sword but josh did a quick roll and faced the Four handed man warrior.

An arrow was fired at josh but with a slight movement to the left Josh dodged the arrow, and gave a smirk. The man ran towards him and gave a deadly strike with the spear and at the same time a fatal slash with his sword, Josh shifted backwards and did a quick turn to the left dodging the spear and performing a quick back move bending his neck and back backwards as he avoided the sword..

An arrow was fired at him again, a twirl in the air was enough to dodge the attack, but the man also threw his spear aiming for josh head. Josh landed from his twirl and to his utmost shock he stopped the force of the spear by putting both his hands against the spear blade side. The force moved josh backwards but he held on to the spear and dropped it to floor..

He gave a hand signal to the attacker, to try again. This angered him as he attacked josh violently, he grabbed josh by the w–st and threw him against a wall violently, but josh was able to land on the wall with his feet, staying like that while he looked at the man. He fired an arrow to josh, who caught the first one, he fired another and josh caught it again while still standing against the wall.. With a tap to the wall and landing with a backflip..

Josh faced the attacker with two of his arrows, the man charged towards Josh delivering a slash attack aiming for his abdomen , but with a roll underneath the man legs, josh sent the man to his knees by stabbing his two legs with his own arrows.

“I wasn’t here for battle, you are pardoned”, Josh said giving a kick to the man chest sending him crashing against the wall..

“One in mind and heart”, Josh said as he took off heading through the path when he noticed the small door.

“Yes!”, Josh jumped for joy but received no joy anymore, when he discovered he had to cross, a river of molten magma to get to the door.

“This is bad”, He said

Chapter 37…

The soldiers of sagoe had prepare themselves to go to the river bank and camp over there till a perfect plan could be made to destroy the dark king once and for all. But the dark king was also having his plans to become more powerful but how?..

The feast was done and the kings were being sent back with luxurious gifts. The general stood on a very high tower as he watched the kings take their leave. He swooped down from the tower and landed near the Dark emperor on his feet.

“So what is the next thing my lord?”, The great general said

“We might have gotten the war but the battle isn’t over, untill they are all wiped out”, The dark king said

“Should i get the orb”, The great general said

“Yes, the orb is what would give me back my true and full potential”, The dark emperor said as he levitated.

“I want my true powers back gain my full potential, go to Mount Vernon get me the orb time to gain what i lost”, He said

“But my king i thought the orb was your weakness”, The great general said

This shocked the emperor who began to laugh as darkness fell on the city of sagoe, green leaves died slowly. As branches withered.

“The orb isn’t my weakness but my strength, i just made people believe that to get them to come to the dark city and feel my wrath” He said still laughing.

“Now that is smart”, The great general said as he ran and jumped through the high castle window, transforming to a dragon and heading for the dark city.

“Go faster and bring it back”, The dark emperor said as he sat on the throne..

The army of sagoe, began their journey to the river bank, their number seemed to have deduced for they were a total number of 25,000 but they reduced to a number 24,500.. The scorching sun showed no mercy as it kept heating up everyone, they needed water but needed to get to the river bank which was a 3 hours journey from where they were..

“The river bank is meant for only those hærd in heart”, The general said

“This heat isn’t meant for us, we need to get there fast”, Milan said

The soldiers kept moving and kept chattering when suddenly a large shadow passed over there heads, at first they felt the relieve and the wind but got the shock of their lives when they discovered it was the red headed dragon.

Luckily for them, he wasn’t looking down and had a mission to accomplish if not he could have poured out his flame on them turning them to ashes, they all stood still as they watched the great dragon move past them…

“Ok guys lets get to the river bank as quick as possible”, The general of sagoe army.

He look around but saw no one at all, everyone was on the run for the river bank, no one had time to listen, in fear they all ran and had left the general who was still watching the dragon fly .

“You all should wait for me”, The general shouted as he ran after them.

“You better run with us and stop talking”, King james shouted as he ran with his protruding belle..

Well the daughter of the king was at the fore fron and wasn’t even wearing her normal princess clothes, but a leather armour and trousers. No one waited for the general who grew tired of the running and decided to catch his breath when he suddenly heard a growl at his side. It was a lion in between rocks.

“Bad!!!” The general shouted has he jumped up and ran so fast that he was he passed the soldiers, this run for survival turned the soldiers into another thing. It turned into a way to have fun, soon one could see a soldier performing acrobatic skills as he ran. The soldiers approached a rocky area and before any one could blink, sagoe soldiers started acrobatic display, they jumped from rocks to rocks like monkeys, doing several vaults as they jumped over rocks and landed on other rocks.

“By the ancient, general did you teach the ancient acrobat skills of sagoe to the soldiers”, King james said as he kept running.

“No, but the Elite academy taught all soldiers”, The general said

“What!!” King james shouted.

“Your highness do you want a ride”, A sagoe soldiers asked

“No thank you”, King james said and suddenly felt him self lifted off the ground and thrown around like a bag of wheat.

A sagoe soldier stood on the rocks and whistled very loud the entire army stopped.

“Long live sago”, He shouted as he pounded his chest hærd.

The entire army replied as they stomped the ground very hærd singing ancient sagoe war song…

“I know the problem it is the heat”, The general said like he wanted to cry.

Oshimov and the rebel soldiers looked like they were dreaming, the craziness of this soldiers was an amazement to them…

Immediately the soldiers carried everyone who didn’t know the sagoe ancient acrobatics, they had miles to cover, miles of high rocky area to cover, walking alone would take days, seemed like 3 hours wouldn’t be true.

The soldiers behaved like they were possessed as they threw everyone that didn’t know the acrobatics. Four people carried one person and threw them to another set of four people continuously.

“Drop me down you imbeciles”, Oshimov Said angrily. And was thrown to another four..

“Don’t drop me, don’t you dare drop me”, He s¢ræmed out of fear as he was thrown from people to people like a bottle of drink..

“To the river bank”, The general shouted so loud out of fear of hitting a rock..

The other heroes of sagoe were at the fore front running so fast, for fear of been carried by the soldiers to. No one wanted to experience that. Little by little the heroes of sagoe were taken and got the experience, the only ones who were still ahead were Milan and Catherine and a Young man who ran like he was a beast, he looked back and saw the soldiers flinging people like bread.

With fear he ran so fast that he was seen as a blur, jumping from rocks to rocks performing leaps so fast, Milan and Catherine got their ride too and were s¢ræming, the only person in front was this guy..

He looked back and saw the soldiers almost reaching him in fear he ran, leaving flames as his traces, grabbed his spear and fixed into a rock and threw himself into the mid air so fast that no one saw him..

“Am safe”, He said as he sat down suddenly soldiers arrived and grabbed him to, throwing him from set to set as he s¢ræmed.

Suddenly they stopped and every one they carried fell to the floor feeling dizzy, right in front of them was the river bank, beautiful as always hidden well and far..

“We will be safe here”, The general said as his knees knocked each other in fear.

“We did it”, The soldiers said as they hugged each other happily, first time they were out off the city they utilized their skills..

“Am ok”, The guy that was so fast said as he stood up..

“You were so fast what is your name”, Milan and Catherine asked

“Call me Kristin”, He said with a smile

“River of molten magma”, Josh said as he look around for a way across the magma.

“Time is running out”, He said as he looked around

“Levitating won’t harm a little”, He said as he closed his eyes calmly but he couldn’t levitate at all.

“Something is wrong”, Josh said as he looked around.

He saw a rope, tiny as a thread but really strong, it served as a bridge to the other side of the bridge.

“You must be kidding me”, He said as he walked over to the thread bridge, he touched it to check if it was really strong, he gave a hand slash to it but felt the pain.

“Pretty strong but there should be a normal bridge not this”, Josh said as he placed his right foot first on the thread, he tried to balance himself which was going well, placed his left foot ahead again, things were going quite well and he kept balancing himself and was walking, he got to the middle of the thread and looked down to see the molten magma bubbling..

“Mind spirit and soul”, He said slowly but couldn’t keep his balance, he swerved left and right and couldn’t move for the thread felt like it could cut anytime, in anxiety he stumbled and fell into the molten magma, it tore his flesh and burnt his face and killed him…
