” What was it you needed to tell me?” He asked and she couldn’t say a word as he captured her l-ips again.
After few minutes of him k-ssing her, she broke the k-ss and he frowned.
” Am sorry Camdan, I don’t think we should do this.” She said trying to catch her breath.
He was so hurt right now, his expression could tell he was. The last thing she wanted to do was to hurt him and she couldn’t help it.
” But why?” He asked and she shrugged before taking her gaze to somewhere else. She didn’t want to share eye contact with him otherwise she would hurt him more.
” I just feel this isn’t right. Am sorry.”
” But I love you Asha… I love you so much… Don’t you feel the same way?” He asked as he held her hand.
Asha freed her hand from his grip and stared directly into his eyes. That dark brown eyes held so much emotion, she knew he was hurt and she suddenly felt guilty.
” I will think about it please… Thanks for the date by the way.” She uttered and walked out immediately… Leaving him alone.
She reached home and collapsed on her not so big bed. She tossed her bag at the end of the room, not caring where it entered.
Her mind drifted back to what happened earlier and she smiled lightly.
” Camdan.” She muttered as she car-ssed on her l-ips slowly. After a while she drifted off to sleep.

THE LUCAS’S MANSION*
Mr Lucas was seated in the sitting room as he laughed out loud.
He was actually with the diamond family and the daughter was making him laugh so hærd.
He had called the Diamonds family over to discuss about the fixed marriage of camdan with their daughter.
” Your daughter is so funny and beautiful too.” Mr Lucas complemented and cassey smiled.
” Thank you father in-law.” She said and Mr Lucas patted her on the back. He seems to be enjoying her company a lot.
She was a girl of good features and also with good characters. She had blonde hair alongside with a beautiful hazel eyes.
” So, where is your son?” Mrs diamond the mother of cassey asked and Mr Lucas laughed briefly.
” He will soon be here.”
Immediately Mr Lucas said so, Camdan stepped into the house looking so breath taking. But his facial expression was as cold as ever.
Earlier that day his dad called him and told him to come home, that he wanted to introduce him to someone.
” Am sorry for my tardiness.” He apologized without sparing any of them a glance.
” It’s ok dear… You are such a gentleman and so handsome too. I bet my grandbabies will look so breathtaking.” Mrs diamond uttered and that was when camdan raised his head.
” Grandbabies?” He asked unable to believe his ear.
He looked at his dad and his dad smiled at him before speaking.
” Yes camdan, you are getting married to cassey here.”
” What?!” He yelled.

” What?!” He yelled.
The diamonds family got confused, they were wondering why he yelled. They stare at each other before before Mrs diamond spoke.
” Dear, why did you yell? Didn’t you dad tell you about the marriage.”
Camdan stared at his dad and caught his dad giving him a hærd glare. He knew that was a warning and no one needed to tell him.
” No ma’am, my dad told me but I was surprised to see the beautiful lady am going to get married to… I never thought she was going to be this beautiful.” He said and with a feign smile while Cassey blushed so hærd.
” Thank you.” She simply replied and he nodded his head.
They started talking about the marriage and where it could take place. Camdan was already fumed in anger and couldn’t wait for the guests to leave before facing his dad.
After a while they all came to a conclusion and left the house. Immediately they left Camdan turned to his dad.
” What was that about dad?!” He half yelled and his dad let out a throaty chuckle. His mom tried to calm him down but it wasn’t working.
” What do you mean? You are getting married.” His dad simply replied as he stood up from the chair he’s sitting on heading towards his room.
” I won’t get married to her and I can’t.” Camdan said and his dad halted on his track. He turned to him and gave him a very hærd slap on his right cheek.
” Camdan!” His mother yelled, she was trying to move a step forward when her husband stopped her with a finger and she halted.
Camdan held his cheek staring at his father in disbelief.
” I’ve already signed the doc-ments with them and You will get married to her and that’s it!” His dad said with finality in his voice.
Of cause it’s all about money and fame, his dad didn’t care about their happiness. All he wants is their company to grow bigger.
” I don’t think I will because I already love someone else!” He retorted and his dad laughed harmoniously.
He brought out the envelope as he poured the pictures on the floor.
” You mean that waitress?” His dad asked while pointing at Asha in the picture. Camdan scoffed as he turned to his so called father.
” You were stalking me?”
” It doesn’t matter and you have two options…one, you will have to break up with that so called waitress and get married to cassey if you don’t want anything to happen to her… two, You keep on dating the waitress and the days of you being a ceo will be over and not only that…I will disown you!…so choose wisely.” Mr Lucas said and started heading to his room.
His mom held him and made him sit on a chair. She raised his chin making him look at her.
” Listen to your father and stop being stubborn.” She calmly said and he threw his face somewhere else.
” I Love someone else mom.”
” How can you love a waitress… That’s absurd… Camdan there are lots of girls out there who would love to date you.” She said and he made to speak when she cut him off.
” Listen to me, if you don’t want your brother to take over as the ceo, choose wisely.” She said and he sighed deeply.
He was so confused on what to do. He loved Asha and didn’t want to lose her… He was thinking deeply… What should he do?
His mother stood up and started heading to her husband’s room.
” Honey wait for me, let’s talk about this.” She yelled till she was out of sight.
Josh just stood at a corner watching the wh0le drama as he tucked his hands in his pocket.
Everything that happened wasn’t his concern anyways, he was thinking badly on where to find the girl he raped.
” This is the disadvantage of coming from a wealthy family.” He said with a shrug and walked off.
