CHAPTER 33&34

“Do you…want to…kiss me again?” She said without thinking, and Jazzy’s eyes widened immediately.

She’s right in front of him, looking appealing and irresistible as usual. He should be grabbing her and kissing the f**k out of her lips right now, but he just felt something is not right.

“What are you…. saying?” He asked, still in shock.

Diva broke the eyes lock immediately, and she held her forehead tightly.

“Gosh, I must have been crazy” she muttered, and Jazzy removed the palm from her forehead.

He checked her temperature and blinked.

“You look ok, then why did you say that?”

“Don’t mind me, I’ll just go to bed” she said and made to leave.

“Why don’t you spend time with me instead? I might not do much but it’d surely help in treating whatever is up with you” he said, and she turned back.

“Really?” She asked, and he shrugged.

“Cool, I’ll go change into my PJs” she smiled and went in.

Jazzy sat back slowly, and he was unaware of when he began smiling.

He doesn’t even wanna know why she suddenly came back, all that matters right now is that she’s back, to him.

Meanwhile, Diva finished changing to her PJs and faced the bed.

Piper is already asleep, but her legs are bare, not covered by the duvet.

She went closer and covered her well, then she sat beside her and stroked her hair slightly.

“Sleeping beauty” she whispered, sighing again.

She has been trying not to think about Vee and Krystal, but it finally came to mind, and she folded her fist as the kiss scene embedded itself in her head again.

Vee introduced her to his band just once, but she figured out Krystal doesn’t like her cos of the way she looked at her that day, and that’s why she decided to just be besties with Vee alone.

The look she got from Krystal that day said it all, that she’s in love with Vee.

She detected it immediately, but she wasn’t expecting it to be this fast…

Are they already in a relationship?

“No… Vee wouldn’t do anything without telling me” she stood.

“Then why were they kissing? Wait…why am I feeling this way?” She asked herself.

“He’s my bestie, and I was probably just shocked about it…that must be it” she smiled, trying to comfort herself with that.

It worked, and she left the room.

Jazzy is still waiting in the living room, so she joined him on the couch, and they began compiling lyrics together.

Truly, it helped take her mind off everything, and within five minutes, they were already laughing together.

“Good, you should always laugh like this, I hate your sad face” Jazzy suddenly said.

“Thanks for helping me again” she smiled.

“I only did my job as a leader” he winked, and she smiled again.

She removed his glasses and put it on.

“Whoa, it fits you better” he said.

“Then I’mma take it, don’t ask for it anymore, it’s mine now” she said.

“Whatever” he chuckled, and she brought her face closer, staring at his dimples.

She suddenly touched the two on his cheeks, and he stopped laughing.

“What?” He blinked

“Keep laughing, I wanna keep touching your dimples” she said, and he blushed heavily immediately.

He couldn’t help but smile, and the dimples came out beautifully.

She smiled widely too, and her one-sided dimple came out on her right cheek.

Jazzy raised his hand to touch it too, and as they touched, their eyes met.

He stopped smiling suddenly, and the dimples disappeared.

Diva made to drop her hand, but he grabbed it and pulled her to himself with it, their faces mirroring.

“Jazzy” she blinked, and his eyes turned emotive immediately.

“Yeah, I’d love to kiss your lips again” he said, and before she could talk, he kissed her gently.

She began blinking slowly as his lips continued staying on hers, and after the third blink, her eyes went shut, and she began responding.

That geared Jazzy up, and he deepened the kiss instantly, transferring an hand to her hair.

Diva held his shirt by the sides, and he smiled into the kiss, deepening it yet again.

PRIVATE HAVEN**

Daniel and Lyric just finished having the meal he ordered them.

It’s steak and wine, and immediately Lyric saw the expensive price, she felt bad

“Why are you suddenly gloomy?” Daniel asked.

“I feel like I came here to eat your money, the steak is too expensive, we could have split the bills if I have money, but I only have…” She said and unzipped her bag.

She brought out 3thousand won and pointed it at him.

“You can take this as the part payment, I’ll give you the rest the next time we meet” she said, folding her lips cutely.

Her face is down as she kept pointing the cash at him, but he didn’t take it, so she looked up and saw him staring at her with an handsome smile.

“Is it too small?” She murmured, and he finally chuckled.

“How come you’re so cute?”

Lyric blinked, and he took her hand, then she folded it on the money.

“I won’t take this, I insisted that we should meet tonight so I should be the one to pay, I’m the man here” he smiled.

“But..

“Shhh” he placed a finger on her lips, and she blinked again.

“Hey Lyric” he smiled, and she felt her heart skip beats.

How come he has so much effect on her already? And why is he smiling handsomely everytime? It’s wrecking her!

“Huh?” She finally replied.

“Trust me” he said, and she nodded, so he took his finger off her lip.

He emptied the wine into the glasses, and they took the glasses at once, clinking it before drinking.

“Which song will your band be performing at the show?” She suddenly asked.

“Whiskey” he replied, and her eyes widened.

“It’s my favorite of your songs!”

“Really?” He smiled again.

“Make me dance to your tunes! Baby yeah, I’m your groom!
In the night, under the moon, intoxicate me like whiskey!” Lyric sang.

“Whoa, you’re a die-hard FIRE” he said.

FIRE is H. O. T fandom name.

“Yes, forever a stan” she replied.

“I stan TRUE LOVE too” he said.

“What!”

“Yeah I’m a TROVE since you guys debuted, and I’ve been hoping you guys could reach stardom soon. I really wanna meet your leader too, I don’t have any friend besides by band members, if he could agree…

“Yes! Jazzy will agree to meet you without a second thought! Gosh! He’s a big fan of yours!” Lyric cut him off, and he smiled.

“Then I’d call him when I leave this place”

“You have his number too?”

“Of course, I wanted to ask you for permission before calling him. I respect people’s privacy a lot” he replied.

“You didn’t ask for my permission before calling me” she muttered, looking away from him.

He turned her face back to himself, and she folded her lips again.

“You said something” he whispered, holding eyes with her.

He gave her a peck on the cheek before she could land, and her eyes widened.

“Is the peck enough to say sorry?” He whispered, staring at her lips.

“Huh?” She asked absentmindedly, and he smiled, stroking her hair.

“I have something for you”

He brought out his photo card, and she took it quickly.

“You’re so cute in this!” She gushed, staring at him with so much love in her eyes.

“You have nothing for me?” He asked, and she faced him slowly.

He raised his brows, and she pecked him on the cheek too.

“Need to use the washroom!” She quickly said and rushed into the washroom.

Daniel smiled wider, biting his pink lip.

“So cute”

HWANG MANSION**

Vee hasn’t come out of his room since what happened an hour ago.

He’s sitting beside the bed, and he has been dialling Diva, but her line has been off.

Krystal has been by the door, knocking for him to come out, but he has turned dead ears to her since she started.

“Vee!” She shouted again, and he spranged up this time.

He opened the door roughly, and her eyes widened when she saw his red face. He obviously cried.

“Vee!” She gasped.

“Why did you do it?” He asked gently.

“I love you” she replied.

“I made it clear to you that I don’t feel the same Krystal, what else do you want me to do?” He snapped.

“What do you want me to do too? You kept going after that girl like she’s the only one you see in the world! Maybe I’d stop loving you when you stop loving her too!” She snapped back.

“Why are you like this? I’m already going through shit so stop adding salt to my injuries!” He shouted, and instead of flinching, she hugged him tightly.

“I love you so much Vee, very much. You can decide to shift our debut to one month and let’s go to Cali together, I promise I’d make you fall in love with me…

Vee broke the hug, pushing her away instantly.

She fell on the ground, and Myles climbed the stairs.

He’s just coming.

“Krystal!” He ran to the scene to help her up before facing Vee himself.

“I don’t think you have the right to push her that way!” He said and pushed him too.

Vee staggered back guiltily, and Myles took Krystal out of the house.

Old Sara has been watching from the front of her room, and immediately Myles left, she came over.

“Jun-ho” she called, and he broke down in tears again, squatting on his spot.

“Jun-ho” she knelt beside him and hugged him.

“Vee stop crying” she said pitifully.

“How did I fall this much for my best friend? What happened to me?” He cried slowly, hugging her back.

NEXT DAY, TRUE LOVE DORM**

Lyric was recording a video on her phone when she entered Jazzy’s room, and she chuckled when she saw him still asleep in bed, looking so cute.

“Oppa il-eona! (big brother wake up!)” She said a little bit loud, and he wriggled in bed.

“Oppa!” She shouted, and his eyes opened slowly.

“Daughter” he mumbled, and she smiled, helping him up.

She went to Freddy’s afterwards, and he’s still sleeping too, looking hot even with his scattered hair.

“Freddy oppa! Wakey wakey!” She said, and that woke him up.

“Goodmorning daughter!” He waved shortly with a yawn.

She went over to the girls room afterwards. Piper is awake already, so it’s only Diva in bed.

“I’ll take over her waking” Piper said and got the dorm microphone.

She placed it on Diva’s ear and screamed FIRE!!!!

“Argghhhhh!!!!!” Diva screamed, jumping up from the bed immediately.

She flew down and kept screaming till she got to the living room, bumping into Jazzy who was just coming out of his room.

He held her back by the waist, and she began breathing heavily as he kept her still.

“You ok?” He asked, and she began calming down, realizing that she has been fooled.

“Piper, Lyric” she muttered, dashing into the room.

“Run!” Piper told Lyric, and they dashed out of the room together while Diva chased after them.

Freddy and Jazzy began laughing at the early morning drama which lasted for minutes before they entered the brushing room to brush.

“Where will Mr. Kim get our backstage dancers from?” Lyric suddenly asked.

“The agency pays for it, why do you ask?” Jazzy asked.

“I don’t trust the agency” Lyric replied.

“Don’t say that again” Jazzy replied.

“How was your date last night?” Freddy asked.

“Was sweet! Kang Daniel wants to meet you Jazzy” she replied, and their eyes widened.

“What! Kang Daniel?”

“Yeah, he’s my secret texter, and he’s planning to become friends with you, he’s a TROVE surprisingly” Lyric smiled.

“Let’s finish brushing, then we can talk better, this still sounds surreal” Piper said.

They began brushing so fast, and Diva suddenly felt someone holding her.

She looked that way to realize it’s Jazzy, and she tried to remove her hand, but he interlocked it with his own immediately.

She looked him in the eye, and he saw seriousness which made her smile, enjoying the hold.

10AM, 2ND VIXXEN SHOOTING DAY**

Vee came down from the brand new expensive bus with the rest, and they entered the building together. It’s a school.

Throughout the drive, they didn’t talk to each other, though Krystal tried to say sorry to Vee about yesterday, but it was all abortive till they arrived.

Myles on the other hand is still mad at him for pushing Krystal, so it was awkward.

They settled down for make up with the artists and hair stylists.

Other stylists began chosing their outfits while they got dolled up

Within two hours, they’re done, dressed in cute school uniforms.

They were left alone in the room when Vee suddenly ordered it, and he faced them.

“I’m sorry” he said.

“You don’t need to say that” Krystal replied immediately.

“Sorry for pushing you, it won’t happen again” he continued.

“No stop, I frustrated you with my clinginess and I’m sorry too” she replied, and he faced Myles.

“I’m sorry, sweetheart” he said, and Myles rolled eyes at him.

“Don’t even try to buy me with sweet words”

“I’m sorry baby” Vee winked, and he laughed.

“Silly boy, sorry for pushing you too, I just don’t like seeing Krystal being mistreated, she’s our girl and we should treat her like an egg” he said

“It won’t happen again, promise’ Vee said.

“I trust you” Myles nodded, and Vee jumped on his back.

“Vee stop it!!” Myles shouted.

“Carry me out” Vee replied.

“You’re such a baby” Myles said and began taking him out .

Krystal walked behind them, snapping them repeatedly.

RAINBOW ENTERTAINMENT**

The dance practice with the ten backstage dancers will soon start.

Everything was set for it in the practice room but manager Kim is nowhere to be found.

Jazzy left the room to go look for him and luckily found him in his office.

He was about to go in when he heard him talking over the phone.

“I’m so sorry, I promise to pay back the loan immediately my band hit the jackpot, I never make empty promises yunno… You can trust me”

He ended the call, and Jazzy went in immediately.

“Jazzy!” He said shockingly.

“Don’t tell me you took loan to hire the backstage dancers” Jazzy muttered.

“Jazzy…

“What’s the agency’s job?”

“They stopped funding the band after you guys got bullied at the Biscotti idols show” Mr. Kim replied.

“What!” Jazzy gasped.

“But don’t worry, I’ll pay back the loans when you guys reach the top. The money will come” Mr. Kim smiled, and Jazzy went closer to hug him.

“Mr. Kim…”

GALAXY ENTERTAINMENT**

Rhapsody took a deep breath and flipped her hair proudly when she came out of her new manager’s office.

Her pictures are everywhere in the agency, and just that is making her feel on top of the world.

Everything is set for her debut next week, the only thing remaining is the music video which will be shot tommorow.

How time flies! It’s been a month since she left TRUE LOVE, and exactly after a month, she’s having her own history in this agency, all thanks to Vodka.

She smiled to herself as she walked down the hallway.

“Rhapsody!” Rita’s voice called out to her, and she turned back to see her coming.

Since they got to know each other on her first day here, they became friends.

“Rita!” She smiled.

“Are you going to get cappuccino?” Rita asked.

“Of…

Rhapsody hasn’t landed when she suddenly staggered like she’d fall.

Rita quickly held her

“Are you ok?” She asked quickly.

“Of course, let’s go get the cappuccino” Rhapsody smiled, and they left together.

VODKA’S PLACE**

Vodka was pacing around his bedroom when his manager (Min) came in with a package.

“Took you long enough!” He snapped, snatching it from him.

He emptied it and got drugs.

He uncovered close to twenty tablets which he swallowed with water immediately, then he sat calmly in bed.

“Don’t make the mistake of taking long before you get my drugs when it finishes again” he said.

“I’m sorry” Min replied.

“And continue keeping your mouth shut about it. If anyone finds out that I’m HIV positive, you’re dead” Vodka muttered.
