“It is okay, your salary is supposed to be four thousand dollars”

“But I will be paying you five instead for now” Mrs. Jen promised.

“Oh thank you so much ma, I am so grateful” Delis replied while Liam was just smiling.

“Thank you so much ma, I really appreciate it,” Liam said to Mrs. Jen.

“Am doing this because of your friend Liam, so thank him more”

“Liam you guys can go now, tell him the rules, and then both of you come back to work tomorrow,” Mrs. Jen said to Liam

“Okay,” Liam said as they walk out of the hotel and started walking home as they were discussing.

“Liam, you mean that woman accepted me like that because of you?” Delis said.

“Yes, that’s because am too special for her, if you understand you understand” Liam replied.

“Umm… what does that supposed to mean?” Delis asked because he was totally confused.

He doesn’t understand what Liam means by “If you understand, you understand”

“Well, it means that am special person to her, that’s what it means”

“Nothing else” Liam replied while Delis stares at him.

★Amelia’s Home★

The time is 12:00 pm and Amelia was still laying like a lifeless body on the bed.

She doesn’t in any way looks like she is still alive.

Although she was still left with only undies, that’s the only favor Luna did for her.

By putting her undies back on her body and leaving her like that.

Without even caring if she is still alive or not, she just left the house.

Besides Amelia’s phone was ringing at the parlor.

And it was shown that Diana is the one calling her.

Although the phone rang up to 3 times but no one picked up the call.

And then the call didn’t come up again.

★Diana’s Home★

Diana was still in her room with Ciri but she was shown to be standing beside the mirror.

While she was busy operating her phone and then she dialed Amelia’s number again.

And it rings again but was not picked, and this is the first time this is happening.

She has never called Amelia once and she didn’t pick up her call.
Doesn’t even accidentally miss Diana’s call.

She always picks up the call but what’s really going on now?

“I don’t think that everything is alright, Amelia never misses my call”

“But I have called her up to 4 times now and she didn’t pick up my call”

“I could have visited her now if not that I am going to buy the car with mum”

“But there is no problem, maybe it is because she is not close to her phone” Diana concluded in her mind.

As she keeps her phone on top of the cupboard and then walks to Ciri where she was lying.

She touched her hair and feels like to wake her from sleep.

But she just feels like letting her be and having her sleep till when she feels like waking.

So she quickly entered the bathroom and fresh up.

And then came out and put on her beautiful dress and then slowly opened the door.

And walked out of the room and she ran downstairs immediately.

When she got down, she is already aware that her dinner is prepared.

So she walked directly to the dining room and when getting to that place.

It was her favorite that was prepared for her, she sighted and sent it right immediately after she opened the door.

And then she discovered that her mum made the breakfast.

So she smiled “Mum… has done it again and again and again,” Diana said as she moves forward.

And then sat on a chair while she was waiting for her mother’s arrival.

And it wasn’t up to a minute when her mother stepped into the dining room.

“Good morning mum” Diana greeted her with a fluffy voice.

“Diana you are awake? I even sent a maid to go and call you”

“And I can see that you are even ready for the trip,” Mum said to her.

“Yes am fully ready, besides, thank you very much for the meal”

“You made the meal especially for me right?” Diana asked.

“Yes of course, who else could have made it if not me”

“Ciri that is sick? besides how is she doing now?” Mum asked.

“I think she is getting better, although I have not asked her”

“She was still sleeping and I think that it would be better if I let her be”

“So that she can have enough rest,” Diana said to her mum.

“You did right dear,” Diana’s mum said as she take her own seat and sat down gently.

And then both of them started having their delicious meals.

★Amelia’s Home★

Amelia was still sleeping and the time is 2:00 pm already.

She was still laying on top of the bed without any part of her body moving.

However, her window is opened so she is well getting enough breeze while she was taking her sleeps.

★Delis Home★

Delis and Liam were still sitting on the bench in the garden as they are discussing.

“Liam there is still what I want you to explain to me,” Delis said to Liam.

“Really? so…? what could that be?” Liam asked and was ready to answer.

“Tell me how close are you to that woman, I mean Mrs. Jen”

“How close are you to her? a cousin? brother? or what exactly” Delis asked.

“Well, how close I am to her is far different from that thought”

“But am not telling you anything about her and me for now”

“You are new here, I don’t really know you, maybe…”

“I will tell you when I start seeing the full you okay?” Liam said to Delis.

While Delis stares at him badly again and then Liam reacted this time around.

“What’s that…? why do you keep staring at me anytime I refuse to tell you about us?” Liam asked.

“Why are you finding it so hærd to trust me?” Delis asked.

“Trust doesn’t fall from heaven if I know you well”

“I can trust you, for now, don’t expect any trust from me okay?” Liam replied.

“Okay as you wish” Delis replied and rest on the case.

But his mind was still telling him that something fishy is going on between Liam and Mrs. Jen.

“So… Delis, are you done with your high school?” Liam asked.

“No am not” Delis replied.

“Okay you are just a career learner, what are you good at?” Liam asked.

“No am not a career learner” Delis replied and Liam was left surprised.

“What do you do then?” Liam asked.

“I don’t do anything, but there is no problem with that”

“That’s my own cup of tea and it is none of your business again?” Delis said to Liam.

“Alright, can we stroll around?” Liam requested and then Delis stood up from his seat.

“Yeah, let’s go please,” Delis said and then Liam stood up from his own seat too.

And then sighted forward and saw a young lady coming forward to the compound.

“Delis did you see that girl?” Liam whispered to Delis.

And Delis turned back and look at Liam with a confused eye.

“Which girl are you talking about?” Delis asked and then Liam pointed forward for him.

“That lady over there that is coming forward, that’s the lady am talking about,” Liam said.

And then Delis stares directly at where Liam was pointing.

And he saw the beautiful charming lady stepping forward.

“Wow, she is so beautiful, but what’s wrong with her?” Delis asked.

“What…? what’s wrong?” Liam asked because he doesn’t fully understand the question Delis asked.

“I mean, why did you show me the lady, what’s wrong with her” Delis explained to Liam.

“That lady lives with us here in this compound, and she has been asking me to be her friend”

“But I don’t like her so I always say no” Liam said to Delis.

“She has been asking you to be her friend? what type of friend are you talking about?” Delis asked.

“Boyfriend of course” Liam replied.

“And why do you use to say no?” Delis asked.

“Because I don’t like her, she is beautiful, yes she is”

“But she is not my type,” Liam said to Delis.

“I bet you never make the kind of mistake I made, well it is your choice after all” Delis replied.

“What mistake… umm do you like her?” Liam asked.

“Yes, I do” Delis replied without wasting a time.

“Okay don’t worry I will talk to her for you” Liam promised.

And by then the lady is already close to them “Hi Liam” The lady said to Liam.

“Welcome Ava” Liam replied and then Ava turned to look at Delis.

“Is this your friend?” Ava asked.

“Yes he is, he is also a new person to the compound”

“He just parked in today, Delis meet Ava, your housemate,” Liam said.

“Hi nice meeting you, I am… perhaps you already know my name,” Delis said as he brings his hand forward for a handshake.

“Yes, and am very sure that you know mine too, besides you are welcome,” Ava said as she brought her hand forward.

And they shook hands “Thank you,” Delis said to Eva.

“I hope you love the environment?” Eva asked and Delis nods.

And then Eva turned to Liam “Can I see you?” Eva said to him.

“Sorry but not now, am with a friend you can see” Liam replied.

“Okay, I will see you later on okay?” Eva responded and walk away.

And then Delis stares at her till she walks away, although he wanted to say something.

But he has to wait for Eva to leave their presence before he can say anything.

“Liam, I wonder why you refused to see her?” Delis asked Liam.

“Why not go and see her on my behalf?” Liam replied as he started walking away.

And then Delis ran after him and joined him as they scroll around the area.

★Nixon’s Home★

A car was shown as it drives into the compound, although it was shown to be Luna’s car.

Besides, perhaps she came to visit Nixon, so when she arrived at the compound.

She halts the car gently and then stepped out of the car and saunters to the house.

When she got to the house, she discovered that the house was locked.

“Oh am very sure that Nixon might be looking for me, I think I should call her”

Luna said as she brings her phone out of her bag and enter her contacts.

As she was scrolling down she meet up with Jannie’s number.

“I wonder why Jannie’s number has been switched off since today”

“Did she think that I got caught or what? I think I should try it one more time”

“And if she doesn’t pick up the call this time around, I will need to pay her a visit then”

“And I wouldn’t bother looking for Nixon again, he would be okay”

“If he didn’t see me for just a day?” Luna said as she dialed Jannie’s number immediately.

And it rings this time around, and as soon as it rang.

The call was picked up immediately”Hey is the job done?” Jannie asked from the phone.

“Yes, of course, it is done since morning and I have been calling your number to inform you”

“But your number has been switched off?” Luna replied.

“Oh wow, thank goodness, the job is successful?”

“Alright send me the video immediately” Jennie requested.

“No no no! that was never the agreement, you told me that you will give me the balance after the job is done”

“I need my balance before I can let you have the video okay?” Luna replied.

“Okay there is no problem, can you come over to my place so that I can give you the balance”

“Or you want a transfer?” Jannie asked.

“Don’t worry am coming over to your house right away”

“Just prepare my balance for me and I will send you the video as planned” Luna said as she caught off the call.

And immediately the call was caught off a voice sounded on her back.

“What video are you talking Luna, and what balance?” A voice sounded on her back.

And it made her frightened heavily as she stares at her back.

“Oh my God, Nixon, you are in,side?” Luna exclaimed.
