Princess sat down at the waiting arena after school waiting for mother,all the students has gone home expect her,she became so tired of waiting.

“What’s keeping Mom? Why is she not here by this time? all the students has gone home expect me,I hope Mom is okay,I can’t go home alone,what am I going to do now?
She said being so worried.

Her class teacher met her and was surprised to see her in the school by that time.

“Princess your mother have not come to pick you?
She asked surprisingly.

“Yes Aunty,I don’t know why she is not here,this is unlike my mother she always come on time to pick me I hope nothing has happened to her”
She sounded so worried.

“Nothing has happened to her okay maybe she is stuck with the traffic,let me give her a call okay”
She said.

“Okay Aunty”

She called her but it wasn’t going through due to the network,she tried serval times but still the same thing.

“It’s not going the network is so bad”
She said.

“What am I going to do now Aunty?
She asked being so worried.

“It’s getting late already and I can’t leave you all alone in this school you have to come with me let me drop you off at your place”
She said.

“Okay Aunty”
She stood up carried her backpack and went with her.

Minutes later,they got to the house,
“Should I stay with you and wait for your Mom to come back?
She asked.

“No Aunty,I will stay here and wait for her,I will be fine here, thank you for bringing me back home”

“Is okay,see you tomorrow at school”
She said with smiles.

“Bye Aunty”
She waved at her as she made her way out.

“I need to go and see Uncle Bryan so that he will help me and call my Mommy”
She thought and went upstairs to his apartment.

“Who is there? Am coming!
He went to get the door.

“Good evening Uncle Bryan!

“Princess are you coming back from school by this time?
He asked surprisingly.

“Yes Uncle Bryan”

“Wait what of your Mommy?
He asked.

“Mommy didn’t come to pick me today”
She sounded worried.

“Oh mine! come in,side”
He took her side.

“What happen? Why didn’t she come?
He asked confusingly.

“I did not know,my class teacher tired to call her but it wasn’t going through so she brought me home, something is wrong with my Mommy she never misses to pick me from the school”
She said being so worried.

He carried her and said,
“Nothing is wrong with your Mommy maybe she is stuck with the traffic,let me call her”
He called her still not going through.

“The network is so bad but don’t worry she will come back okay,I know you must be tired and hungry will you like to eat noodles?
He asked trying to cheer her up.

She smiled and said,
“Yes Uncle Bryan!

“Okay,let’s go and prepare a delicious noodles”
He shouted and carried her as they went to the kitchen.

An hour later,Pearl came back rushed to Bryan’s house panicking,she knocked on the door like an arm robbers who came to rob,Bryan rushed out and opened the door.

“Bryan I can’t find my daughter,I can’t find her I went to her school I couldn’t find her,I think they have kidnapped my daughter,Bryan call the cops for me”
She panicked in tears.

“Calm down Pearl nothing has happened……
She keep on panicking and not paying attention of what Bryan was trying to say.

“Bryan do something call the cops,if anything happened to my daughter I will die,she is my life oooo”
She panicked in tears.

“Pearl calm down nothing has happened to Princess”
He said.

Princess who was sleeping heard the shouting and waked up,
“That’s my Mom’s voice!
She shouted excitedly and rushed to meet her.

“Mommy!
She rushed and hugged her.

“My baby! My baby I thought something bad has happened to you”
She sounded with tears of joy and gave her k×sses on the cheek.

“Mom what happen? I waited for you at the school and i didn’t see you our class teacher even called you it was not going through so she decided to brought me home,I thought something bad has happened to you”
She said.

“Am so sorry my baby I was so stuck with traffic”
She said.

“Uncle Bryan took very care of me”
She said with smiles.

Pearl smiled and thanked her,
“Thank you for taking care of her”

“Is nothing Pearl”
He said with smiles.

“Bryan why didn’t you tell me that she was here and you allowed me to be panicking”
She sounded.

“I was trying to tell you but you were not giving me a listen ear all due it was fun to watch you panicking”
He laughed.

She hit him softly on the shoulder and sounded with smiles,
“I will do you back”

Princess always enjoyed seeing her Mom and Uncle Bryan playing,she stood in her mommy’s arm mopping at them with smiles.

“Pearl if you won’t mind I will like to be dropping and picking Princess from the school since am not doing anything it will help to reduce the stress on you”
He said.

Princess shouted with joy,
“Yeah! I will love it,my friends will be seeing my Dad often”

” What about your work? Won’t it be too much on you?
She asked.

“Don’t worry my work is not a problem,I don’t usually go out I work at home”

“Mommy say yes nah,I like the idea it will be fun having my Dad dropping me and bringing me back home”

“Your Dad!
Pearl sounded.

“I mean Uncle Bryan”

“I have to think about it”
She said.

“Mom you got nothing to think about,Uncle Bryan going for my school run will reduce the stress on you”
She tried to convince her.

“Did I said you are a stress to me?

“I know you never say so but look at what happened to today let assume it has been Uncle Bryan that used to brought me home I wouldn’t have stayed only me at the school and you wouldn’t have panicked about my whereabout”
She tried to convince her mother.

“Princess allow your mother to think about the decision okay”
Bryan said.

“Okay but I know she will definitely say yes”

Pearl shooked her head and said,
“Thank you once again for taking care of her we will be on our house now”

Bryan smiled and said,
“Is nothing Pearl just think about what I said”

Princess came down from her mother’s arm and hugged Bryan,
“Good night Uncle Bryan”

“Good night too you my Princess”
He said with smiles and watches them entering into the house.

Pearl thought about what happened today and Bryan’s idea so she later decided for Bryan to be dropping and picking Princess from school since that day onward Bryan’s became Princess’s Daddy in the eyes of the students and teachers and she enjoyed being called Bryan’s daughter.

At the company,the MD summoned Pearl to his office,
“My beautiful Pearl have you thought about what we discussed the other day?
He asked with smiles.

“Sir I will never sell my body to get promotion,my promotion will come in a good will”
She said.

“Meaning that you did not accept my offer?
He asked.

“Yes Sir,I will never accept your deceit and devilish offer”
She gave him a straight answer.

“What’s wrong with you this girl? I thought you have sense now I know you are senseless,why are turning down an offer that will earn so much money,don’t you like good thing at all? your colleagues are dying to have such an offer and you are behaving like what I don’t know”
He stood up and shouted.

“Sir I have told you that am not like my other colleagues you can give them the offer I don’t want, excuse Sir I may retire to my office”
She said and just about to leave the MD dragged her back.

“Where did you think you are going? you can’t live this office without me having a touch of you”
He sounded.

“I didn’t get you,What did you mean Sir?
She asked confusingly.

“This is what I mean”
He said.

He pushed her on the wall and hold her hands so tight trying to harass her s×xual, Pearl refused to shout for help she struggled to escape from him the MD became so strong for her until he tried to k×ss her,Pearl became so angry and hit him on his d*ck,he shouted and leave her immediately,Pearl ran out panting.

She narrated everything that happened to her,
“That MD tried to rape you,Oh my God! Is the right thing we report this useless MD to the CEO enough of this his s×xual harassment with the workers,he need to be dealt with”
Anne shouted angrily.

“Thank God I managed to escape he could have succeed in raping me”
She said.

“Pearl we have to report this useless Man to the CEO this his s×xual harassment is getting out of hand is the right now we do something about it ooo”

She shouted.

“Am scared now I don’t know what the outcome will be,what if he sack me?
She panicked.

She said.

“What am I going to do if that actually happened?
She sounded.

“Stop thinking about that nothing will happen okay”

Few minutes later,the MD’s secretary walked in,
“Good morning Mrs Pearl the MD want to see you”
She said and Pearl’s heart jumped with fear.

“Okay,tell him I will be with him shortly”
She said as the secretary made her way out.

“My worst fear has finally come to pass,I told you that man I won’t spare me”
She panicked.

Anne hold her arms and said,
“Don’t panicked Pearl maybe that’s not the reason why he summoned you”

“I pray so Anne,I don’t want to loose my job getting another one will be so hærd for me”
She sounded.

“That’s why you need to think positive,go and see him hopefully your thought will be wrong”
She gave her a warmly hug.

Pearl went to the MD’s office,
“You called me Sir!

He gave her a brown envelope without saying anything to her, Pearl’s heart skipped with fear.

She opened the envelope with her heart battling with fear,
“A sack letter!
She shouted,her worst fear has finally come to pass.
