Chapter Fifteen: SHE IS GONE 1
Betty ran till her legs could take her no further, placing her hands on her knee she gasp, feeling her body already weak, this time i will start my life afresh again. Standing upright she look at the whole village, everybody sleeping, the only sound you could hear is that of tickets and frog then lights everywhere
Moving under a tree I gently sit down, relaxing on it and about closing my eyes before someone hand cover my eyes I flinch, try to struggle but his hold was strong ” stay still, I finally got you ”
” who are you!!” I groan tired from the long day I had ” I just want to sleep here ”
The stranger forcefully lift me then turn me around, I met pair of red eyes and long blond hair tied in a ponytail ” Gondor?? ” slapping his hands off my shoulder I frown ” what do you think you’re doing scarring me like that ”
” you think I don’t have a right to scare the fuck out of you??” He furrow his brows and I try thinking of what I did wrong, I mean I did paint him naked when he was bathing but that’s different, that’s my work. Sort of
” yes and this is not bligor, did you follow me here ???” I asked confused, I ran far away from bligor boundaries and villages to the less crowded village i can think of
” Dont flatter yourself” he grunt ” I came here for a business deal, we are renovating this village to look more civilized ” he still look angry at me, like I did something wrong
” okay, spill it. What did I do ”
” do you remember the painting you made and left it outside your house??” I nod everything flashing back to my head, when I and Elinor discover we were late I drop it before climbing into my room and forgetting about it ” well, news flashing, some villagers took it round town and now am a laughing stock and ladies won’t let me be because I have a huge junk ” when he finish talking I know I shouldn’t laugh, I know it will make him angry but I did anyway, I laughed my heart out ” is this funny??” He growl then I clear my throat
” well is the say you said it…big junk”laughing i look at his face then clear my throat properly ” am sorry is just that lady Jamie ask for it and then we saw you bathing in that river and I say why not” smiling his frown deepen and I lower my gaze ” sorry for painting you, it won’t happen ever again ”
” come I will give you somewhere to spend the night, not out here ”
” thank you!!” My voice fill with enthusiasm as I follow behind him to a beautiful home, its not big but it look homey ” you’re a vampire??” I mumble when I remember he has red eyes
” yes” he stop then stare down at me ” scared I will drain your blood or better your life force..dream walker??” Watching him fold his hands on his chest I quickly shake my head
” am not ”
” good” watching him step in I follow him then look around, the living room small, suitable for two people, to the left you will see a door leading to a kitchen then forward a dining room is set ” they is two bedroom, you stay in the one at the right and by dawn I want you out ”
” you don’t need to be that harsh but thanks ”
” I won’t ask why you are running from home” he turn his head to give me a glance ” but I hope its worth it ” nodding his lips just move a little before he enter his room
Moving to the one at the right I step in, shut the door and fall on the bed ” you can do this Betty, you have to…that Verdun is an idiot and you deserve better ”
” well I deserve better too, get your arse off my bed ” hearing Gondor voice I yell then jump up before turning on the light, noticing he is naked I yell then switch it off ” am sorry, I thought this is the room at the right. I may have been thinking too much ”
” just get the fuck out before I change my mind ”
” will do that ” stepping out I shut the door, my heart beating fast from fear, I thought it was a ghost in that room, moving to the right room, I step in, turn on the light and relived no one is here
Turning the light off, I drop my bag, lose my hair from the ponytail then jump on the bed, tomorrow morning I will find a little house for rent and try making a picture of my brother then start searching all the villages for it
I have to find him then avenge my parents death but for some weird reason that Verdun keep getting in my head, why is he feared by so many, what can he do, he is a mere wolf, they just transform and eat animals so why scared of him
Why should a vampire like lord Norman fear a lycan, everyone know vampires are stronger than lycans, they run faster too so why is alpha Verdun hold in high esteem

Verdun sit calmly in the green household, waiting patiently to see his mate, if they are not able to provide her, they are all dead, fucking dead ” where is she??” Looking up at Mr green, sweat form on his forehead as he swallow ” I told you and your wife am taking her to malgar today, this damn morning, where is she ??”
” she is gone!” Hearing a growl I turn my head to look at her sister, what’s her name again?? Eliza, Liz, Elinor…yes Elinor ” and you know what am grateful she left, she deserve better than being a mistress to a beast like…..” Before she could complete her sentence I fast speed to her direction then slap her, not with my force, just a little slap but it still send her to the floor
” a mere human talking to me in such way” my right eye turn red and the other was about to before Edward place his hand on my shoulder, calming my nerves
” alpha, they don’t deserve to see what you become if you completely transform” he mumble looking at me ” our Luna won’t be happy with you if you kill her family ”
” I want her to be found before tomorrow morning, I will return and pray, just pray that she is here or else” glaring at them I grab Elinor hair lifting her up while she cry in pain ” I will have her head ” throwing her away I walk out of the green household, anger emitting from my body
” are we just going to sit and wait for them to find her? ” Nolan ask catching up with me, shooting him a look I furrow my brows ” do I look like someone that enjoy others doing my work??” He shake his head and I purred ” I will find her myself and when I do, it will be the last time she try something stupid like this ”
Am so going to spank that little arse of hers and she will find it hard to sit for a whole week.

Waking up Betty yawn then stretch her body, looking round the place then it hit her that she is staying in Gondor place, he did say I should leave by dawn. Getting up the bed I quickly wash my face in his bathroom, grab my bag then out of the room ” good morning ” I half yell when I saw him sitting in the dining room eating
He didn’t even spare me a glance, just nod and continue with his coffee and bread, my stomach grumble, I know I must have what he is eating ” well am going”
” good bye, hope never to see you again”
” won’t you em…share” when the words left my mouth and his red eyes meet mine I nod ” I will be going, thanks ” rushing out of his house I exhale, that man is Scarry
The whole villagers are awake now, buying, selling, children playing around. The noise is nice, makes the place lively ” I should buy something ” mumbling I move to the market, my gaze moving round the whole place before landing on bread ” how much ” I quickly mumble, the old woman smile at me before saying what I couldn’t imagine she would ” twenty silver coin for just a bread, am I going to get a mansion with it??” I yell frowning
” everybody knows you’re the daughter of the green household, surely you can afford it ” the old woman frown ” your picture is even placed on the wall, finding you, I will get hundred silver coins, you should be happy am not calling people to get you ”
That will make people to come after me, who did that ” thank you but I can’t buy the bread that way ” besides my money isn’t even up to that, moving away I dip my hands into my bag, pull out a hat and place it on my head

” I want ice cream ” nodding my head at myself I finish up the bread then join the queue, others swiftly joining behind me, that was when I realized the day just get worst

Verdun stare at the little thing that keep struggling to get away from him, why won’t she accept her fate, they is no way she can hide from me, I know this freaking world like the back of my finger ” listen closely ” I mumble after forcing her into the carriage, she is putting on one of those men clothes and a stupid hat
Getting rid of the hat I get into the carriage then stare at her, she glare at me looking annoyed and angry ” you can’t run away from me, I will always find you ”

” because you’re my…..” The word mate almost left my lips but I stop that ” you’re mine” she avert her gaze from me, looking through the window then mumble ” I will always keep trying to get away from you, if I had known you were this cruel ” she look at me before finishing her sentence ” I should have never saved you in that forest” those words hurt more than I expected it to but I refuse to show it
” hmm” looking at her I know I have lose my temper, I have to hit something, I have to hit something or else I will beat up this annoying Betty sitting opposite me ” stop the carriage ” getting off it I pull the coachman towards my direction and hit his head, I didn’t use my full strength but his head still break into two
” oh my god!!” Hearing Betty scream I turn and frown at her ” what did he do to you??”
” nothing ” I mumble using my handkerchief to clean my hands ” its your fault, you keep annoying me then people will die ”
” how cruel are you??”
” you will find out ” glaring at her I grunt ” soon enough you will find out” I watch her swallow deeply ” but right now you will ride the horse why I sit in the carriage ”
” what?? ” she once again yell ” you’re the man here and they is another carriage”
” you want to sit with my beta and omega??” I asked furrowing my brows at her, she nod folding her hands
” yes, I will be happy if am far away from you ”
” that’s it, we are trekking to malgar ”

Moving towards the horse I lose it from the carriage, climb on it, her gaze met mine, her mouth left open and I fight the urge to laugh ” what do you think you’re doing??? I can’t be trekking and you’re riding on a horse ” glaring at her I watch her shut up, I know fully well how my glare affect people
” shut it and keep walking ” she frown before fastening her steps ahead of me while I walk behind her, watching her carefully
Edward and Nolan carriage moving slowly behind us, some sweat begin to appear in her body, I watch her use her hands to clean her forehead, she must be sticky
Looking back I inform my beta and omega to go ahead without me ” you’re sticky, let’s move to a river and wash up ” getting off the horse I tie it to a tree
” what make you think I will give you the privilege of seeing my body” she grunt glaring at me
” don’t flatter yourself amor ” looking at her I furrow my brows ” what do you have that I haven’t seen?? Your breast are even small compare to others ” I watch her hands move to her breast

Looking at her I chuckle ” hurry up amor, I don’t have all day to keep chatting with you” taking off my jacket, my clothes I jump into the river
Betty watch him as he swim, how can someone be so huge, those muscles and abs ” join me amor ” he stare at me, those blue eyes glittering with mischief ” I won’t bite unless you want me too ”
” am not getting into that water with you Verdun ” I grunt ” let me be ”
” so feisty ” he smile which brought butterflies to my tummy ” I like it ” watching him lick his lips my cheek redden ” I will like to see you in such bra and panties..won’t you do that for me??”
” in your dreams ” rolling my eyes I watch him swim one more round before getting off the water, my eyes unconsciously move below his waist to the huge junk he has below
