It’s the Cosmo competitions, it’s actually a random quiz competition and I and Cisco are a team, we’re representing Princeton college.

I just have this confidence that we’re going to win.

I’m so happy that Ngozi is back to former self, I have Jerry and Francis to thank for that.

I went into the hall to collect our trophy, I was beaming with smiles as the cameras flashed.

And finally we were given a cheque of twenty million naira each.

I have thought of a million things I can do with this money and suddenly I don’t remember a single one of them!

Nine years later

Ngozi was beautiful before but now she’s absolutely stunning.

If you’re wondering if she later pursued a career as a model then the answer is no!

She went to law school and became a very great lawyer.

Our love life didn’t go all smoothly, Ngozi went to school in plateau and I schooled in Ibadan, there were times when I’ll almost give up but I realized that I can’t because once I see her, I would see the hope in her eyes and realize that I was just getting worried for nothing, that hope sustained us for nine years and as I look into those eyes again, I know the hope would last us a lifetime.
