CHAPTER THIRTEEN : FRANKENSTEIN CONFESSION
Frankenstein withdraw back a little, those expression are no longer on her face, he watch how her lips part, red stain visible on her cheeks, for some reason I seem to like that expression.
Averting my gaze to my wrist watch, i hiss out of annoyance….we delayed more than expected ” we will continue this later “turning on the engine, I drive out of the mansion but rose breathing haven’t settled yet.
” Where are we going Frankenstein” she asked one more time and I refused to give her any more answers than she need…..in conclusion, I didn’t answer her ” you do know you can’t keep touching me how ever you want ”
” Why not?”
My question seem to have annoyed her ” you need my permission to do that and you don’t have it ”
Ready to play along with her, I mumble ” you mean, you hate when I touch you ”
” Yes”
” You feel disgusted by it?” I look at her when the traffic light turn red and watch how she nod her head like a child, that made me smile ” I don’t mind little red ”
” But ”
Cutting her off, I mumble” I don’t care whether you want it or not, I bought you and will do as I wish ”
” But I hate it ” I watch how she suddenly became sad ” I hate when people touch me without my permission”
” Hmmm” the light turn green and without hesitation I moved, I certainly do not care if she hates it or not, one thing am sure of is that I will do as I wish with her and no body can do shit to me.
Not even the law.
As if reading my mind she mumble” I can report you to the police ” this brought smiles to my face.
” That’s where we are going, little red” she looked confused ” you do know the police station right ”
” Of course ”
” You can report me there ” approaching there, I parked the car then look at her ” I dare you to ” I try getting off the car but her hand on my cloth stop me and out of instinct I hit them off, quick and hard before realizing it’s hers.
No body touch me, absolutely no body
…..been that way for a long time that it’s part of my nature now.
But to Rogers, it seam otherwise
I watch her hiss, refusing to cry or scream ” do not touch me ” I sneered
” Do you really need to hit me that hard”
” What is it ”
” Why am I here?” She look at me worried ” did I do something wrong ” she is scared
” Why are you scared?” I furrow my brows ” am giving you the chance to escape little red ” closing the door behind me, I look at her ” wait in the car or come with me, it’s your choice” after that I move inside the station.
” Mr Frankenstein….you’re here ” the chief move towards my direction ” somebody sent a report concerning you….we should talk in my office ” rose finally catch up with me, I guess she doesn’t want to escape.
Rose notice how all the officers look at Frankenstein with anger, they obviously hate him but then he is the kind that get off at that kind of thing, which makes me to wonder if he will like to fuck a man that can turn him on.
Do men turn him on too?
Following them inside the office, I watch how they both talked ” she said you tried killing her but ended up just cutting her both legs ” the chief mumble and Frankenstein nod his head accepting the word, he isn’t trying to hide it.
” She needs to be corrected chief ” I watch how he remain calm and respond” she was riding a motorcycle that almost hit me, I had to teach her a lesson ”
” I believe that was too much Frankenstein” anger seem to be appearing on the chief face ” you do know that you hurting people is getting out of hand? ”
” Is it?” Frankenstein frown ” did you call me here for this stupid topic?”
” I will have to lock you in jail Mr Frankenstein”
” Why is that ”
” To set an example”
” Hmm” Frankenstein stand to his feet ” that will have to be later, my brother is coming over ”
” You mean mister Rogers”
” Indeed”
” Send my greetings”
Frankenstein nod his head ” do not waste my time anymore chief ” I notice how Frankenstein seem so calm, that’s why he ask me to report, he knew they can’t do a thing but why?
They have evidence so why can’t they imprison him?
” Alright Mr Frankenstein” chief stand to his feet ” remember you need to return ”
” I doubt I will ” Frankenstein hold my hand and drag me with him out of the police station ” you didn’t escape”
” I believe you will hurt my mother if I do ” he look at me then nod
” You’re a wise girl “he pat my head ” get in the car, I need to return to my mansion before Rogers return ” doing as he said, he glance at his wrist watch and speed up , this time around he violated the traffic light and head straight home
Did he just go to the station to kill time? Do he get bored? This morning he sounded like he hated his brother so why is he rushing home now
” You’re fast ”
” Indeed”
” But why?” He didn’t answer my question and the drive was fast and quiet….this man do things I do not understand
Parking his car, he got off it then look at Luciano ” yes master…..he is here ” I watch how Frankenstein bite his lower lip, could it be frustration, annoyance or happiness.
Which is it
” Which mansion Luciano?”
” The middle master” Luciano reply ” he refuse going to the smaller one
” That bastard ” Frankenstein move inside but am confused if I should follow or not, I mean I want to see what his brother look like.
That conclude it, I went in
” You’re early Roger” Frankenstein mumble and then Roger stand up and turn around, is everyone around Frankenstein this good looking.
They look alike, the only difference is their hair and eye, Rogers has blond hair and blue eyes while Frankenstein eyes and hair are dark ” I was in a hurry Franklin” he move close, too close to Frankenstein then touch his face ” I missed you ”
” How many times do I tell you not to touch my face ” Frankenstein mumble, didn’t push Roger back, but anger is evident in their eyes, they are both angry and I don’t know why.
” I can touch my brother if I wish to ”
” Your hands are repulsive ”
Roger frown ” you insult me”
” I can do more than that if I wish to ” Frankenstein step back ” why are you here ” this time around, the whole place become so quiet that Roger step closer and kiss Frankenstein.
They actually kissed, Frankenstein didn’t move nor did he touch Roger.
He remain standing like a statue, his eyes wide open and when Roger step back, he hit him right at the face, I watch how Frankenstein spit and Roger did same except blood came out of his lips
They both finally smile after staring at their watches ” shall we talk business now”
Frankenstein reply ” indeed ”
These people are strange, brothers don’t kissed and they both change characters so fast.
I was standing right there like invisible lady until Roger gaze met mine ” who is that ” Frankenstein did not reply but Roger move closer and touch my face ” nice to meet you ” and then he kiss me.
Am starting to think that kissing Is the way he greet, my eyes remain open and I watch how Frankenstein move closer, use his hand and hit Roger head before pulling me to him.
” She is mine ” and my face heat up from that.

Rose gaze slowly look up at Frankenstein to realize that he is really serious” you don’t get to kiss her Roger ”
” Why not ” Roger eyebrow rise slowly ” don’t tell me you have taken interest in her ”
” Indeed ” Frankenstein reply ” this is the woman which I choose to talk fully with ”
” Some kind of spell?” I notice how Roger send glares of daggers my way, his hands clench ” you hardly even speak to me and now this woman?” Roger move to the couch and sit down ” I will appreciate it if she leave us be ”
” Little red ” Frankenstein look at me with his usual expression but I couldn’t stop blushing ” go out and wait for me ”
” Okay ” I had no reason to object, in fact since dracula is still chained, this is absolutely the best time to escape, the best of the best.
Stepping out of the mansion, I look around the place, it’s empty, no servants around ” strange ” taking few steps I realize that the gate is really far from the mansion but that didn’t stop me, I knew I had to go, I had to leave.
I fasten my steps but the gate is still far away, it seem like I have been walking for two hours straight, just land, no house, hot sun and some sand……like am in some desert, wait…..am I still in same place?
Was I teleported?
Shaking my head, I knew that idea was ridiculous, completely insane, they is nothing like magical transportation and I just know I will soon be close to the gate, no matter how far it is, I will definitely get there.
” Here is some water my lady ” hearing that voice, I turn around to stare at a maid who is standing next to me, seem like she has been following me….but how?
I didn’t notice.
Stopping, I stand straight and stare at her ” how??”
She smile then nod ” master ask me to give you some water, his words were, ‘she seem to be on a difficult journey, help her with some water ‘ that’s what he said”
Frowning, I collect the water and drink, that bastard, how dare he mock me, do he think I can’t escape from here? I will show him.
” Is the gate still far ?”
The maid look at me but refuse answering my question ” I will return now ” she bow then turn around, looking at her I exhale, made up my mind and continue walking
Even if it takes five years, I will keep trying
I didn’t stop because the maids kept bringing food, water, umbrella….seem like I was really in an impossible mission.
“Damn you Frankenstein!!!!” I couldn’t help but to yell
Frankenstein remain seated on the couch and watch Roger carefully” I have warned you repeatedly Roger ” growling I wish I could swipe that smirk off his face ” you do not get to kiss me ”
” Even if I love you?”
” All you have is a brother complex and I demand that you won’t let it settle on my head…..I mean they is Cole ”
” Cole is ugly ” Roger sip his wine then smile ” besides I came here for business ”
” Business?”
” Dracula wishes to see you ” I frown at those words coming out of his mouth ” he is hosting a ball tomorrow night, he wishes for you to show up ”
” He thinks I will gladly show up?”
” Well he hopes you will ” listening to his words, I stare at my wine ” I mean, he is going to talk about your people more, you just don’t leave your kind and run off to start a new life ”
” Roger ” mumbling I look at him ” I told you repeatedly, you do not speak to me about things that concern you not and secondly I did tell dracula that I will be cutting all tiles with him and his lousy creatures ”
” You’re his creature” Roger voice deepen ” and need I remind you, without him, you will be dead ”
Looking at Roger I wonder if life would have been better if I had just died that night, nobody commit suicide to be saved after that ” once again, stay out of things that are not your business ” standing up I look at him ” you can stay here till the ball is over, if that’s what you criminals want to call a place where you shed blood ”
Roger stand right up, anger evident in his eyes ” you may seem tough but you’re a coward Frankenstein” I watch him move close and grab me by the collar ” you do not deserve this second chance given to you”
” I never asked for it ”
” You will come to the ball Frankenstein” Roger frown and I fake a smile
” I highly doubt it ”
He let go of me and I dip my hands in my pocket, pull out a cigarette and light ” mother will die if you don’t ” his words made me look at him with anger ” I know how you hate other people killing your prey and trust me, if you don’t show up….I will kill mother ”
” You love her ”
Roger nod ” she deserve death though ” I watch how he pull out his phone and stare at it ” you might like using your preys for experiment but I will like to finish them off at once…..so do not doubt me ” he climb the stairs slowly and I run my hands through my hair
That boy definitely knows what to say to make me change my mind, my gaze move to my wrist watch and I remember rose, it’s evening….she must be close to the gate now, I should help her out.
Stepping out, I got into my car and at high speed, I move and catch up at no time, getting off it, I notice how weak she is walking close, when she saw the gate, her eyes glitter with happiness but the moment it meet mine, it turns back to anger.
It somehow gave her the strength to fasten her steps towards my direction, I was surprised when she grabbed me by my collar, except Roger and dracula….no body does that, so I hit her hands off me as usual.
” You lied!!!” She growl and I look at her confused
” Lied?”
” You only speak about dracula not how big the surrounding of your mansion is, it’s like a desert ”
Frowning I look at her ” I told you not to try and escape…..now you have lost few pounds ”
” Why do you care ” she look at me ” I do not like it here, I wish to leave ”
” And why ” stepping close to her, I look at her with anger ” do I treat you bad? Have I ever hit you ” this however made her shut up ” I take care of you, feed you and I do know you like it when I touch you ” placing my hands under her jaw, I made sure to lift her face, our gaze meet ” if you keep muttering stupid words I might just do what you will hate ”
” You keeping me here, Is what I hate ”
” You hate me?”
” Yes!” She answered without hesitation and I smile
” I want it no other way but put something in that head of yours ” using one hand I grab her face ” you are mine and this is the last time you try escaping” I watch tears drop from her eyes and for the first time, I felt disgusted by it ” your tears don’t even interest me anymore….might just kill you ” letting go of her face, I open the door and push her in the car.
She just doesn’t listen.
