I walked out of Jayden’s room and climb down the stairs.
Trying to sound normal.
“Jiso I was waiting for you like eternity, hope all is well” she asked with concern.
“Yes am good, he told me to wait while he eat ” I replied.
“Okay” she said and left the sitting room to outside.
That was a narrow escape, I don’t know how long I’ll be doing this but its too risky
for my reputation in this house.
I went to the kitchen and dish out my portion of food and sit down at the counter.
I was still eating when a hand car-ss my back.
“Jayden stop it, someone might see us” I protest
“I own this place, I can do whatever I want let them see” he said and k-ssed my neck.
“You’re leaving? I asked
“Yea, I have to return to the hospital now bur will be back early” he said.
“Okay then.
“Gonna come back with a friend so prepare a special dinner for us” he said.
“Alright, I’ll make a nice dish for ya both” I replied with a smile.
“Trust you on that, gotta go now ” he said and k-ss my l-ips.
He left and I couldn’t stop myself from. Smiling.
“Jiso”Milli called from the back as I stood up in shock.
“So my prediction was right? She asked
“What do you mean Milli? I asked her back.
“He just k-ssed you, are you dating the Master? She asked
I tried to answer but couldn’t, I swallowed the lumps that formed in my throat and
let out a cunning cough.
. “Am happy for you Jiso, I know you won’t admit it until I catch you ” she said and
hugged me.
This is why I love her so much, she’s so understanding.
I know see why Jayden made her the head maid.
“Make sure you fight for your love Jiso, it won’t be easy” she said.

Will Danielle accept me?
This are the things I should have thought about before starting this.
“I know Milli” I replied and she nodded.
“I’ll be in the garden” she said and left.

I lost my appetite and dispose the remaining food in,side the trash can.
Danielle have been helping with the family business traveling from one country to
the other.
She has turned to a serious business woman overnight.
She was on her way out of one of their mall when she run into Dan.
“Wo! Hi pretty ” he greeted immediately he recognized her
“Oh, hi Dan” she replied with a smile.
She was hoping before then to meet the cute guy again.
“You remembered my name”
“Yea, why won’t I remember the name of a cute guy like you ” Danielle said and
they both laughed it off.
“What are you doing here? He asked her.
“This is one of my family mall, can’t you recognize me as Danielle Choi? She asked
and Dan eyes w¡den.
“You are Jayden’s sister? He asked.
“Yea, you must be a friend of elder bro”
. “Yes, nice to meet you miss Danielle have heard lots about you” he compliment.
“So where are you off to? He asked.
“Going home” she replied.
“Care for a ride?
“Nah, my guards are all over the place waiting for me” she replied and he nodded
on seeing the guards lined up.
“See ya later” she said and left.
Dan went in,side the mall and turned to looked at her again.

While in the office I put a call through to Dan, inviting him over for dinner.
I checked up on some of the patient and went back in,side my office to see Dan
waiting patiently me.
“When did you came? I asked.
“Not too long, so are we leaving now? He asked.
“Yea” I replies and pick up my car key , I turned off my computer and we went out
heading to the parking lot.
“Met your sis today” he said.
“Danielle? Hope she din cause trouble again ” I asked.
“Nah, she is one kind cute” he replied.
Within some minutes we were already on our way home.
After a while of driving the car halted in,side the building as we both step down
from the car.
“Its been long I last came here Jay”
“Yea
We get in,side and Dan sat on the couch while I excused myself.
I went in,side my doom and took a quick shower, wire my cloth and headed back
downstairs.
I got there and invite Dan to the dinning table, though I hate eating alone in the
dinning table that is why I prefer eating in my room.
But now I have a visitor so I have to.
We get sorted while Jiso came out of the kitchen with the food and place them on
the table while Milli help her with the plates and cutleries.
“The food is served young master” she said to Dan whose attention was on his
phone all this while.
. h looked up at her and his expression changed.
He stood up from his seat and Jiso also was shocked.

Austin is Jayden ‘s best friend? I mean how possible is that.
“Dan are you okay? Jayden asked him.

“No Jayden, I will be in the kitchen ” I said and hurriedly left the place.

Jayden came in,side the kitchen and took a chair beside me.
“Babe are you okay? He asked.
“Am fine, where is your friend? I asked.
“He’s about to go, come lemme introduce you to him” he said.

Before I could say something else he dragged me to the sitting room where Austin
was waiting.

“Nice to meet you again kookie” he said and Jayden looked at us weirdly.
“Kookie? Dan her name is. Jiso not some kookie” he said with a frown.
“Sorry, nice to meet you Jiso. Jayden you’re always a lucky person ” He said and Jay
smiled.
“Ghat to go now” Austin/Dan said and winked at me.
I went back in,side the kitchen and rest. My head on the counter.
What is going on?
Few minutes later I went back to the dinning table and clear the dishes.
I washed it and clean up the kitchen before going to our room to take my bath.
“Jiso the master request for your presence ” A maid said as I sat on the bed going
through my phone.
I don’t know why but I feel so nervous about this wh0le thing.

Something is not right here.
They both look like they knew each other before but how can that be possible?
They both are literally not in the same status.
The door bell ranged and it was Jiso.
“You called for me? She asked still standing.
“Yea, come take a seat”I said patting my hand on a space beside me.
She came and sat next to me with her eyes fix on her phone.
“Do you know Dan before? I found myself asking her.
I was more convinced by her expression when I asked that question.
“Yes, but not as Dan but Austin ” she replied.
“How do you mean?
Dan told me that he has to change his name some years back while in the US for
some reasons.
“He is my ex ” she revealed.
“What! I exclaimed standing up.
They ones dated? Gosh I can’t believe this one bit.
“He left four years ago without telling me, his family lied to me I was broken but
later moved on.
I saw him not long ago while coming back from the supermarket, I never expect
you to know each other ” she explained.
Dan is Jiso’s ex and Jiso is my girlfriend.
This is pure fanatic.
Dan have not been himself since he got to his house.
The thought of what happened in Jayden’s house filled his brain.
Though he always want Jayden to have a girlfriend and be happy again but he never
expect the person to be his ex whom he still loves.
“I can’t do this” he keep muttering to himself.
