SCHOOL CLINIC

Valentino kissed Vanessa’s back hand for the umpteenth time,she has been sleeping for almost two hours now. The Nurse said she will be fine but Valentino was getting even more worried.

‘Does she have a past he doesn’t know about??’

What is she hiding?? Is it related to her nightmares and fear of rainfall?? What exactly is she keeping?

The door opened and Giovanni walked in,Valentino looked up

“Is she okay?” Giovanni asked

“She will be fine” Valentino muttered and stood up

“You saw it too right?? It was a trap” Giovanni said

“Do you believe that shit is going to work?” Valentino asked

“It’s the cops work not ours anymore” Giovanni replied and Valentino nodded

Giovanni looked at the sleeping Vanessa for a while before turning back and he walked out of the ward.

Valentino sat down again,minutes later his phone rang out,it’s a call from his sister

“Hey kiddo” Selena said on the phone

“Hi sis” Valentino muttered

“I saw what you guys did…you better don’t let mom see that kiddo,you know how she is” Selena said

“It’s not as if I’m the only one” Valentino rolled her eyes

“As if she always understands us” Selena scoffed

“By the way,come over. Mom told you about any meeting this evening?” Selena asked and Valentino sat down well

“Don’t tell me she want me to meet with Moon’s family” Valentino said

“What do you expect? Aren’t you engaged?” Selena asked

“Sis,I Have a girlfriend…..”

“To avoid trouble,kindly come here kiddo,you’re not getting married today,just stay out of mom’s problem for now and come” Selena said and Valentino sighed

“Fine…I will be there” He muttered

“Thirty minutes,don’t take long” Selena hung up and Valentino punched the wall

How the hell is he going to get out of this sh*t right now??

“Are you okay?” Vanessa asked softly as she opened her eyes

“You’re awake” Valentino cupped her cheeks and kissed her deeply before letting her go

“Are you going somewhere?” Vanesaa asked

“Yes…family business stuff. I will be back,maybe a little bit late” Valentino said

“I’m sleeping over in your room tonight,so don’t take too long” Vanessa said and he smiled

“I promise,I have alot of things to ask you anyway” Valentino said and Vanessa nodded.

The door opened and Gigi came in with Quinn,Angelique and Erica

“Pumpkin” Gigi called and immediately ran to Vanessa’s side

Valentino stood up

“You’re leaving?” Quinn asked and he nodded

He pecked Vanessa’s lips before going out

“Awwwn,I’m jealous” Quinn said and Erica scoffed

“Stop doing that girl,we all know Otto have a huge crush on you but you never showed him the same” She said

“Otto and Quinn are gonna look good together” Vanessa said,getting down from the bed

“Seriously” Quinn chuckled

“So,are you okay now?” Erica asked

“Yeah,I just got sick for a while. I’m fine now,let’s go. Can someone order pizza? I’m craving for it badly” Vanesaa said

“Craving? Hope it’s not what I’m thinking…..”

“Valentino and I haven’t had sex yet,so stop thinking about rubbish” Vanessa snapped and they all laughed

“But wait seriously?? You haven’t done it?” Angelique asked

“No” Vanessa muttered

“Wow,that’s shocking,Valentino isn’t that patient” Gigi smiled

“Terence asked you out and you haven’t said anything to the poor guy,so stop talking please” Vanessa snapped and Gigi bite her lips

They all left the clinic

“Aren’t you keeping him waiting for too long?” Quinn asked

“I don’t know….I don’t think I will be able to survive it if he later cheats on me” Gigi muttered

“Just give it a try first at least,come on” Erica said and Gigi sighed

“I’m meeting with him tonight anyway” Gigi muttered.

“Are you saying…You and Vanessa were friends back in high school?” Becky asked and Moon nodded

“So how come she doesn’t recognize you?” Jessica asked and Moon smirked

“Long story” She said

“Don’t tell me you did surgery” Channel said and Moon nodded

“I did” she muttered

“Just because of Valentino?” Becky asked

“It worth it,I’m not giving up till we really get married” Moon stood up

“I need to go,there will be a family dinner tonight,with his parents. I’m sure he wouldn’t tell Vanessa about it” Moon smirked

“I will see you girls later” She said and walked out of the mansion

Channel and Jessica turned to Becky

“Are you happy with everything she said?” Channel asked

“I don’t care,as long as Vanessa doesn’t get Valentino,then I don’t mind” Becky said.

EVENING≈MOON’S HOUSE

Moon just finished dressing when her mom entered her room.

“Are you done? They are almost here” She said

“How do I look mom” Moon smiled and turned around

“You look great,but it’s not about the looks alone this time girl”

“I understand mom,trust me” Moon smiled

Almost immediately,they heard the door and they both exchanged glances

“They are here” Moon’s mom said and Moon nodded with a smile

They both walked out of the room and went downstairs,her dad was already welcoming the family of three.

Mrs Tucker,Selena and Valentino who doesn’t look like one who’s interested in anything going on

“Mrs Tucker!” Moon’s mom called excited as they hugged gently

“Nice to see you again” Mrs Tucker said

Selena also greeted,Moon hugged Mrs Tucker,only Valentino remained unmoved

“Valentino,don’t just stand” Selena whispers to him and be rolled his eyes

“Wow,it’s my first time seeing you this close,you’re so handsome” Moon’s mom said and Valentino almost scoffed

“Thank you” He Managed to mutter

“We prepared quite a meal ready,let’s proceed” Moon’s dad said and her mom immediately led them toward the dinning hall.

Moon’s dad sat at the center then Moon’s mom followed,Mrs Tucker sat down opposite her

Selena sat down beside Mrs Tucker and Valentino followed,Moon also took a seat beside him. He looked at her and she smiled which made Valentino scoffed.

The maids started dishing out the meals for everyone and they started eating Aside Valentino

“Son,aren’t you eating?” Moon’s mom asked

“Son?” Valentino looked up and Mrs Tucker frowned

“Oh….I don’t really feel so hungry” Valentino said with a fake smile

“Come on,just a little bit” Moon smiled and tried to feed him

Valentino glared at her but quickly covered it up with a smile

“No,I’m fine. Hurry up and eat,we should talk” Valentino saud and got up

“Valentino” Mrs Tucker called

“I will be fine mom” Valentino said and turned to Moon

“I’m coming with you” She smiled and they both went out

“Don’t they look good together?” Moon’s mom smiled

“Sure they do” Mrs Tucker said

Selena only remained quiet and continue eating.

“What is it??” Moon asked when they got out

“Skip the pretence already,it makes you look ugly,I hate it” Valentino said

“Why? You want to announce that you have a girlfriend?” Moon asked

“That’s not a secret” Valentino said and Moon frowned

“Do you know what’s best for you?? Stay away from me,your dream is never going to come true,you’re not even my type. I have a girlfriend that I love so much,get that into your big empty skull and quit being a b*tch” Valentino said and turned to leave

Moon grabbed his hand

“Give up?? That’s not in my mind at all….I’ve been waiting for this for years,don’t expect me to give up right now…I won’t. You’re mine Valentino,trust me” Moon said

Valentino throw her hand off

“I can see you’re insane” he muttered and walked out of her sight

Moon rolled her eyes

Valentino didnt bother going in again and he doesn’t even Care whatever his mother is going to do about it,he went straight to his car and drove out of the mansion

Vanessa pressed the door bell again and it was opened by Terence

“Queen V” He let our a smile

“Hey” Vanessa entered

“Is Valentine home?” She asked

“Yeah,I can show you his room. It’s your first time coming here” Terence said

“We should celebrate that” Virgil smiled and Vanessa’s eyes widened

“What the f**k happened to your face?” She asked

“Long story,but I’m fine” Virgil winked

“Gosh” Vanessa muttered and faced Terence

“Just describe for me”She said

“Last room by the left” Terence said

“Thank you” Vanessa said and went upstairs

Terence faced Virgil

“Dude,are you sure you won’t start wearing mask? You look ugly” he saud

“Shut up” Virgil rolled his eyes

His phone started ringing and he groaned

“Is that Lotus again?” Terence asked and Virgil nodded

“She’s going to fall sick” he mumbled

“Fall sick? How?” Terence asked

“I know what I’m talking about Terence,if I keep on ignoring her calls this way,she will fall sick” Virgil muttered and Terence was even more confused

“I am going out with Gigi,in twenty minutes” He said

“What if she rejects you?” Virgil asked

“Then instead of crying,I will come and kill you” Terence said and Virgil laughed

They heard Reed coming downstairs,he was barely in the living room when he received a call and he answered

“What happened to her?” He asked

Virgil and Terence looked up

“Say something you idiot” Reed snapped on the phone

“She lost her consciousness?” Reed’s eyes widened and Virgil got up immediately

Reed hanged up the call and grabbed his car key

“What happened to Lotus?” Virgil asked and Reed glared at him

Virgil grabbed his collar

“Tell me what the f**k happened to her!!” He yelled angrily.
