“Mom I don’t like that man,he is such a bad man I didn’t do anything to him and he wanted to punish me,Mom you have to send him out from our house”
Princess sounded.

“You know he is your father I can’t send him out from the house”
Pearl said.

“No Mom! He is not my father I don’t need a father like him”
Princess shouted and wanted to run out from the room.

Pearl went after her and took her to the bed,
“Don’t sound like that my love,I have warned Joe anything he shout at you nor punish you he will see the other side of me he have never seen before I promise you if he shout at you again I will send him out from this house okay”

Joe and his family (Pearl and Princess) with Pearl’s mother were going out to have some fun meanwhile Pearl have not gather the courage to tell Bryan about Joe and the decision she has taken even Bryan hasn’t stop calling her to know why she has been avoiding him but she keep on ignoring his calls.

Bryan heard the sound of the door and rushed out immediately,
“I need to talk to you Pearl”
He sounded.

Pearl’s heart started racing so fast like a car she don’t know how to face him now.

“Why did you want to talk to my wife? Have I not warned you to back off that her husband is back?
Joe shouted.

“You must be the Bryan, you better cut off the tie between you and my daughter because her husband is back and they are getting marry very soon”
Her mother shouted at him.

“I need to talk to you Pearl please give me a minute of your time”
He said.

“What for? have I not ……..
Joe shouted and Pearl interrupted him with a shout.

“Joe!
She shouted as she reserved back his statement.

“Mother you guys should wait for me outside let me settle things with Bryan”
She said.

“You better settle things with him right now and make him to understand that you are now engaged so he will stop bothering you”
Mother shouted as they went out to wait for her at the car.

“Babe what am hearing is it true? Are you living me to be with ex?
Bryan sounded so unhappy.

“Bryan am sorry I never wanted you to find it this way is just that i don’t have the courage to tell you about it please forgive me we can’t be together like the way we used to be”
She sounded feeling so sad in side.

Bryan held his hand and sounded in pain,
“Why are you doing this to me Pearl? Why are you breaking up with me? What will happen to our love to the promises we made to each other never to depart,What will happen to the dreams we share together? we promised never to break each others heart then why are you breaking my heart now? Why are you doing this to me Pearl? you know I love you so much and If you leave me my life will be meaningless Pearl please don’t leave me”

Pearl left go of his hand and said,
“Am sorry Bryan I never wanted to do this but I no option Joe is my daughter’s father and we have to be together for the sake of Princess please try to understand where am coming,it’s so hærd for me to break up with you but we have to left go of the feelings we have for each other”

“Our togetherness won’t stop Joe from caring for his daughter,Pearl did you really thought about this about our love before taking this decision?
He asked.

“I thought about this thoroughly and I know taking this decision is the right thing am doing please you have to left go of the feelings but that shouldn’t stop us from being friends”

“And you think it’s easy to kill the feelings you have for someone?Moving on is simple, it’s what you leave behind that makes it so difficult see Pearl I can’t leave without you please don’t do this to us”
He said holding her hands.

” Bryan you have to try and move on”
She said.

She said and about to leave Bryan held her hand and said in tears,
“Please don’t leave me I won’t be able to breath without you”

She said and turned back to leave, Bryan still holding her hand and pleading for her not to leave him.

Tears started rushing down from Pearl’s eyes at moment Bryan was pleading it wasn’t easy for her to walk away, Pearl didn’t turn back as he was pleading he pleaded until his hand left go of her hand.

“Pearl! Please come back to our love”
He shouted to her hearing.

Pearl ran out in tears,
“Am sorry Bryan! I love you,you will always be that special person in my life I have to leave you to be with a man I feel nothing for,for the sake of my daughter”
She said in tears and later wiped out the tears before she got to the car.

“What took you so long?
The mother asked.

“Am sorry Mother”

“I hope you have settle with that Bryan and made it clear to him that you are now engaged?
She asked.

“Yes Mother!
She sounded and got into the car.

Two days after the breakup Bryan I have not being himself he became so restlessness always thinking about Pearl the thought of not being with her is killing him badly.

📞 Pearl breakup with you just to be with her ex,I can’t believe this i thought she loves you then why did this to you?
Mirabel his sister asked.

He sounded.

“How will she come back to you? Have you forgotten that you told me she will be getting marry to her ex?
She asked.

📞 Please Bro who say miracle still exit in this days I don’t think Pearl will come back for you,you have to come back and move on with your life until you find the lady that is meant for you that will not break your heart a lady that will stay with you to eternity”
She said trying to convince him but Bryan is not buying that at all.

Mirabel took a heavy breath and said,
“It’s seems there’s nothing I will do nor say that will make you change your mind and come back so I give up but I want you to be strong for me you know you are the only one I have now please don’t let this weigh you down”

📞 Likewise you Bro or should I come and spend this weekend with you?
She asked.

He sounded.

Bryan lay on the couch remembering the beautiful moment he had with Pearl and Princess with smiles written all over his face,the way they used to played together,jokes and argue like kids, the way Princess used to called him Dad Bryan,the debate competition Princess had in her school how everybody sees him as Princess’s father,the picnic they went,the swimming they always had on Saturdays,they way they share k×sses like teenagers who are madly in love,the challenge they had about the football match.

“Pearl how can I be able to forget about you? the moments we shared together was so amazing and lovely how can I forget all that? even when I closed my eyes I always dream about you and Princess the thought about you is always on my mind,I can’t kill the feelings I have for you is so strong like a rock that can never be break,I will fight for you Pearl our love should not end like this”

Princess was eating while Pearl was working with her system and Joe watching movie,Princess stood up with her plate and walked to her Mom.

“Mom I still need some more food”
She said.

“Okay you can go to the kitchen and dish for yourself”
Pearl said.

Joe heard that,he stood up and shouted,
“What for? in this economic situation don’t you know things are costly this days and you want to go and eat other portion of food again when I was small like you we used to eat twice in a day but kids of nowadays are sometimes else they were be eating six to seven times in a day is excess of food part of training a child? are you not spoiling the child? my friend will you go in and keep that plate you want to eat more”

Pearl couldn’t bear it anymore she stood up and shouted angrily,
“Enough! I said enough! What sort of rubbish is this Joe? Why are you stopping my daughter from eating as much as she want to eat? Is the money yours? Is that how you will be caring for her as a father by stopping her from eating more when her stomach is not okay? Joe stop rasing your voice at my daughter again this will be the last time I will warn you stop it oooo! Stop it”

“I don’t like the way you are training this girl oooo! Pearl you need to start correcting this girl ooo before it will be late ooo how can she be asking for more food?
He shouted.

“Joe please allow my daughter to have peace of mind in her mother’s house,I don’t even know where this marriage stuff will be leading us to if this how you will be treating my daughter”
She shouted angrily and took Princess to the kitchen to give her the food.

“She is my daughter so I have every right to correct and shout at her whenever she misbehave”
Joe shouted at her hearing.

Anne parked her car at the supermarket about to come down from the car she saw Joe coming out with a heavy pregnant lady,she removed her sunglasses and weigh down the window to be sure she is seeing correctly.

“Oh my goodness! that’s Jo,what’s him doing with that pregnant lady?
She asked being so confused.

“Could that lady be his wife or what?
She asked confusingly.

At the moment she asked herself that question Joe k×ssed the lady on her tummy it’s at if Joe heard her question and decided to clarify her thought.

“He k×ssed her on the tummy! She must be his wife,I need to capture this right away”
She sounded and started snapping them with her phone.

“Babe I can’t wait for this my boy to be born I gonna shower him with plenty love and care”
He said with smiles and k×ssed her tummy again.

“How I wish I can forward the remaining months to get to nine months so I can give birth to this baby and rest it’s not easy look at how my tummy is so big like a lady that will be giving birth to triplets and now the father is not always around to provide all my needs”
The wife sounded as Joe touches the tummy with smiles meanwhile Anne is still snapping them.

“Don’t worry my darling I will always try to be there for you okay you know is the promotion at Abuja that is causing all this I even took one day off just to be with you”
He lied and k×ssed her on the forehead.

“I know it will be like this that’s why I told you to reject the promotion”
She sounded sadly.

“You know I will be earning double to what I get here and I want you to know that am doing this for you and our baby but don’t worry once you put to birth we will start living at Abuja”
He said filling her head with lies.

“Is that a promise my love?
She asked with smiles.

He k×ssed him on the l-ips and answered,
“Yes my love,let’s go”
He opened the car door for her went in,side and drove out.

“I knew it there’s nothing weird about this Joe but I was not able to place it,this man is a bastard he have a pregnant wife and he want to fool and trick Pearl into marrying him thank God I have expose you today,Pearl have to see this and know the type of man he want to marry”
She said and send the pictures to Pearl.

Pearl checked her phone at the moment the message came in,
“Anne sent me something what could be the thing?
She asked and viewed the pictures,she became so astonished.

“What am seeing? Joe and a pregnant lady! I can’t believe this, where did Anne got this pictures from? I need to call her right now”
She sounded confusedly and gave Anne a call.

📞 I know you have seen that bastard with his wife”
Anne said at the moment she picked the call.

📞 Yes Anne! Where did you get that pictures from? Who sent it to you?
She asked confusingly.

📞 I caught him red handed with his pregnant wife,Pearl all this while Joe has been fooling you into believing he is now a change person because of him you cut off your beautiful relationsh¡p with Bryan but thank God he is expose me”
Anne shouted.

📞 I feel so foolish for allowing Joe to fool again,Joe will never change he will always be the same let him come back is me and him today”
She shouted angrily and ended the call.

Pearl became so angrily like an angry bird,she was bitting her teeth and stomping her feet on the ground.

“Joe have the guts to fool me! Joe can never change,is me and you today”
She shouted angrily stomping her feet on the ground.

Joe came back next day,Pearl didn’t bother to ask him where he spend the night since she has already know,she came downstairs and met him watching movie.

“Joe I want to talk to you”
She said to him and sat down.

“I hope there’s no problem?
He asked with smiles.

“Not at all”

“Okay,what is it?
He asked with smiles.

She brought out her phone and showed him the picture,
“So you have a pregnant wife?
She asked.

Joe became so shocked and dumbfounded on seeing the picture.
