EPISODE 26
The wh0le situation was already looking film like, as everything was really in its heightened mode.

Charles was already making his own preparations, as in fact, he had forgotten about the old men, as his mind and soul was just on this man, called Edeth because to him the others were no longer worth mentioning and their life and death were their own business, but he wouldn’t hesitate to kill them if they stupidly crossed his path.

He had already received the news that Blade had woken up from coma, and was seriously glad, but that didn’t change the fact that his mind was set, as he knew as far as Sen. Edeth was still alive, the wh0le situation would still be chaotic and he would still making an attempt on Jeff’s life and that was what he didn’t need.

Mr. Edeth could be seen angrily in his mansion, as he looked really tensed up and angry. He angrily smashed the glass of champagne he was holding to the wall, as the content spilled all over the wall.

“I feel like I’m really busted.”
He said, as he roamed the wh0le room. As suddenly his countenance shifted from that of anger to fear.

“If that mindless bastard, really get to me, I’m really finished. I never knew it was really him. But why always protecting that Jeff?”

In fact in reality, Sen. Edeth’s ploy was superb and wonderfully made and planned out.

Since, he had gotten control of Mr. Smith and had been using him as his errand boy, and the man was too unnerved to retaliate and he decided to use him for the next level of his plan. Which was making him the governor of the state. Which thereby Mr. Smith is the governor in name but behind the scene the real governor was him, Sen. Edeth. That was his actual plan, but things began changing when Jeff, equally came out for the gubernatorial seat, and him knowing the havoc Jeff ever becoming the governor would cause, as he knew he was the principal character behind the murder of his parents. So he decided to silence Jeff, and push the blame to they themselves the eight men and not bring it to him as an individual, as he knew that his actions of twelve years ago might bounce out, and his well dusted record, investigated, if his attempt to assassinate Jeff got busted.

The assassin cooperation, that the eight of them had been using all this while we’re his own formed out assassins, but no one knew. He had everything under control, but the first attack and double crossing mission was all his deed. He made it so that all fingers would be pointed at them randomly, while in truth the others knew nothing.

Sen. Edeth began using Mr. Smith as his lackey and the man couldn’t speak as he was afraid for his family.

He was forced to get there when the discussion of Mr. Linus death was being discussed. And had him have a snap together with them, all a sort of blackmail.

After the assassination of Mr. Linus, the boss of their cooperation mysteriously was found dead at the roadside, with his body mutilated and his genitals missing and his two sons and wife murdered without any trace.

Mr. Smith knew who did it, as his boss had long started having the idea of mutineering (A person or an officer who disobeys the order of a superior or tries to rebel) and Sen. Edeth had him wasted and that, was just enough warning for Mr. Smith to know that the man he was dealing with could equally do the same or even more to him if he tried anything funny.

When Sen. Edeth disappeared from the country he had been his eye.

And now Sen. Edeth suddenly came back, during the election period and and suddenly ordered him to prepare to contest for the gubernatorial position. Mr. Smith wasn’t a willing party but in the end he had to succ-mb, from the threats.

When he had told Jeff, that he was trying to join in his dads footsteps, it looked like a threat, but in reality it was given him an advice, because he knew he was helpless and wasn’t ready to see his friends only remaining bloodline get wasted.
