I dropped my phone immediately as my mother broke the news to me…
Nana is really dead??.
There are a lot of questions I wanted to ask her and now she’s dead..
‘What’s wrong Ariana??’Joyner asked and tears fell from my eyes…
‘My Grandmother is dead,I have to go home’..i replied in a cracked up tone…
I turned to leave but then Sizzle master came out from the book…
‘You can’t leave Ariana’..she said and i scoffed…
‘if you’re really magical then you should have saved my grandmother’..I said and she smiled…
‘I’m not allowed to do anything like that Ariana,I’m just a guide and there are rules in my world but I can’t allow you to go back home’..she said…
Joyner walked over and rested my head in his while I cried really hærd…
‘Here,here let it all out’..he whispered and i did..
Like who would imagine that my worst enemy could become a very close friend under thirty minutes…
My life isn’t going to remain the same and I’m pretty sure of it…

I sat in front of the grand council and they were pretty happy…
‘We are very happy about your performance Chef Greg but there’s one problem’..One of them said…
‘Ariana Hathaway I get it,don’t worry guys i will take care of her’..i replied and they clapped…
When I was twelve my dad initiated me into the Dark Cooking Realm (DCR)..
Nana Hathaway or should I say the Hathaway’s have been a problem to my realm ever since and I just can’t seem to get the magic cook book from them…
Now Ariana Hathaway is here and I just know how to get rid of her…
I left the conference room and three of my personal thugs met me outside….

The Next Morning☀

‘Are you okay??’..i asked Ariana as she opened her eyes and she jerked…
‘Jesus did you stay here last night??’..she asked and I laughed…
But she isn’t wrong…
I stayed with her till she slept off and laid on the green bean bag near her bed…
‘Yeah I did sleep here Ari now be fast we’re late for class’..i said and she stood up…
I went to my hostel to change and then noticed three guys wandering about…
That’s strange..
I haven’t seen these guys before…
‘Hey are you guys new??’..I asked and when they turned to look at me i was shocked literally…
One of them had a tattoo on his neck that had the shape of a wheel…
The other one had a nose ring…
These guys don’t look like students at all…
‘Uhhh yeah we moved in yesterday so please leave and mind your f****ng business okay??’..He said and I left…
It’s too early to start s fight with some rough dudes…

I finished dressing and walked to meet Joyner so we could both go to class…
Almost reaching his hostel,two guys just came out of nowhere and blocked my way…
‘Uhh excuse me please?’..i said but they didn’t budge…
I turned to run away but a third party was already behind me and he held me.
‘J..joyner!!!’..i muffled a scre-m as they gagged my mouth..
‘How should we kill her?’..One of them asked..
‘I don’t know Alfredo,maybe we’ll just throw her in a lagoon or something’..Another guy replied…
‘Hey i have an idea,why don’t we rape her instead and kill her afterwards’…

‘Hey Peter have you seen Ariana??’.I asked and he shook his head.
That’s strange…
Ariana said she would come meet me in my hostel but its been over an hour now and I still haven’t seen her…
I went to her hostel and knocked on her door but got no reply…
‘Ariana are you there??’..I called but still no reply..
Did she leave for class without me??..
Let me go check..

‘You’re late Joyner,where’s Ariana?’..Chef Abba asked ..
She’s the Indian gourmet teacher..
‘i thought Ariana came to class already ma’am’..I replied and she furrowed her brows…
‘Well she isn’t here so take a seat and let’s wrap this up’.she added and I sat down..
As class went on my mind was totally somewhere else..
I don’t understand this fuzzy feeling I’m getting…
Why do I feel like something has happened to her…
‘Ouch!!’..I scre-med as my skillet turned hot and burnt my skin…
‘What’s the problem Joyner?,you’ve not been paying attention in class so please leave!!!’..Chef Abba said and I left.
Why was my skillet burning hot??!!..
Is it trying to tell me something that I don’t even know about??
I’m glad I was sent out from the class cause my mind isn’t in the right place…
Where the f**k could Ariana be?!!!…

In these few days Ariana turned from my worst enemy to my best friend and if I don’t find her now I’m calling the police…

‘A..Ariana’s been found in a nearby dump and she’s unconscious,there’s blood on her private part and we think she’s been raped!!’..

‘Take me there please!!’..I cried out.
We all ran outside the school building and took a quick turn..
People gathered around the refuse dump and i managed to squeeze myself in between…
Ariana laid down there on the floor with blood oozing out from head,hand,v****a and mouth…
‘Who did this to her?!’..I cried out and covered my hands with my mouth..
‘This is so horrible,let’s take her to the hospital!!!’..A woman scre-med and I stepped forward..
I carried her limp body and Peter ran to get his car keys…
I can’t believe this is happening..

She looks so pale and weak and I pray that she doesn’t die..

I raked my hands through my hair and rubbed my temples..
‘I don’t know Peter,I’m as confused as you also,I mean I slept over at her place and she said she’ll come meet me afterwards and now this?!!’..I said…
Tears came down from my eyes as I waited eagerly for the doctor’s report…

‘You imbeciles did I tell you guys to rape her?!,I just said you should kill her that’s all!!!’..I scre-med as I threw some books at my goons…
‘We’re sorry boss but Alfredo was ho-ny and she was so sweet to taste,funny enough she was a V-rgin and we all had our turns with her’.John said..
I gro-ned and sat down behind the large oak desk thinking of what I’ll do to these three buffoons…

Why would someone act so wicked like this?!!..
‘But she’s okay now and you can go see her’..the doctor added..
‘Thank you’…
I rushed from my seat and ran towards Ariana’s ward..
I opened the door and that was when I got the real shock of my life…
Ariana wasn’t on her bed!!!…
