Episode Twenty Eight
“Am fine now, thanks is alot” Michael said as he collected the shirt Belle pointed to him and wore it.

“Hmm…. That’s good but why saying thank you, did I do you a favour???” Belle asked, looking at Belle who had a blank expression.

“Of course, you prevented me from breaking the oath of secrecy, thanks alot” Michael said smiling. He was silent for a while, obviously thinking about his encounter with George, he flinched a bit, Belle noticed him and held his hands.

“It’s fine boyfriend, and yeah you are no longer bonded by the oath of secrecy anymore, since you are out of the agency” Belle said rubbing his palms.

“I should really consider coming back.. Life without parties to attend has been boring” Michael said and Belle’s face broke into a big smile.

“Williams and Daniel will be more than happy, and am sure Williams will find a way of it not effecting your promise and assignment that you’re have been taking care of years now” She said with a big smile on her face, Micheal nodded smiling. “And you have to stop feeling guitly for slapping him, he deserves it” She added, Michael nodded.

“Let’s go see my goddaughter” Michael said as they stood up to leave, his phone vibrated he took it out from his pocket and saw that it was an unknown caller, he picked it up and later wished he never picked it.

****Hi babe” Jessica’s voice said sweetly.

****Hey” Michael said rather unchalantly that Belle noticed him.

****C’mon, dont you love me anymore, did I do something wrong????, Please tell me.. Did I do anything wrong babe?”She asked sobbing.

****No babe” Michael said, Belle raised her eye brow

“Babe????” Belle mouthed, thinking about who Michael could be speaking with.

****You did nothing wrong Jessica…” Michael said, at the mention of Jessica, Belle’s head sparked, she snatched the phone from Michael.

****Okay babe, thanks” Jessica said happily.

****Will you shut that crap you call mouth, you idiot, you gold digger, so after seeing his net worth you decided to come back after you humiliated him huh!!???”Belle yelled at Jessica, Michael stared at Belle, laughing silently.

***** Who the hell are you???, you bastard, I don’t have words to trade with you, give the phone back to Michael, he is the one I have business with not you greedy bastard” Jessica said equally yelling, Michael heard because the phone was placed on speaker by Belle.

*****Greedy bastard huh??well am better than you who saw his net worth and came back to him begging like a worthless bitch that you are, after slapping and insulting him along side humiliating him, well babe, your love story is over already, move forward, you idiot” Belle said with disgust.

*****Yeah, Yeah that’s enough, am bored already, your ranting and talking to you will sure give me a really bad nightmare, I better stop talking to you… And don’t you ever in your miserable life call or come any where close to him because if you do, It wont be a happy ending, I won’t even give you the opportunity to do so… So witch adios!!” Belle said and hung out immediately, she blocked Jessica from calling Michael.

Michael burt out in squeals of laughter, holding his stomach, Belle joined him.

“Wow!!! That was epic” Michael said as the laughter died down.

“C’mon that so bad of her, after rejecting you, she had the nerves to call you, C’mon who does that???” Belle said.

“Thanks alot Belle” Michael said and collected the phone that Belle pointed to him.

“No problem, you know I love you right???” Belle asked putting on a serious expression.

“Uhmm… I thought you were…” Michael was surprised that Belle still had feelings for him, he thought that Daniel would have taken his place, he looked terrified, seeing his face, Belle started to laugh again.

“Oh C’mon silly, I love Daniel but you are part of our lives that won’t and can’t be forgotten easy, yeah, truth be told, I and Daniel once had feelings for you but that bygones, although you we still do now but the love has been channeled to the love family and best friends share, so don’t be scared, wow!!! That made the mighty Wheels scared” Belle said laughing, Michael became relaxed.

“Awwwnnn, am flattered” Michael said like a little teenager boy, they laughed.”let’s go see my goddaughter” he added.

“Okay” she answered and they made their way into the hospital.

George was so shaken by what happened to him, he never thought for once in his life that his own brother, adopted brother and best friends could slap him. And this will be the first time Michael has been so furious.

“What if Michael is right????” He thought, but immediately shook his head. “No that can’t be, they won’t do that to me, Michael doesn’t just like them, but where did he get those injuries and wounds from????, what the hell is going on” he thought again to himself, as he looked at both Belle and Michael who were talking some distance away, he shook his head and went into the hospital,he saw his daughter with two men from earlier, they were sitting besides Alexa and watching something, he was sure that it was cartoons. He stood in front of them, they all raised up their heads with Daniel pausing the movie.

“Dad????”Alexa said looking at her Dad.

“Yes baby” He answered, he squatted to her level. “I wanna see Ashley”He added.

“OK Dad, just take this route” She said pointing to the direction. He k-ssed her forehead and headed that way. They continued watching the movie.

George entered into his little daughter’s ward, Adrian had his head on the bed sitting beside his sister’s bed. He was obviously asleep and George knowing this, walked in more quietly. He stood at the other side of the bed, looking at his daughter who was asleep with some medical equipment connected to her body.

“Baby, you must have been scared, am really sorry about this” He said sighing, he placed his hands on her forehead. “Please get well soon” He said and planted a k-ss on her fore head and walked out of the ward.He sat down in an available bench some distances away where Alexa was sitting with both Nick and Daniel.

Micheal walked in with Belle, looking around Michael met George gaze, the former looked away. Belle decided to sit beside Daniel. Michael went into the ward, and saw Adrian and Ashley sleeping.

“Baby be strong” He said quietly, so as not to wake the kids up.A doctor walked in with a tray in his hands, injection was on the tray, he had a face mask on.

“Has she woken up yet???” He asked Micheal, who shook his head in the negative. “Oooh don’t worry, she will, let me just give her this” The doctor said referring to the injection, he moved to where Ashley was laying down, place the tray on a stood near, the bed, took the injection and lowered to the sleeping Ashley’s hands, searching for her vein which he finally saw, as he was about placing the injection on the place he had prepared, Adrian raised up his head, Michael saw his Adrian raising up his head, the latter placed his hands on Adrian’s shoulder.

“She will be fine” Michael said and looked at Adrian, but the little boy had a frown on his face looking at the doctor who was yet to inject Ashley.

“You are not a doctor, are you???” Adrian asked with a squeezed face staring at the doctor’s wrist which a tattoo was visible, the doctor looked at the little boy but it was hærd to read his expression because of the mask, he returned his head back and started again to search for the little girl’s vein.

“C’mon, stop be paranoid” Michael said and smiled at the doctor. The doctor was about to continue when secretly Adrian pull his godfather’s trousers slightly unknown to the doctor. Micheal looked down but didn’t met Adrian’s gaze because it was fixed on something which also drew his attention.

“That tattoo is familiar, wait what??!” Michael thought and immediately he grabbed the hand of the doctor who was about injecting the little girl, he should have done it some minutes ago but Adrian distracted him. Michael held his hand and behold the tattoo he had was very visible.

“godfather, look out!!!!” Adrian scre-med, Michael looked and quickly punched the doctor before the injection came in contact with his skin. Due to the effect of the hit, the injection fall off. Michael pull off the doctor’s mask.

“You bastard!!!” The guy who now Michael recognized as a fake doctor now. He punched Michael on his chest, Michael goan in pain which lossen his grip on the fake doctor, with that the man fled.

“Adrian????” Michael called as he looked back, he didn’t see Adrian, he rushed outside the ward, running, he bumped into Williams who wander why he was running but Michael didnt stop.

Adrian ran out of the ward to call Michael’s friends and his Dad, who did hesitate to follow the little boy who was p-nting, George wasn’t with them because he had to answer an office call. They followed him and on getting near the ward they saw Michael running.

“What’s going on???” Williams asked as walked up to them. Adrian explained again and they were surprised.

“Guys, excuse us for sometimes, will you???” Belle said referring to the kids who nodded and went into Ashley’s ward.

“Oooh but Michael should have at least taken a gun” Nick sighed, Williams wanted to take out his phone when he start to search all over his body.

“Micheal bumped into you, didnt he??” Daniel asked with a smile.

“Yes, he did” Williams replied with equally a smile.

“What’s going on???” Nick asked confused on why they were smiling.

“One qualities I got amazed about in Wheels, is that he is the best pocket picker I know, if he bumps to you, and you thinking it is accidental.. Well it isn’t because something in your clothes has gone missing” Williams explained to the marvelled Nick.

“Woah!!!!” Nick exclaimed obviously amazed.

“Wait??, I think he left something for me” Williams said as he pulled out a flash drive from his shirt’s pocket.

“What’s this???” Belle asked.

“I will check it, you guys should see if you can find and help him, someone should also stay with the kids” Williams said and walked towards the exist of the hospital.

“You guys should go, I will stay with the kids” Nick said and both Belle and Daniel nodded and went in search of Michael.

Episode Twenty Nine
“But how did he find us again??” Was the question that escaped Nick’s mouth, as he and the kids sat down away from Ashley.

“Alexa do you remember the movie we watch with both Dad and godfather, that some device was placed in an dog because there was a dog stealer and the owner got worried, because it was an expensive dog” Adrian said talking to his sister. “A tracer???” He said not sure of the name of what he just called.

“A tracer???”Nick asked no one in particular, the name seem to ring a bell.

“Oooh you mean a tracker” Alexa said rolling her eyes.

“Yes!” Adrian said and that got to Nick that he sprung up and went immediately to Ashley with the kids behind him.

“A tracker, that’s it!, a tracker but when could it be???” He said asking himself.

“In her clothes is a no, no” Adrian said shaking his head which earned a smile from Nick. He turned back his head to Ashley and began searching her body with his eyes and his hands gently.

“On her…..” Alexa was about to say when Nick cut in.

“In her hair is a yes, yes” He said as he took a little device from the little girl’s hair and showed it to the kids who were anxious to see it.

“Wow!!!” Adrian and Alexa exclaimed.

“Little but dangerous” Nick said and stepped on the device he placed on the floor. They all went back to sit down.

“So what work do you do??? Nick” Adrian asked, Nick was shocked.

“Why don’t we take pictures, so when you sister wakes up, you can show it to her right?” Nick said trying to ignore the question which both Adrian and Alexa noticed.

“Ofcourse but Nick we understand you, we won’t push it because we know that godfather keeps right friends” Alexa said smiling.

“Yeah, and cute ones too” Adrian added and winked to Nick which got him laughter.

“He was right when he says you guys are something else” Nick said laughing and the kids smiled. They took different pictures with Nick. George walked in,side the ward, seeing his kids, he went to join them by now they were through with the pictures they were taking.

“Make sure you send them to godfather when everything is settled” Alexa said to Nick who nodded.

“Where is godfather???” George asked.

“He went to catch a bad guy that wanted to poison Ashley” Adrian answered.

“What???!!” George scre-med, he ran to where his daughter was sleeping and looked at her over and over very scared.

“C’mon Dad, she is fine and alive, and you shouldn’t be scared cause you will scare beautiful female nurses, c’mon no one want an ulgy guy” Alexa said and Nick burst out laughing.

“Yeah, she’s right” Adrian added, Nick was just looking admirably at the kids. George smiled and sat down putting Adrian on his laps while Alexa sat between George and Nick.

“Excuse me, Mr????” George said looking at Nick who was watching a princess cartoon with Alexa, Nick raised up his head and fixed his gaze on George’s.

“Call me Nick” Nick said, Adrian joined Alexa in watching the cartoon on Nick’s phone.

“Oooh… Who are you to Michael and who are those people and what do they do???” George asked.

“Well, we are his friends and we are helping him” Nick said.

“Uhmmm…. I mean…” George was saying when Alexa cut in.

“Don’t bother him Dad, seriously!!” Alexa cut in with her eyes still fixed on the phone, Adrian and Nick chuckled, George rolled his eyes, Nick joined the kids in watching the cartoon.

After running few meters away from the hospital, Michael stood where he was and stared around, obviously searching for the fake doctor he was pursing, just then someone came in front of him looking very angry, he furrowed his eye brows, he has seen this person somewhere.

“Trying to remember me Michael???” The person said smiling with evil evident on his face, he still had the medical overall but the face mask has been removed.

“Technically, yes” Michael said still trying to remember.

“I hope the punch I gave you behind your neck has gone by now” He said and suddenly Michael pointed at him.

“You???!!” Michael shouted angrily.

“Yes me, apparently you’ve killed my partners” He said.

“I think the name should be Kennedy or Alex” Micheal answered.

“Good memories man, actually it’s Kennedy” Kennedy replied.

“You work for Kelvin right?” Micheal asked but before he could get an answer, Kennedy jumped on him pushing both of them to the ground, Kennedy was sitting on Michael, the latter was wondering why Kennedy was not punching him but soon to his horror found out that an injection was with him.

“Say your last prayers” Kennedy said trying to inject Michael, when the latter turned the former hands powerfully, still struggling with the injection they heard a gun shot, and slowly Kennedy fell of Michael, he turned his head and saw both Daniel and Belle smiling at him, Daniel was the one who fired, the walked to where he was laying on the floor.

“I didn’t kill him” Daniel said as he pulled Michael up.

“Oooh really!” Michael said as he stood up.

“Boyfriend, you almost got killed, you should have killed him not waiting to ask him questions or waiting for him to spill anything, C’mon!” Belle said as she threw her hands in the air.

“Yes ma’am” Michael answered with a smile. “I didn’t wanna waste Williams’ bullet” he added. Daniel walked up to Kennedy who was still alive but unconscious, on the floor and handcuffed him and tied his legs,he also pulled out his phone and called Williams and later they ended the call.

“You wounds keeps opening up” Daniel said as he walked up to both Michael and Belle, Michael’s left side of his shirt had blood soaked in it.

“Yeah, I wonder when it will heal up” Michael said sighing. “We need to head back” he added.

“Wanna run???” Belle asked smiling.

“Seriously guys!!!” Daniel lamented as he knew that both Belle and Micheal were too fast for him.

“We gonna go slow” Michael said laughing along side Belle.

“Ugrhhhhh!!!” Daniel said.

“Go!!!” Belle scre-med and they began to ran to the hospital.

“Bang!!!!” Michael scre-med happily as he was the first person to get to the hospital followed by Belle, Daniel was still running towards them.

“If you guys include me in a run, am gonna kill you both” Daniel said p-nting and they started to laugh hitting him playfully.

“Let’s head to the ward” Michael said when the laughter died down, they nodded and headed to the hospital.

“godfather!!!!” Adrian scre-med but later put himself in check when he remembered he was in his sister’s ward. Both he and Alexa ran to hug him almost pushing him down with their weight.

“Hey champions” Michael said smiling and planting a k-ss on their forehead.

“You caught the bad guy???” Adrian asked as they disengage.

“Yes!!” Michael said and they high fived.

“godfather you are wonderful” Alexa said, smiling.

“Men are wonderful” Adrian said smiling mischievously.

“Yeah, men are awesome” Michael said smiling.

“Seriously!!! Women are the best, Men, boys, males drool over us” Alexa said with pride, the others were shocked.

“What????!!!!” Nick said laughing.

“Alexa you are outnumbered, men are the best, two against one” Michael said and high fived Adrian was equally smiling.

“Hmmmm…… Just wait till Ashley wakes up, we gonna win you” Alexa said shaking her head.

“Up Men, up boys” Michael and Adrian said pulling their tongues to her, she made to punch their tongues and they all ended laughing and hugging Michael.

“Really!! When you said these kids are something else, I totally agree” Nick said laughing as he walked up to Michael, when the kids went back to their seats.

“Seriously!!” Belle and Daniel said with smiles. Michael looked at George who quickly took his gaze away because he has been staring at Michael since and also laughing and smiling quietly.

“I love them, they are lively” Michael said smiling.

“Why is she not awake yet???” Daniel asked looking the sleeping Ashley.

“Ohhh…. She… She react very badly to pain and she becomes very scared and paranoid which may not heal up her wounds, so she would be asleep until she heals a little” Michael said as they all were looking at Ashley.

“Ohhhhh…. Poor thing” Belle said sadly.

“Don’t worry my baby is a worrior, she will be fine” Michael said smiling. Williams walked in looking very stern.

“Boss what’s it???” Belle and Daniel asked.

“The flash drive you gave me contains so many things and doc-ments that we have been searching for, and it can nailed both Kelvin and Anthony woods” Williams said and George sprang up to his feet and walked up to them.

“Seriously!! then we should take action right away, but why the long face???” Daniel said.

“Because, Michael, George and his family are in great danger, other bad guys who are holding or had grudges against James Darlington who is George’s father your benefactor, has been contacted and they vowed to ruin you all” Williams said and continued “Am scared because these kids or even you might get killed or injured which I don’t want, as much as I hate to say this, you have to leave this country for a while” He said and stopped, they sighed, George was shocked but decided not to talk. After some minutes of silence,Michael dropped a bomb word.

“We are going to Nigeria” Michael said after few minutes.

“What??!!!” George said shocked.

“Yes, to be safe and don’t worry if you don’t work for the rest of your life, you won’t be poor, so calm down” Michael said not sparing him a glance. “We will prepare and you guys gotta help us, and Williams you know how to go about that” he added.

“Sure” Williams said and walked out of the ward while George walked back to his seat, he sat down brought out his phone and was operating it.

“I have to tell the kids, I don’t know how they will feel, I pray they will be happy about it” Michael said as he beckoned on the kids who came to him.

“Uhmmm… Guys we will be going to Nigeria, I….. ” before he could finish what he was saying, the kids jumped on him happily “Woah! I wasn’t expecting that” he said smiling and they disengage.

“Seriously!!!! Am so happy” Adrian said.

“Same here and I am sure if Ashley had heard this she will be super happy” Alexa said happily.

“Okay, thanks godfather” they said and walked back to their seat.

“Am gonna miss you” Belle said, while both Nick and Daniel pat him.

“A group hug??” Belle asked and they smiled and hugged.

“Let’s go make preparations” Daniel said and he walked away with Belle.

“You have to be careful, your wounds keep opening up” Nick said concerned.

“Wow!!! Are you concerned right now???? Seriously!! I am very lucky” Michael said and smiled but Nick kept a straight face “C’mon,fine, am sorry it wasn’t intentional, Okay daddy I will be more careful” He said and they both smiled.

“Should I call the doctor to attend to it here???” Nick asked.

“Nope, the kids mustnt see this and I want you to do it yourself because you can’t really say, the doctor might be a bad guy, who will see the opportunity to kill me, don’t take us take chances” Michael said and smiled to Adrian who looked at him, before the latter returned his gazes to the video they were watching on Nick’s phone.

“Okay no problem, let’s get a place” Nick said and walked out.

“Hey! Guys jut give me some minutes, I will be back” Michael said to the kids, they nodded and he went outside to meet Nick, to treat his wounds.

“Hey” Williams said as he walked into the room they were, Nick was almost through with treating Michael, who was just smiling and pressing his phone, seems to be chatting with someone, they both looked up. Williams walked up to them holding a laptop “I wanna show you something” he said. Michael was sitting on the table in the room while Nick was standing in front of him treating him, Michael shirt was rolled up.

“No, not yet, when I am done” Nick said immediately and both men looked at him as he continue to treat the wound “All done” he said after few seconds of silence.

“Uhmmm…… Okay.. Mic….” Williams was saying when he was cut short.

“I will leave you guys for a while” Nick said and walked out.

“What’s with him???” Michael asked chuckling, he looked at his boss and is smile froze because before him was a frowning man “what is it???? Did I do something wrong???” He asked.

“You almost got killed and your wounds kept opening up, and you see that has a funny event??” Williams said and made to smack Michael but he didn’t. Michael rolled down his shirt which was coloured, so it is unable to show it was soaked with blood.

“Uhmmm…… Am sorry then, I never knew I did get people who cares about me this much” Michael said soberly.

“Yeah, yeah, enough of this sad talks and sad emotions” Williams said flashing Michael a smile.

“Wait!! Don’t give me that, it should be for you wife, you look funny right now” Michael said with feign seriousness, they both laughed.

“You’re something else… Yeah I was think of showing your client…. Or sorry you said I shouldn’t refer him to that, I mean am thinking of showing your brother this” Williams said and put open his laptop, after few seconds he played a video and immediately Michael smiling face froze and was replaced with frown, he looked at Williams who also had his graze on Michael.
