” Hey wake up sc-mbag” Jessica shouted into Sharron’s ear scaring her “Don’t tell me you’ve been sleeping all through the morning, take a look at the time” She added showing her the time on her phone.
” I think your phone needs servicing” Sharron grumblef drowsily and fell back on the bed.
” Don’t sleep on me” Jessica shouted hitting Sharron with a pillow.
” Just leave me Jessica, besides I’m still angry with you”
“Durh…….who cares, you’ll soon stop being angry” Jessica replied rolling her eyes. “Sit up girl, how can you be sleeping for fifteen hours straight, counting from when I called around one” she added.
“I don’t want to talk about it idiot” Sharron replied eyeing Jessica
” Awwn……bby, is he angry with you?” Jessica cooed in her ears
“Not talking about it” she replied firmly
“Phew!! Jessica breathed out and fell on the bed staring at the ceiling
“I missed old days” she said
” me too” Sharron replied “let’s go have fun tonight, we must go before Steve comes back, before seven” she added grudgingly
“Yaaayyyy…. Finally she’s going with me” Jessica said excitedly.

In the evening, after Sharron prepared and dished out her husband’s food on the dining table, her and Jessica went back to the room to dress up for clubbing.
“No wear that Blue gown” Jess suggested sparing a glance at Sharron who was looking at her closet whilst holding a long sleeve blouse and a very long fley skirt.
“We aren’t going to church you know, pick out a perfect clubbing dress” Jess added
“Seems deciding to go is a mistake” Sharron said tiredly having doubts in her mind about going”
“You promised Sharron” Jess said sternly, glaring at her
“Fine, fine” Sharron replied and brought out a violet short gown that stops well above her knees with a v- neck that shows her a good amount of her cle-vage and brought out a matching stilettos. Bringing both out from the farthest corner of her closet.
“My gawd Sharron” Jessica exclaimed taking a look at her. ” where did you get that dress??”
“My closet, durh…..” Sharron replied rolling her eyes and closed the closet dropping the clothes on the bed before going to take a shower.
” A married woman isn’t supposed to wear that” Jess said scrutinizing her as she proceeded to the cloth
“And she isn’t supposed to go to a club too, if you say one more word, I’m gonna cancel our outing” Sharron said firmly
“l-ips sealed” Jess replied moving her fingers like she’s zipping her l-ips
” So how do I look?” Sharron asked
Jess looked at her dumbstruck after she had finished applying touches.
“you look annoyingly and amazingly beautiful” Jess answered
” wasn’t I beautiful?” She asked pouting
“quick, Steve is around” Jess said to her panicking as the sound of Steve’s car horn interrupted them. “we can’t use the front door”
“Never worry babe, there’s always a back up plan” Sharron replied smirking

“I can’t believe we’re doing this besides” Jess said giggling
They had sneaked out of the house using the back door when Steve went to his study, still fuming in anger
” I’m only taking a night of my marriage duties” Sharron replied laughing as they hailed a cab
“Where ma’am?” The cab driver asked, his eyes bulged out and he gulped in loudly taking in the beauties in front of him
“Club de Elites” they chorusef together

“Bousour ma’am” An usher greeted them. “Amusez-vous” (have fun)
Music was blaring out from different speakers, strippers were also pole dancing
“ewww gross” Sharron said wrinkling her nose in disgust
“Let’s go upstairs, this place is for men” Jess said dragging her along.
” Leave my arm Jess, I’ll follow u”
“Okay, okay” Jess replied and dropped her hands
She stopped short as she entered the room
” Your legs suddenly got stuck?” Sharron asked sarcastically
“No, no” She replied her voice shaking, “look over there” she added pointing at a man.
“What is it” Sharron asked worriedly as she left her back to stand beside her looking at the direction her fingers are pointed
“See him” Jess said, her l-ips quivering.

“See him” Jess said, her l-ips quivering in what could only be excitement. ” That’s the handsome dude I was talking about” she said excitedly, her eyes shone with admiration
” Is my dress okay?? What about my make up?? Ohmagawd, my stomach is fluttering with so much butterflies. I’m so nervous to walk up to him, how do I introduce myself?” She added feeling nervous
” Let me practice on you, Okay……. Ummm….. Hi handsome” she said flashing a wide smile
” How’s that? Is it okay? What about my smile?? Is it too small??

“Get a grip on yourself Jessica, What hell is wrong with you? Are you gonna ditch me for your so called handsome dude I can’t even see? Sharron shouted turning heads of people around them.
“Fine let’s go meet him together, he’s still at the bar stand sipping a drink” Jess replied
” What??!” Sharron exclaimed ” I don’t wish to see this dude of yours”
” You don’t have a choice” Jess said and took hold of her arm again, leading her towards the bar stand
“Hi” Jess greeted, waving her fingers in the air when they got to him
“Hey ladies” He replied with a smile. “You face looks familiar” he said to Jessica, sparing Sharron only a glance.
“Yeah, we met in Charlie’s Pub”
“Oh yes, I remember you now. My name is Evans”
“My name is Jessica and this is my friend Sharron” Jessica said, nudging Sharron to say Hi
” Ummm…….. Hi?” Sharron said accessing his looks in just two seconds before looking away
“Nice to meet you girls” he replied “care for a drink?”
” No” Sharron said sharply and walked out of the room leaving Jessica and Evans stunned by her outburst.
“So much for having fun” Jessica muttered under her breath “Hope to see you again Evans” she said flashing him a smile, the multicolored light in the room made her green eyes shine brightly
“Same here Jess, say Hi to your friend for me and here’s my card in case”
” Thanks and bye” Jess replied and ran out looking for Sharron.
She saw her exiting the building. “Hey Sharron, wait up for me” She shouted and increased her pace. Fortunately for her, Sharron stood outside waiting for her
“So wanna tell me what all that was about” Jessica said pausing at intervals to catch her breath
“I just don’t like him” Sharron replied shrugging
“you just ruined our night out”
“I know”
“What do we do now? we still have seven hours till Dawn”
“Want to know??” Sharron asked, her eyes shining mischievously
“yeah say it” Jess replied nonchalantly
” we’ll visit the supermarket for eggs, tissues and spray paint then we’ll go say hi to some folks”
“Oh no” Jess covered her mouth feigning fear but the excitement in her eyes betrayed her
“Oh yes” Sharron smiled, fishing out her debit card and waving it in the air. “We have this”
“let’s go bes and don’t forget to buy food”
“yhyh, let’s get started”
“This is the best version of fun” Jessica shouted into the silent street happily

A little after six a.m, after dropping Jessica off, Sharron tried to sneak into the back door but found it locked.
“Now I have to use the front door” she thought with dread praying fervently in her heart for Steve to still be asleep.
She opened the door as silently as she could and proceeded up the stairs.
“that’s was so easy” She said in her mind
“Where are you coming from” Steve said in a dangerously calm voice behind her.
