Jesse: This morning,I went to pick her at the airport that was why I came late for the ceremony am so sorry

Vicky: I would do the same {I ignored all the lovey dovey they were doing although we were at the front including randy,we all concluded to take it to the hostel}
Jesse: Then let’s go to the counter for our order and get going{I said holding Lucy hand}

It’s almost a day to my birthday and no one is saying anything. Mum and Dad are not preparing for it,they should celebrate it for me. I want a party though he won’t mind cause he have the money but I don’t want to be the one demanding I want him to do it himself.

I woke up today feeling happy because I knew someone would wish me a happy birthday. I went to the bathroom,brushed my teeth and other bathroom business before wearing my birthday clothes the one I bought myself. I got down to meet everyone sitting down and concentrating on the television. I greeted all of them and ate my breakfast in silence,no o is wishing me a happy birthday or did they all forget no that not possible I left to my room when am through with my breakfast. I decided to call Jesse it rang for like two minutes he didn’t pick my call,I was really mad. Firstly my parents and siblings forgot about my birthday and now Jesse isn’t picking my call. I decided to call Ivy.
Ivy: Happy birthday darling
Lucy: Thanks twinnie {I was happy that someone actually remembered my birthday}
Ivy: so what are your preparations for today?
Lucy: Well nothing it’s obvious everyone forgot about my birthday
Ivy: Even Jesse?
Lucy: Jesse didn’t lick my call,let’s just forget about that. How are you ?
Ivy: Well am good,it feels good to be a graduate you know, guess what
Lucy: you know am not good at that
Ivy: I got a job
Lucy: wow that nice.
Ivy: one of my dad friends was the one who offered me a job in his company.
Lucy: Am so Happy for you dear
Ivy: What about you ,should I help you talk to the manager
Lucy: Nope don’t worry about that,I would call you when the need arise
Ivy: OK take care of yourself
Lucy: bye
Wow I am happy for Ivy,As soon as I dropped the call Jesse’s call came in and I picked it
Jesse: Hello Lucy, how are you today
Lucy: Am fine thank you
Jesse: I saw your missed call,i was in the bathroom then
Lucy: That not a big deal
Jesse: Have a nice day then
Lucy: And you too
Jesse: Remember that I love you
Lucy: I also love you {call ended}
Good, Jesse didn’t remember my birthday also no problem. I want to take a rest.

Oh God I slept for almost two hours and am very hungry. I went downstairs to get something to eat when I noticed that there was no light,but th light in my room was on. There must have be a problem with the wire connection,I can’t fix it every where is dark.
I closed my eyes to think of something to do then I heard d creaking sound. I flutter my eyes open only to see everywhere with light then I saw Mum,Dad,Randy,Jessy,Vicky including Jesse staring at me expectedly.
Happy birthday to you echoed in my ears due to the fact that they said it respectively once,so it was all a surprise birthday. Well indeed surprised,Jesse really spend a lot to org-nize it everyone even Ivy was there waiting for me to start the party.
The cake was so magnificent,my name was badly written all around the cake,God words can’t describe how happy I was. Vicky took me in with a shopped bag of my dress that I know Jesse must have got,in few minutes I was dressed and brought down by Jesse,he came to meet us in my room complaining about being late.
We had so much fun,food,drink even gifts were too much guess what Jesse got me, “A diamond laced necklace” it was beautiful I couldn’t thank him enough. He wore it on round my neck during the party no wonder Vicky didn’t allow me to put on any necklace.
It was a till dawn party but I had to sleep Cause I have an interview tomorrow. I and Jesse slept together but nothing happened I was tired out of too much of dancing so we just cuddled and slept off.
