I was so eager to get home; Noah already send a text he is going out with his friends so am home alone. I did my assignment and my eye caught Tim letter and I rip it open immediately really eager to see what there.
“Dear Avelyn,
I know you might really be surprised about what you are about to read but I want a straight answer once you are done. I don’t just want you to be my date to a random event I want you as my girlfriend.
I know it odd using a letter to asks a girl out but anytime I see you am out of courage and I can’t even say it. Please call me once you read the letter and tell me how you feel about it

His this guy crazy, am sure if Noah happens to see this letter he is probably going to be admitted in a hospital for few months. I never see Tim in any rom-ntic way i just like him as a friend. What should I Do?.
I can’t tell Amy about this because she might not really like it too.
Just immediately my phone ring playing “Intention by Justin Bieber”.
It Tim! why is he calling just immediately I read it finish.
📞”Hi” his voice came out
📞”Hey”I replied really nervous.
📞”Did you go through it already” he asks and I was taken aback a bit.
📞”Avelyn”he called.
📞”Am sorry Tim but I never picture you I such rom-ntic way I prefer us been friends”I replied quick.
📞”It okay I understand”it obvious he is disappointed.
📞”Thanks for understanding”
📞”Are you still going to the party with me”he asks.
I think it would be awkward going with him now I will rather go alone.
📞”Am going with Amy now”I lied
📞”Oh it fine”he hang up immediately.
His he mad at me?. I made myself a bowl of cereal and that was how I end up the day doing my assignment.

Finally it was party time; Amy isn’t we go in the same dress as best friends forever so I couldn’t turn it down. Naoh made sure my phone was fully charged so I can call him if anything strange happen. So pathetic!.
We arrive in my party exactly 8:00pm but the party was already crowded filled with different people but it was quite surprising when I s₱0tted Nate Immediately I enter the party.
“I thought you told me he won’t be here” Amy said and I think she s₱0t him too.
He is even talking to a girl must have been his new date what a pervert!.
“Maybe he change his mind”I shrug like I wasn’t concerned.
“You should talk to him”Amy said.
“Why should I talk to him because he just did what Josh did to me”I walk away from Amy when I s₱0tted Tim but Nate appear in my front immediately.
“Hey Nate you are here”I acted surprise even though I was not.
“Seriously this was a last minute decision and I would leave very soon”he said and I understand what he is doing.
“It okay am fine”I replied as I tried walking away but he pulled me back by my wrist.
“Are you mad at me”he asks but before I could reply the Host of the party took over.
“It time we get to the real theme of the party”And everyone cheered, I use the opportunity to walk away from Nate Immediately and join Amy that was when I sight my man wh-re already surrounded by girls.
“So what are we going to do tonight”The host shouted.
“Truth or Dare”the student scre-med.
“So who is going to be the first Volunteer”he asks and everywhere was silent for a bit because no one was willingly to be the first until Josh came out confidently.
“Wow”the student cheer him up.
“So here is Josh so who are you willingly to dare tonight”
“Nate”he said like he already plan it. Something is going between this two.
Nate came out not really surprise Josh pick him.
“Since Nate is a new student it might be an opportunity to find out more about him or a little secret he might be hiding”Josh smirk. It obvious he is trying to humiliate Nate in the front of the wh0le school and what secret is he talking about because I overheard them say the same too.
“Truth or Dare”he asks.
“Truth”Nate replied not bother by his cousin ignorant.
“Why did you choose our school when there is other school celebrity like you should be”he smirk.
“Nothing just wanted to attend the same school with my cousin”he replied naturally.
“But why our school when your former school is still in the same country”Josh emphasize more.
“Nothing”Nate replied.
“Or you might be hiding something”Josh smirk and everyone attention was now on them.
“What secret”Nate seems to be angry now.
“Maybe a criminal act”Josh continued.
“Isn’t this game meant to be just one question”Nate replied and when Josh clench his fist the team seems to understand what going on as they interfere and someone else took over the game.
I went to sit in corner and chat more with Any since we aren’t really interested in the game.
“Those two must be hiding something”Amy said and I nod.
I was into whatever Amy was saying and didn’t realize Nate was coming our direction.
“Hi girls”he interrupted.
“Hi”Amy replied saving me from my shock state.
“Avelyn do you want a dance with me”he asks and Amy excuse herself immediately. Why must she always leave me when it comes to Nate?.
“Sure”I replied forgetting I was mad at him for lying to him.
We didn’t dance for too long before he walk me to a more silent place where there was less crowd.
“Why are we here”I asks looking around to be sure Noah wasn’t watching me like he promised.
“Will you go out on a date with me tomorrow night so I can make things right again”he asks and I was vulnerable for a while.
“I know this is quick but I feel bad for cancelling the date even when I was the one that asks”he said scratching the back of his head making it easy for me to know he was nervous.
“Am not su—”I didn’t finish my statement before he cup my face into his palm and k-ss me.
“Will that help”I just stood there unable to understand what just happened.
“See you at the cafe tomorrow night”.
“Am i interrupting anything”Amy walk towards us.
“I will give you a call”he walk away before Amy could reach us.
“What Happened and why are you looking like that”she asks.
“He k-ssed me”I said more like a whisper.
“He did what!” Amy replied and I still wonder why he did that.
