CHAPTER FIFTEEN : LITTLE RED IMPOSSIBLE MISSION
The moment they arrive in the mansion and into the room, rose sit close to the door, legs pressed together as she cry……. Frankenstein sit on the bed and watch her
Why won’t she stop crying?
Why is she still so annoying
” Stop crying ”
” No ” her reply sharp
” Stop crying rose ” this time around, she said nothing and I let her be, standing up, I took off my clothes and entered the bathroom
What Roger said about dracula inviting me to the ball is still fresh in my head, they are many reasons why I loath dracula, why I wish not to see him
Looking at the mirror, I inhale deeply, I couldn’t think properly, not because am turning old, the sound of her crying is really not helping me right now, maybe I should get her, her own room.
That is way, I will be in peace.
Turning off the shower, I wrap a towel round my waist and step out, to still meet her crying, how can she keep wasting tears and not get tired of it?
Moving close, I bend down next to her then tap her shoulder” look at me rose ”
” I don’t want to ”
” Look at me ”
” No” she growl and I smile, what a stubborn child she is
” If you do, I will grant you a whole night to spend with me ”
” I don’t want that ”
It’s like am talking to a child ” they will be lights, people and food ” she didn’t reply, which only means she is thinking about it ” and then I will kiss you under the moonlight” still no reply ” don’t you want that ”
” No ” her voice calm
” Will you like to see your mother after that?” This made her lift her head, I watch how her eyes glitter with tears and happiness
” Really?”
” Indeed ” leaning close, I like her tears, as sweet as always ” just be a good girl ”
” When will you take me to her?”
” After the ball ” I watch how she quickly became confused ” it’s tomorrow night, I want you to come along ”
” Me?” I nod and she frown ” don’t be that dense Frankenstein, you have a fiancee”
” I do ” standing up, I move to my closet and take out a pair of black trouser and white long sleeve
” You should take her ”
Loosing my towel, I shake my head while putting on my cloth ” she is too ugly and annoying to bring along ” turning around I notice how red her face is, was she watching me change
I lift my eyebrows and she avert her gaze ” don’t blame me, you were dressing right where my eyes where ”
” Hmmm”
” And I don’t have a dress ”
I furrow my brows ” dress?”
” For the ball ”
” I will get you one, don’t worry ” sitting on the bed, I realize I haven’t entered my working room for a while now ” come, I want to show you something”
” You’re being kind ” she look at me like am being suspicious ” are you planning on killing me after tonight”
” Not a bad idea ”
” Frankenstein” she call my name in shock and I smile
” Come here ” standing up, she move closer and I pat her head ” I want to show you the people I have failed to change”
” Change?”
I nod ” come ” holding her hand I move close to the wall, and push some stones, I could see the surprise in her eyes as the wall divide, pulling her in…..we walk in the darkness
” Frankenstein”
” Hmmm”
” Please don’t kill me ”
Stopping I look at her, her brown eyes seem to be glittering in the dark, I on the other hand can see fine, I did mess with my eyes long ago, glad it worked. Leaning close I kiss her cheek ” don’t worry little red, I haven’t fucked you yet and trust me, I plan to do that before killing you ” withdrawing, I continue moving and so did she.
” That means, killing me is still a plan?”
” No body gets close to me without dying ”
” Can’t I be different”
” Why will you be any different” she didn’t give me a reply immediately, getting close to the door, I let go of her hand but she quickly hold it back, looking at her I realized she is scared
” Don’t let go ”
” Hmm” we finally arrive at the door and I push it open
Rose couldn’t believe her eyes, the whole room is fill with people in containers, plugs in their body and water, are they even alive.
I could see their face clearly ” this are failed experiment, but they are alive”
” You killed them ” I look at Frankenstein who is not one bit moved or sad
” I did ” he look down at me ” what a stupid life they have, not even worth me wasting ”
My gaze move to the containers as I move, my legs suddenly stop at a familiar face, it brought memories I wished I could erase ” I killed him for you ” I turn around and stare at Frankenstein” he dared touch my lady in red, I couldn’t help but to kill him ”
” How did you know?”
” Know? ” Frankenstein smile ” I was there ”
” You didn’t stop him ”
” I rather not interfer with another man business ”
” A child was being molested”
” I care less ”
Squeezing my hands I watch how calm he is, no pity, he doesn’t pity anyone ” are you human ” no reply from him, he just kept staring at me ” why won’t you behave like one, did someone tamper with your brain ” still no reply ” you need to change ” my last words made him step close
He lean close then grab my face ” change?” That word seem to have angered him ” no body has the right to say those worlds to me…..just because am talking and showing you things doesn’t mean you’re different from these people” his hold tighten and on my face and tears drop from my eyes ” I will kill you eventually”
” You won’t ”
” Huh ” he furrow his brows and I hit his hand off my face
” I will make you see why human aren’t supposed to kill one another ” I clench my hands ” I will turn you into a human, trust me ”
” Trust you?” He step back ” am done here, let’s head back or I will lock you in here ” from his words I realize that he must have been hurt badly, something must have happened to him that change him this much.
Suddenly I want to know more, I really do want to see him smile for real.
Holding his hands, he turn and look at me with anger ” how many time have I told you to not touch me” he hit me hand but I didn’t let go, oh it did hurt but I just didn’t want to let go
” I will bring you back ” he furrow his brows and I move close to hug him, I notice how shock his body became ” I will show you kindness and love”
” Love?” He repeat my words and I nod before looking up at him
” I will make you love and cherish me, that way you won’t kill me ” I watch him, still no emotion on his face
” You’re insane little red” he push me back and frown ” that won’t happen ” I watch him head back to the room and I try catching up.
Tomorrow I will definitely change him, making him love me is not important….I just need to change him.
” Can we get a cat?”
” That’s a big No”

Rose watch how he lay down on the bed, his eyes still wide open, he must be thinking of something ” I will be laying on the floor.
”
” Hmmm” that was all the reply I got
” You do know you could give me my own room and bed” his cold gaze meet mine and I shiver from fear, it seem as if he is tired of me talking
” Hmmm” I nod my head at that reply and watch him close his eyes, he always lay like some dead man…..once his eyes are closed he do look calm and human
I wish I do have a Chance to run, forget about changing him, I will run for my life but right now it looks like I have to change his way of viewing this world to live
I need to be a good girl to see my mother too
But what if I kill him, he is vulnerable right now, I could just use pillow and cover his face. That will be too risky, I should use a knife, straight to his heart, that should kill him
And then I will be free.
I have to try right?
Swallowing, the thought of failing and being killed in return is seventy percent chance, shaking my head I move close to his drawers trying to find something sharp, anything at all that could pierce a person heart.
If this truly works out, I might become a murderer but I have to do it, they is zero percent chance of saving him, he is completely nut, so I have to have a chance to survive this.
Opening his third drawer, my eyes land on a sharp knife, why do he have a knife, I didn’t give that much thought though, lifting it up, I hid it behind me and look at Frankenstein….his eyes still closed but am not foolish to attack him immediately.
I have to wait for a few minutes to make sure he is truly sleeping and then I will definitely strike.
While standing I tried to think of many different things but I just couldn’t, my heart keep on racing, I have never hurt any body before, nodding my head I finally took three steps close to the bed, I climb on it and when am successfully in, I breath in and stay there for few seconds to see if he is still asleep
Am scared
Why am I doing this?
No…..this could just be fear pulling me back, am certain that if I don’t kill him, he will kill me….they is no way this monster can cherish someone, I don’t even think he is human.
Getting no reaction from him, I lift my hand that holds the knife and within a blink of an eye, I pierce it into his chest, I watch how his eyes swiftly open, he look at me with surprise, his gaze lower to his chest then back to my face
Ava held her breath in before walking into the huge mansion, after thinking of ways to get rose back, I have finally settled to steal her away, so far no one knows am here and if things work out fine, I should be able to get her away from here
Moving close to the stairs, I had to stop because of Pavarotti showing up” miss Ava, what brings you here, you’re really late to show up at this time ”
” Late?”
Pavarotti nod ” I mean my master won’t be happy with you coming without a notice ” this guy has always been a kind one, will he help me if I ask him?
I do doubt that, he seem extremely loyal to Frankenstein
” I must take rose away ”
” Am afraid that won’t be possible lady Ava” I furrow my brows at him and he nod his head ” master has grown to like her, letting you pass her will be impossible”
” He doesn’t like her, he wishes to just kill her, don’t you have sympathy!”
” Sympathy?” He finally remove that smiling face off, he look so emotionless and unshaken ” I do not care if my master kills someone or not, all I do care about is him being contented and seeing how rose does it for him, I care not if he wish to kill her ”
They is certainly no talking to him about this ” I love her ” I murmur calmly and he furrow his brows ” I said I love her, so I will do what I must to get her from him, she is mine ”
” I see, love is a powerful thing lady Ava ” Pavarotti nod ” I do love my master, that’s why I will not let you disturb his precious time ”
” Precious time? “I look at him confused ” he should be sleeping ” Pavarotti look at me like am some dumb person
” You can hear right” he mumble ” I suppose you should listen more and then discover what I mean ” stepping back I try to listen more and what caught my ears was something unbelievable
Frankenstein is laughing, I have never heard him laugh so loud and joyful before, what happened? What did rose do to amuse him ” I must see it ”
” Be my guest ” Pavarotti step aside and I run upstairs, my legs keep increasing in speed to catch up and when I finally open the door, the sight I saw was evil, pure evil
Frankenstein is on the bed, knife pierced into his chest while he laugh, rose looked shocked, did she try killing him, she actually Stab him, he is bleeding but in his face, it seem like a mosquito bite
” master you’re bleeding ” Pavarotti mumble, from his facial expression, he is certainly not bothered with Frankenstein wounds but rose on the other hand looks scared, she is trembling and Frankenstein won’t stop laughing
When he did, I myself shiver from fear, the aura around him become even worse ” get out ” he look at me and ordered, I know I should stand up for rose but my legs moved on its own
Before I know it, am outside shutting the door, I couldn’t help but to cry at how weak I am, rose scream alerted me but I still couldn’t move, I can’t save her
I guess I still love my life more than I love her.
