Chapter 14

“Let me be!
What’s it there that you don’t understand?”

“Please just give me a minute.”he pleaded with his two hands folded together.

Sigh…this has been two weeks now that this guy has been disturbing me.

He didn’t even let me concrete on my Exam again.

Every day he will keep on disturbing me, not minding all the insults I rain on him.

Gosh..
This guy is just too stubborn.

And the funny thing is that he doesn’t usually come when my friends are there and sometimes when he sighted them coming he would enter his car and zoom off.

Here he is again blocking my way.

“Please let me just speak with you.
just a minute.”he pleaded again.

“You know I am writing my exam and you are really a distraction.can’t you just give me some pace?”I asked calmly.

Since the iron voice does not work on him, let’s try this one.

“Are you sure you gonna talk to me after the exam?”he asked with his eyes suddenly beaming with happiness.

“Yes.
Can you please move out of my way now?”

“Sure!
Thank you very much.”he said walking towards his car.

Finally, thank goodness!

I watch as he drives away, and am still wondering where I have meant him before because this guy looks familiar but I can’t remember anything.

I continue my trekking again as I head to my apartment.

When I get home I am going to tell my friends about this guy but it will sound weird somehow.

It has not been six months since I got here and I have started talking about a guy.Those crazy twins have not for once talked about their girl friends including Kelly so why will I?

It will look like am not serious and now that we are writing exam am now thinking about boy but they won’t understand.😔

This Nigerian guy has been disturbing me.

I have tried all my capacity just to send him away.

I have insulted and sometimes I thought that maybe insulting him with English is not hurting him and since he is also from Nigeria I have insulted him with my language but it seems they are not entry him in fact he is happy with it.

Maybe I should call my mum and tell her but she too will also think that I am not serious.

I don’t don’t want anything now. The only thing I need is to face my study and distraction is coming now.

I got to my apartment and entered to see them as usual.

They can’t even wait for me claiming they are hungry and Kelly follows them saying I am too bored.

“Of course she is with her boyfriend.”James said, still staring at the book in front.

Thank goodness he diverted the topic already.

Because if they keep on asking I might be forced to voice out and am not good at keeping things to myself.

But the main thing is will they understand and not think otherwise.

I sick and tire of that stupid guy that won’t let me rest.😔

“They really lack manners”I said , supporting John while James and Kelly started laughing.

I just shake my head at them before walking away from them.

Crazy fellows.

I wonder how I became friends with them, especially James, that naught and annoying guy with Kelly. Also, I wonder why they are calling her a nerd because her craziness is power raise 100.

And John who seems to be quiet but also crazy in fact craziest.

After dropping all my things and also taking a shower to cool myself down.

I walk back to them with books to read.

I sat down beside James and started reading when James’ voice joint me out.

“Miss garri.”

“What again?”I asked.I can’t believe I started answering that stupid name mteeeeeeeeem.

“Calm baby girl.”he said again smiling but I only glanced at him.

“If you like be staring at me like a witch , I will still say what I want to.”

“Idiot say whatever you want to say and keep quiet because you are really disturbing.”Kelly shouted at him and hiss loud.

“Nau your own wahala be that!”James replied to her.

“You are also walaha.”Kelly returned back by throwing a pen at him.

“What did you just say?”John asked with his eyes raised.

“Speak now or you forever remain silent!”John cut him off, shooting him a glance.

I am hungry.”James said while I stared at him frowning.

We are hungry.”Kelly said, shooting him a bad glance while he smirked at her.

“I don’t understand.”I said calmly, staring at the three of them.

“What they mean is that we are hungry so as our mummy and a good mother with a golden heart who won’t allow her children to die in hunger go in there and prepare something for the three of us and remember one of your children no to strong to eat Eba so prepare another thing she can eat.” John said, smiling.

I watch as John says everything in a second without breathing and James and Kelly clap hands for him hailing him for doing a good job.

“True or dare!”Kelly asked me, smirking.

“Dare.”

“Wow nice one.”she shouted happily dancing around.

We finished writing our exam yesterday and we are very happy.

We try our best and we are waiting for the result and pray it will be good luck.

Some students have gone home to their family while some stay in school enjoying and having fun.

As a Scholarsh¡p student I am not allowed to go home and am even happy with it.

James and John are staying. They have informed their family they are not coming after the vacation. The same goes with Kelly also.

She is supposed to be in South Africa now but she insists since we are all around.

Here we are now playing true and dare but John is taking us out in the evening.

I can’t wait to explode here.

“Dude speak and let me have peace of mind.”

I dare you to slap that idiot facing you.”

“We don’t have anyone named an idiot here.”James said, frowning.

I dare you to slap the person who just finished speaking now.”she said, smirking at James who stood up immediately.

“Miss gagari do it now or paid.”Kelly yells, smiling.

It has not gotten to that.

I stood up walking towards him smiling.

“She is a witch, don’t listen to her.”James said, moving back.

“Daniella slap him now or you got to pay for him.!”Kelly shouted this time around making John start laughing.

“You are a devil,”John said, shaking his head.

“James just calm down and eat the slap for all.”John said laughing.

“Idiot, bring your face and receive it.”James said, glancing at him.

“1,2,3…..”Kelly started counting, making James start running around thanks to John who quickly held him for me.

“Walk faster!”John shouted, making me start running towards them.

I got to their side while James kept on struggling to hide his face but I quickly landed him a hot slap.

“I can’t hear the sound?”Kelly asked, frowning at me and James shot her a deadly glance.

“Go and slap him by yourself!”I said , walking back to my seat.

“Your turn sprain the bottle!”John said and immediately I took the bottom and sprain it.

“Me again!”James shouted, frowning as we started laughing.

“True or dare?”I asked , smiling while he rolled his eyes.”Witch people.”

“Answer me.”

“True!”he said, frowning as I thought about what I was going to ask him.

“Who is your crush that you would like to date and later marry her and she will be the one to give birth to all your children?”I asked as they all stared at me speechless.

“Are you not the one who started it first.”James mumbled louder enough for Kelly to hear.

“Enough guys!”I yell out at them.

“Now James answers my questions!”I said smiling.

“You said questions but you are only permitted to ask a question!”

“That’s your headache, just answer my question.”I said without being convinced.

“John, help your brother out,”Kelly said, smiling , making him frown.

“The answer to that question is a blast so just allow him to carry his cross alone.”John said, as a matter of fact.

Why is it that James is afraid to mention his crush’s name?

“James, just her name that is all.”I said , still insisting.

“Jane!”he blurted out, taking his face down, causing us to lift our brows in surprise except for John who looked calm.

“What!!” we shouted, not convinced.

“Wait, you mean Jane, one of the school stars?”Kelly asked, still finding it difficult to believe.

“Are you guys together?”Kelly asked immediately. We disagreed, referring to Jane while John started laughing.

This girl we are talking about James has not once approached her.”he blurted out laughing, making our jaws drop.

“Is it true?”Kelly asked and immediately brought his face down.

Her parents are rich to the extent her mum has shared in this school.”John said be serious this time.

Because her parents are rich she shouldn’t have a boyfriend or who can’t go to her?”i asked with my eyes raised.

“She has a fiance and he is a rich guy from Nigeria.”John said.

So mammy water even don get fiance.😧

I shouldn’t be surprised that she is so pretty that no guy can resist her.

“We are still investigating but the name and everything about the guy is invisible. The only we know is that he is a multimillionaire from Nigeria.
