After our mini outing to the restaurant ,we went back home after Jiso nearly
finish all the foods in restaurant.
“Thanks honey, I did have a fun filled date with you,lmao it’s a date to me” she
said and laughed at her joke crazily.
“Am glad you liked it ,so let me know if you want anything else” I retorted and
k-ssed her lightly on the l-ips.
She smiled at me while I rushed off upstairs to have a quick bath and go for a
meeting.

TWO MONTHS LATER

After bathing I wore my gray shirt and a black tuxedo.
Standing in front of the mirror I glace at myself and brush my hair into a

Not withstanding the stress I have gone through this past few months I still look
the same.

I pick my wallet,phone and then the key to the car that am gonna drive.
I went downstairs and met her already sleeping.
I bend down and k-ssed her lip lightly.
“I will be late babe,call Vida or anyone else if you need some help.
“Don’t miss me too much” I said to the sleeping her and covered her with a
body warmer.
I drove out of the mansion straight to my company.
Runa was already waiting with some clients.
“Welcome boss” she greeted and I nodded.
“So we can start now” I notified Runa who started presenting the state of the
deal.
After long presentation from Runa I faced the clients .
*What do ya have to say about it* I asked
*”It is a good opportunity collaborating with your empire Mr JC, I think the deal
*is fair” He replied.

*”Good, Runa play the project” I ordered with my business voice.
*She went across the room and t-rn on the projector screen.
*Runa is diligent in her job which make me promote her.*
I love an hærdworking woman and she just proved to be one of them.
I like her as my wife’s friend and also as my secretary.
“Should I replay it Sir? She asked
“Yea,my mind wasn’t there” I replied as I concentrate keenly on the screen.
After the meeting I went back to my office.
Half an hour later a knock came in softly on the door.
Runa came in and drop a file on my table.
“Sir please go through the file so that I can send it back to the project team” she
said.
“Okay” in replied my eyes fixed on my laptop.

“Runa” I called
“Yes sir?
“Please go to my house and look after my wife,I shouldn’t have left her she will
be due in three days” I said and she w¡den her eyes.
“Oh my God! I need to go now it might start earlier than predicted” she said and
I nodded.
“Call me if you notice anything”I said before she left my office.
I continue with my work while my mind keep drifting off to Jiso.

💎 Jiso POV 💎
I woke up from sleep and felt my body covered with a body warmer.
Wow! Did Jayden did this?
“Bryan” I called but there was no answer.
“Bryan baby” I called again this time on a higher pitched voice.
“Yes mom” he answered from upstairs.
He came downstairs staring at me.
“Where is your dad? I asked
“Oh,i saw him driving out of the mansion all dressed,I think he went to one of
his companies or hospitals judging from his dress sense” he replied.
“Okay go call any of the maids for me” I said and he left when a knock came in
at the door.
Who could it be?

A maid opened the door and Runa came in.
“Look at you,you look so fat and heavy” she said laughing.
“Oh I gat it don’t mock me with it please” I begged almost crying.
“Cry cry baby,okay sorry bout that your husband told me to come stay with you”
she said.
My face lighten up immediately she mentioned my husband.
“He is at work? Did he gave you anything like ice cream or cheesecake? I asked
“No Jiso he said that you should take your bath and rest while he will buy you
anything you like when he comes back” she replied.
“Okay” I muttered sadly but not too sad at least he will buy me ice cream later.

Runa helped me up to our room and went in,side the bathroom to mix my bath.
I undress myself and tied a towel around my chest.
Runa came out of the bathroom and lead me in.
She left and I entered the lukewarm water.
After bathing I came out and wore Jayden’s baggy shirt and his baggy sweat
p-nts.
I come my hair and pack it into a ponytail.
Minutes later Runa came in with a glass of fresh orange juice.
“Have it” she said as she hand it over to me.
“Thank you” I whispered and collect the juice from her.
After gulping down the juice I gave back the glass cup and lay down on the bed.

Runa left the room while I stare at the picture frame on the wall.
Few minutes later I felt a pain in my abdomen.
I neglected it but it came with a sharper pain.
“Oh my gosh!! I cried out.
I put my hand under my stomach as I toss around in pain.
“Runa!! Bryan!! Anyone!! I yelled out.
“Jiso what’s wrong with you? Runa asked in panic immediately she barged into
the room.
“Pain I felt pain Runa, I think my baby……my baby is coming” I said faintly.
“Oh my goodness, hold on let me call for help” she said as she left the room in a
hurry.

She came back later with some maid and help me out of the bed.
“Her water is broken, be fast please” Runa said as I keep trying hærd to suppress
my pain.
They help me downstairs and put me in,side one of the cars.
“Hold on tight Jiso, you gon’ deliver this one safely okay” Runa said assuring me.
“I’ll call your husband now” she added while all I do was mopping at her.
